Short city break
The hotel is situated close to the city centre and walking distance to a close by Shanker market The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The staff were very helpful and polite and the
Breakfast was very good we stayed there for 3 nights.The hotel has a very good main chef who prepared dishes as requested.

Séjour moyen dans l ensemble
Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de Connaught Place …personnel très sympathique et arrangeant.
Pas de consigne à bagages mais ont accepté de garder le mien dans leur minuscule bureau.
La chambre est correcte , lit confortable, clim, douche correcte, wifi ok.
Points négatifs :
> L ascenseur est minuscule, vieillot et sale, préférer une chambre au 1er étage pour privilégier l escalier.
> Dans les couloirs traînent les restes des repas des clients …
> impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer car c est une vitre.
> Pas de nuisance sonore extérieure mais aucune insonorisation par la porte : bruits du couloir dans la nuit (personnel et clients qui parlent fort ).
Petit déjeuner excellent (ne pas manquer les succulents dosas ;) ainsi que le resto d une façon générale.
Pour info, refusent les visites d invités en chambre après 20h, une règle spécifique à Delhi à priori ….

Dirty and Small Room
I have booked this place for 2 nights. When I checked in, i got room at 4th floor. Room was dirty as I saw many hairs in the bathroom as well as on the bed. This room did not have any window for sunlight or fresh air because of that room had some weird smell. I had to leave the room after one night as room was suffocating and when I checked at front desk to change the room, I did not get any support. This only plus for this hotel is the location. I will never go back to this place.

Diamond in the Rough
We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

The room, food, and service were excellent. The staff attended to all my needs during my stay in the hotel. The Receptionist, housekeeping supervisor, housekeepers, waiters, chef, and security were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. 😊
