This family-friendly hotel is located in the Kiris District, on Turkey's glorious Mediterranean Coast. The hotel is situated just 5 km away from the resort of Kemer. The hotel is set to a stunning mountain backdrop, lying just 300 metres away from the beach. The hotel is ideal for those who are eager to explore the rich history and culture of the area. The hotel is situated within easy access of a number of attractions, including Phaselis. This wonderful hotel comprises brightly-decorated guest rooms, with turquoise tones to reflect the beauty of the sea. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, ensuring fun for all the family. The hotel features an aquapark and a spa centre, ensuring unrivalled comfort and relaxation. Experience a unique cultural journey with us, as we showcase a different geographical region of Turkey each day of the week. Indulge in authentic dishes, cultural events, and music from these regions during your stay. Our expansive green and water park sets us apart as a standout property in the area. Daima Biz Hotel is the perfect destination for travelers seeking a diverse and immersive Turkish experience. During the winter season between November and April, our accommodation concept is only (all inclusive) and all non-concept imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices and Turkish coffee are again subject to extra charge. In addition, the beach situation is mixed with sand and pebbles. Beach Towels can be obtained from the Reception with a Deposit Towel Card (€10). Minibars are filled with cola, fanta, sprite, soda and water only on the first day, as stated in the concept. It continues as water only for the remaining days of stay. And Private hotel parking costs €5 per day. The Dolu Su Park is full of Water Slides Open Period: May 15 - October 15 depending on weather conditions (10:00-17:00). Kay-Uç ( Slide-Fly) adult slide +18. Subject to an additional charge of €5 per person. THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE OPENING PERIODS,OPENING HOURS AND SERVICES DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Price / Performance is quite good.
The hotel met our expectations. The staff at the reception were very helpful and reliable.
We lost our glasses on the beach and they gave it to the reception the same day.
aqua park was so good. The food was good as well. The pool view rooms were very usable.

My expectations were not fulfilled, this hotel was more of a 3-star hotel than a 5-star hotel, the air conditioning was broken, the room was dirty, the food was plentiful but the quality was not satisfactory, it was very crowded, the Wi-Fi was of very poor quality, our room was completely Wi-Fi could not be connected, I was not satisfied at all 👎👎👎

Faulty towers of turkey! Don't do it !
This place is a joke!
Don't bother of your English.
Only met 2 other English families in 10 days.
Do not be fooled by the excellent reviews because if you look closely they are obviously writing them for themselves. 🤣
Firstly let me say that the entire place is in dyer need of refurbishment . The rooms are filthy under and behind beds etc. There are broken things like doors and frames. The food is absolutely disgusting recycled slop that is always cold. They have no idea what foods people want. I mean come on there's broccoli and sprouts and doner kebab for breakfast 🤦‍♂️
You only get omelette which is always cold and has loads of egg shell in or scrambled which is really wet.
This place needs to replace the manager clearly. The restaurant is constantly running out of cutlery and glasses for drinks and they don't even have a toaster 🤦‍♂️
The restaurant and bar areas are swarming with wasps and flies landing all over the desserts and fruit so clearly again poor management seeing as they don't even put traps up to target the insect issues.
The pool bar gives out actual glasses which keep getting smashed by the pool and not cleared up properly as my son found out when he cut his foot 🤬
Wasps get in drinks and my son had his tongue stung 🤬
So I booked this hotel purely for the 3 big slip and fly slides that are clearly advertised but of course its a con because they actually belong to Kingdom of sea next door and are nothing to do with dol su park or daima biz and it costs a fortune to get in there. The smaller jump slides that are included you have to be over 18 and they only open the after 2pm.
The big one on the beach you have to pay for.
The ice cream is not free.
Hardly any staff speak English so don't bother.
We booked a family room for 5 and didn't get given enough beds and had to keep asking reception why we are only being given 2 towels and 2 waters. 🤷‍♂️
We are down to earth and don't expect alot but just basic would do but they can't even manage basic. Without the access to the waterpark this hotel would be rated 2 star. I wouldn't give it 3 even with it.
Good luck if you still decide to stay here.

I already know they will come back with the same old response saying they have taken it all into consideration etc blah blah but it won't change with the current management.

The hotel is the worst ever. The floor is dirty and sticky, the air conditioning is very bad throughout the hotel, including the dining areas and the rooms where it's very weak. The food is repeatedly recycled and not fresh. The public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty, worse than any public restroom. The room design is uncomfortable. We were given a bad room with unsealed air conditioning vents and behind the bed was dirty and dusty. The noise from the generator was disturbing in the room. When we requested a room change, we were given an even worse room. We sought help from Mr. Kevin, who changed the room to a slightly better one but with very bad air conditioning. Every time I saw him during my stay, he would ask for a tip for his assistance, making me feel pressured to give him money.

Family holidays
We was here with family, today after one week we come back. I want say Thanks to all hotel workers. Food was Great, aquapark was super Nice, hotel was clean. Wi-Fi dont function everywhere But fck it. Youre on vacation, dont destroy it with phone and relax 😉

A éviter absoulement chambres tres sales, nouriture toujours la meme chose les fruit ne sont pas lavé et a la plage n'y a rien a monger a part les frites et pas bonne du tout odeur d'egout psr tout, c'est un hebergement pour les tournois de sport, personnel gentille. Ne jetter pas votre argent a la poubelle vous allez vraiment regreter.

Pas un 5 étoiles du tout
Pour commencer on est loin d’un 5 étoiles niveau prestations hôtelières et restauration . La nourriture était la même pendant 15 jours . Jamais un seul plat qui change et repas destiné aux turcs exclusivement. Niveau viande de qualité y’a rien , aucun fruit au petit déjeuner , pas de viennoiseries non plus , frites au petit dej mais pas au dîner . Un seul restaurant pour un complexe aussi grand c’est horrible. Il faut faire la queue pour se servir .Pour avoir déjà séjourné à Antalya 2 autres fois dans des 5* je peux vous dire que cela n’avait rien à voir , je m’attendais à super bien mangé comme les autres fois avec des buffets variés de qualité mais la pas du tout . Ça ressemble à une cantine d’entreprise de mauvaise qualité .
Autre point critique : la propreté . Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours il faut le réclamer sans cesse , pareil pour changer les serviettes faut demander . Ensuite quand il est fait c’est extrêmement rapide . En 2 semaines elles n’ont jamais nettoyé les wc ni la salle de bain . Elles se contentent de faire les lits et passer un coup de serpillère sans même passer l’aspirateur avant .
Enfin autre gros problème : la climatisation quasi inexistante dans les parties communes , restaurant , réception … il a fait très chaud et on transpirait en mangeant .

Seul point positif c’est les piscines ,parc aquatique et l’équipe d’ animation .
Cet hôtel mérite que 3 étoiles et le faire passer pour un 5 est mensonger .

Tolle Lagerort fast am Strand, sauber, viele Möglichkeiten beim Essen als Buffet.
Viele Attraktive Rütschen, tolle Musik und Discos am Nacht.
Getränke und Wasser immer vorrätig.
Personnel arbeiten immer pünktlich, im Ruhe obwohl Hotel immer voll ist

Wir geben dem Hotel echt nur 3 Sterne, dazu muss man nicht viel sagen. Ich muss aber sagen das hamam war der Hammer 5*🙂🙂
Das hotel hat echt nur 3 Sterne verdient, muss man echt nichts dazu sagen. Das hamam war der Hammer,Serhat ist sehr liebevoll & alles war top von Sauna bis Massage. Ein großes Lob das hat unser Tag wirklich versüßt. Vielen Dank an die spa crew.

Never again
Wir sind mit einer größeren Gruppe angereist, die Namen und Zimmerbelegung wurde bereits 10 Tage vorher übermittelt, bei Anreise quälte sich (und uns) 1 Mitarbeiter am Check In um alle einzugeben, das dauerte fast 2 Stunden, währenddessen standen aber mehrere weitere Mitarbeiter und schauten auf ihr Handy oder unterhielten sich. Zimmer waren OK, in fast allen fehlten allerdings keine Handtücher, die erst sehr viel später gegeben wurden. Das Essen war furchtbar, morgens ein Teeaufguss, der von 07.00 bis 10.00 offenbar reichen sollte, um 10 war der Tee klar wie Wasser, auf Becher, Tassen oder Gläser musste man in einer langen Schlange warten, Kellner haben nicht an den Tisch reserviert, alles self service, Essen geschmacklos, ewig lange Schlangen bis man Essen holen konnte, die Servierbereiche waren in Hüfthöhe, jeder konnte sich über die Schüsseln lehnen, es wurde herzhaft geniest und gehustet, Corona schien es hier nie gegeben zu haben, unsere Gesamtgruppe waren über 50 Personen, viele sind zum Eseen nach Kemer gefahren, 1 x Abendessen war OK, 2. Abendessen war nicht genießbar, Fleisch verbrannt, im Salat verschimmelte Tomaten, 3. Abendessen gegen einen Aufpreis von 10 € pro Person war das was man standartmäßig erwartet hat, das Bier schien mit Wasser gestreckt oder eine neue Marke zu sein, Wein war ungenießbar und eher in der Küche als Essig nutzbar, einige wenige Servicekräfte waren hilfsbereit. Ein Tourist aus der Türkei sagte, innerhalb des Hotels habe man die Kontrolle verloren, keine Manager die alles kontrollieren und im Griff haben, keine Ordnung, es regiert das Prinzip Zufall, der Strand war steinig OK, da kann man nichts dafür, dass die Liegen alt und teils kaputt, in fast allen Fällen sehr schmutzig waren schon. Die Sportplätze waren, um zu sagen, weswegen überhaupt 1 Stern vergeben werden kann, in einem guten Zustand, es gab offenbar für mehrere Plätze nur einen kleinen, alten Sonnenschirm, der Platz war aber in einem guten Zustand.. der Wasserpark war ok, alles allerdings etwas schmutzig und heruntergekommen.
Dieses Hotel braucht eine Komplettrenovierung, Sanierung und Desinfizierung, vor allem aber fähige Mitarbeiter, die ihr Handwerk gelernt haben. Dieses Hotel wäre in Schulnoten eine 5-6, es kann keinesfalls für welchen Aufenthalt auch immer empfohlen werden... leider das absolut schlechteste Hotel, welches ich in 9 Jahren, die ich bereits in der Türkei lebe, je gesehen habe.

Sehr gute Bedingungen für Trainingslager
Mit einem Tross von 32 Personen reisten wir vom 01.01.22 bis zum 09.01.22 in ein Fußball Intensiv Trainingslager ins Daima.
Keine Frage, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung, doch die Bedingungen waren für unser Trainingslager optimal. Die vier Fußballplätze waren in sehr gutem Zustand, die Betreuung hervorragend und die türkische Gastfreundschaft herzlich.
Das Essen bewerte ich als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wer offen für Neues ist, wer bereit ist, auszuprobieren, den können die türkischen Gerichte begeistern.
Meine Mitreisenden zeigten sich zudem vom Service und vom Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis im Spa sehr angetan.
Resümee: Für unser Vorhaben und für die Jahreszeit nahezu ideal.

Nicht sauber schlimm schlimm
Ich war in diese Hotel mit meiner Familie drin aber ich sag euch ganz ehrlich bloß nicht dahin das Hotel ist definitiv nicht sauber Service ist schlecht Toiletten sind dreckig Pool ist nicht sauber die sind alle unfreundlich ich übertreibe wirklich nicht das Geld was sie kriegen ist wirklich zu viel ich werde lieber anstatt dieses Hotel würde ich drei Sterne Apartment oder 2 Sterne sie essen gehen Tag hinziehen Pommes Pommes ist nicht durch das Essen ist nicht durch die Leute die beschweren sich hinter ich habe das selber in meine Augen gesehen unser Zimmer war nicht sauber und Sabbath Toiletten sind dreckig Bad Preisschrift Schimmel Feuchtigkeit alles mögliche Bettwäsche dreckig also bloß nicht da ich ihn ja vielleicht denkt er dass ich übertreibe man muss sie ja selber wissen aber wenn du einmal da bist würdest du mir Recht geben bloß nicht da hingehen das ist nicht Fünfsternehotel sondern in meine Augen 2 Sterne Hotel sie kriegen noch nicht mal also Poolbereich was kaltes Sprite Fanta schmeckt gar nicht da sind voller Bienen ja die fliegen hin und her und die haben Snackbar Barbereich nur Pommes und Donner und ich habe gesehen wie sie arbeiten nicht sauber bloß nicht dahin bloß nicht mit Familie dahin gehen was ist wirklich Hölle da ich habe mich Sorge in der Türkei beschwert ich bin selber ein Türke dass das Hotel so schlecht ist das so dass ich mein Geld wieder haben will und das läuft immer noch weiter also meine Lieben bloß bitte nicht dahin schlimm
