Excellent and affordable hotel in Istanbul
All the hotel staff is AMAZING. Our housekeeper Fatma was very helpful,polite and kind. The receptionist Gunyet assisted me in organising a lovely cruise dinner on Bosphorus. The restaurant staff is very friendly and hard-working.
Hospitality level in this hotel,atmosphere and conditions are excellent. I will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends travelling to Istanbul. Many thanks to all the staff for my happiness during my stay!

Excellent service, delicious food and good room cleaning. The cleaning lady Fatma does her job very diligently. I also liked the health club at the hotel, nice gym and swimming pool. The staff is very polite and friendly. I will recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping supervisor Zeynep makes the difference 👌👏
The housekeeping supervisor, Ms Zeynep Arslan , was very helpful and kind to us. She turned our stay into a lovely one. She came to the room personally and listened to some of the issue we had and solved them immediately. We cannot thank her enough.
