Hotel not recommended, very bad
The place is not clean, and there is no effort to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, especially in the bathroom and toilet.
Although there is a kettle, it is only for making tea. Coffee is not available in the room.
The promise of internet access in the hotel rooms was not fulfilled. From the first day until the last, it was impossible to connect to the internet in the room. Moreover, even calls via WhatsApp were problematic, with frequent disruptions. After complaining, I was told that the hotel was full and the network was overloaded. Later, as compensation, they sent a bottle of wine (which was expired), a second bottle of wine, and some fruits. However, the internet connection did not improve, and I still couldn't connect.
Very weak water flow in the shower.
The service provided and the answers are really not polite.

Ubicación tranquila y correcto
Este hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos andando del centro por lo que su ubicación no es tan mala.
La habitación es cómoda y correcta, sin embargo, de las dos noches que estuvimos en fechas diferentes hubo una en la que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y salía un ruido constante del baño, probablemente de los conductos del aire.
El desayuno está bien porque tienes variedad de productos.
Por tanto, no es mala opción.

Comfortable hotel but noisy at weekends.
Comfortable room, clean with everything you need. Breakfast was good.
I was here at the weekend and it was very noisy as the bars stay open until 4a.m. and there were young people in rooms near me, I needed earplugs. Even though I had a room key I was challenged at breakfast because the part with my room number was ripped off, fair enough but I had a key and my passport, you'd think that would be proof enough!!
I couldn't get the safe to work, neither could other members of my party.
A little too far away from the old town to walk in the 35 degrees heat, but certainly walkable.

Ottimo hotel
Si tratta di un ottimo hotel, dista solo 15 minuti a piedi dalla Metro, ha un parcheggio, le stanze sono grandi e pulite. Il personale è garbato e disponibile. All’interno ci sono sia un ristorante che un bar. Adatto sia alla clientela business che a famiglie. Ottimo wi-fi. Consigliato!
