Dazzler by Wyndham Buenos Aires Maipu

La atención excelente, la cama súper cómoda, el frigobar súper completo, me encantó el espacio de trabajo dentro de la habitación. Lo único que mejoraría es el desayuno, ya que no poseía opciones veganas.

So, this hotel is well situated and most places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The rooms were very big and comfortable. There was a fridge, which was useful. On the downside, there's no bar or restaurant in the hotel - although there are restaurants nearby. Be careful with the lifts. I expected them to be flush to the floor but they're not and I went flying - very painful.

Just stayed at the Dazzler Maipú and it was fantastic! Perfectly located in the city center, this hotel offers easy access to Buenos Aires' main attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable haven after a busy day.

Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Checking in was rather smooth. For those a wee bit more tech savvy than I, would find the QR code style of filling the required information a breeze.

We used this hotel as a base so that we could leave our one luggage behind as we travelled to various parts of Argentina with our cabin bags. All in all we spent a good 8 nights at this hotel.

The staff was great. From the doorman to front desk to kitchen and housekeeping....excellent service from all. Special mention has to go to Gaston. His warm and friendly demeanour made us feel valued and at home.

The breakfast is nothing to shout about as it is basically the same everyday but it is enough to keep you going till lunch. The staff at the breakfast lounge were on the ball and kept everything topped up and tables were cleaned constantly. Kudos to them.

We had the chance to try out 3 different rooms.
#807 had a smell and I hope it's been eradicated. Had to clean the aircon filter as the machine was choking with a thick layer of dust; worked like a charm after the wash down. The handle bar for the bath tub was loose and dislodged from the wall. Told Gaston about it and hopefully it was fixed.
#804 was not bad but I had to also clean the aircon fliter..same scenario. Also the same story with the handle bar at the bathtub.
#206 was a good room. Aircon filters need no cleaning.
All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and toilet amenities were more than adequate. Rooms were spacious.

The location is awesome. Walking distance to most places of interest. There's lots of mini supermarkets all around. Directly opposite the hotel is a great place for 'parilla' (barbecue meats). Quite reasonably priced and it closes at midnight. If you're dying for some greens/salads...about 200 m left of the hotel, as you exit, is a diner-like establishment call D'Italia at the intersection. Their salad options may not be huge but they do serve a good portion of it.

Note: money changers are aplenty at Florida street (Pedestrian only street) about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good rates. Changed a few times from different guys and have not had a bad experience.

I would normally give a 3* or a 3.5* rating but the entire staff made up for it. We will be heading back to Argentina and the Dazzler Maipu is definitely one of our options.

Hôtel bien placé (entre Galeria Pacifico et Obélisque). Très grande chambre un peu sombre et matelas trop mou à mon goût. Petit déjeuner moyen (le café est médiocre). Bons produits dans la salle de bains. Pas de restaurant. Personnel très aimable. Ok pour un court séjour ou voyage d’affaire.

The Dazzler-Maipu Hotel in Buenos Aires provides good, basic hotel amenities in a convenient location in downtown Buenos Aires. It maintains a high level of cleanliness, courteous and attentive staff, and is reasonably priced for the area. I particularly commend the efficient HVAC system and the helpfulness of staff in orienting us on our first visit to the city. Many attractions are walkable and the neighborhood felt safe.

Stayed here just a short over night trip, great value for money. Hotel located downtown in Micro Central, nice restaurants around. Rooms spacious and clean with everything I needed. Staff at the Front Reception were friendly and always helpful.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé, bien isolé phonétiquement, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un confort moderne, mais standardisé et sans charme ! Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Efficace pour un séjour d'une nuit près de l'aéroport.

La prima esperienza è stata positiva. Albergo situato in zona centrale, con rapporto qualità prezzo molto buona. Servizio molto buono. Al ritorno dopo circa 10 giorni abbiamo avuto una camera con un letto rotto (molle completamente rotte sul lato del letto). Avendolo scoperto alla sera tardi, non è stato possibile cambiare il letto, anche se il giorno seguente si sono scusati dell'inconveniente.
Resta un albergo comodo per rapporto prezzo.

Ho passato solo una notte in questo hotel collocato nel centro. Personale molto cortese e disponibile per informazioni. Camera pulita e ottima connessione Wi-Fi. Davanti all'hotel c'è un piccolo ristorante fast food italiano dove poter gustare un buon piatto di pasta.

Direi che a prima vista può sembrare semplice ed essenziale ma piuttosto nuovo, la realtà è che è probabilmente un po' datato.
La prima stanza ricevuta aveva l'aria condizionata non funzionante, il letto cigolante per non parlare del bidet non fissato a terra...con rischio di caduta all'indietro altino se non si è buoni equilibristi!
Richiesto il gg dopo il cambio camera: dopo aver ricevuto indicazioni di lasciare il bagaglio nella precedente, all'arrivo in hotel la sera il bagaglio sembra sparito! Un'ora per ritrovarlo.
Colazione senza arte ne parte: niente yogurt (se non un latte aromatizzato) , un piccolo piatto di dolci locali (discutibili) e le classiche fette tostate con marmellata

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hotel (60 euros la nuit).

Dans une rue en travaux ( le matin les travaux commencent à 8h, demandez une chambre en hauteur pour être le plus au calme possible.
A 5 minutes à pied du métro et 20 minutes à pieds de l'obelisque et du teatro colon...

La chambre est assez grande, la literie correcte. Le problème c'est le bruit des autres chambres et des conduites d'eau comme toujours. Et l'hygiene de la salle de bain, beaucoup de traces d'usure et surtout des serviettes qui sentaient mauvais, toutes trouées...

Le petit déjeuné n'a rien d'exceptionnel mais il est tout de même correcte. Ce que l'on recherche dans un hotel c'est l'emplacement , la propreté et le calme... 2 de ces choses n'étaient pas présentes...

Hotel de bon standing aux prestations élevées pour un prix très raisonnable (460 Ar$ la nuit). Il bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle dans le centre de Buenos Aires, à deux pas de Florida et du métro à San Martin.

L'accueil est très professionnel et le personnel est très efficace face à nos demandes. L'hôtel a des tarifs très compétitifs pour des spectacles et des excursions (en Uruguay par exemple).
La chambre est immense, tout comme le lit vraiment confortable. Belle salle de bain. TV Ecran plat et connexion Wifi sans accroc. Des ordinateurs sont aussi en accès lilbre. Rien à redire en ce qui concerne la propreté.
Globalement calme, la chambre n'est pas équipée de double vitrage. Cela peut poser problème dans les bas étages mais nous étions au 5ème et les bruits de la rue étaient atténués, ne perturbant pas notre sommeil.

Petit-déjeuner sous forme d'un buffet classique avec grand choix de patisseries et de fruits frais. Peu de salé.

Conclusion : bon hôtel au rapport qualité/prix plus qu'honnête (via Booking).

Das Hotel hat eine prima Lage in der Innenstadt von Buenos Aires. Zu Fuss gelangt man schnell und einfach zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse; dort ist es dennoch laut. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad waren angenehm geräumig, sehr sauber, die Betten etwas durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet im modernen Raum war reichlich und gut.Ein inshesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt im Zentrum von B.A.

Das Hotel hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen, insbesondere das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war unglaublich gut.
Das Hotel ist modern, alles wirkt sehr neu und in bestem Zustand.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, wenn auch schmal.
Ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Badewanne.
In der Lobby stehen vier PCs zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn auch nur kalt.

Einzig störend war der im Zimmer hörbare Straßenlärm.

Mitten im Microcentro kann man vom Hotel aus gut und bequem die ganze Stadt zu Fuss erobern. Während es im Palermo Viertel eher kleine Häuser hat dominieren hier die hohen Geschäftshäuser. Gleich um die Ecke an der Paraguaj hat es einige nette Restaurants und Bars.
Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und bietet alles was es für einen Städtetrip braucht. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer, ein riesen Bett und für Buenos Aires sehr ruhig (waren im 9. Stock). Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber das Essen weist eine gute Qualität auf.

War im Mai 10 Tage in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Zweck der Reise war geschäftlich und da ich nicht so viel Geld ausgeben wollte habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Die Nacht hat zu dieser Zeit 109 USD gekostet. Ich hab den eindruck gehabt das die Bewertung sehr vielversprechend waren. Als ich ankam, war ich aber überrascht das es ein sehr einfaches Hotel war.

Wie gesagt, ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und musste da nur Nachts schlafen. Dementsprechend waren meine Ansprüche auch nicht so hoch.

Das Hotel ist direkt im Microcentro. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich, aber dazu muss ich sagen, das Argentinier immer freundlich sind. Deswegen kann ich nicht sagen das es unbedingt am Hotel lag.

Bett war ein bischen zu weich für mein Geschmack, und das Kopfkissen zu hoch.

Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch und die auswahl ist nicht so gross. Zu anderen zeiten gibt es hier nichts zu essen, ausser im zimmer. Man kann aber in der Nähe im Einkaufszentrum essen.

Bad ist aber inklusive Badewanne, was für mich persönlich sehr wichtig war. Alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen sind outgesourct. Es funktionert aber einwandfrei. Hatte irgendwann auch voll die Nackenschmerzen, und dann habe ich eine Massage bestellt die sehr gut war.

Für Leute die Nachts keinen Lärm ertragen können, ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. mein Zimmer hat die ganze Nacht den Lärm der Strasse gehabt. Busse und Autos die ganze Zeit.

Zimmer sind sehr dunkel...

Es lässt sich aber hier leben und es ist sauber. ausserdem ist es in der Nähe von der Fußgängerzone und Puerto Madero.

Würde hier geschäftlich um Geld zu sparen nochmal bleiben. Wenn ich aber bequemlichkeit Suche, würde ich was anderes wählen.

Das Hotel Dazzler Tower Maipu liegt im Stadtteil Retiro unweit des Busbahnhofs, es ist
aber auch nur einen Steinwurf von der Fußgängerzone "Florida" entfernt. So ist man
z.B. in nur drei Minuten im schönen Einkaufszentrum "Galerias Pacicifo".
Ich kam recht früh im Hotel an, weshalb mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Man war aber
recht freundlich an der Rezeption. Ich gab mein Gepäck ab und da es in Strömen
regnete wartete ich in der ganz netten Lobby. Das kabellose Internet ist gut und
kostenlos, dazu gibt es noch vier Terminals gegenüber von den Aufzügen, die
Benutzung ist ebenfalls gratis.
Mein Einzelzimmer war recht groß und modern eingerichtet, minimalistisch, aber
geschmackvoll. Das Bett war gut, ebenso das Bad, gut gefallen hat mir der
Schreibtisch. Ich schlief sehr gut, die Fenster waren gut isoliert, kein
Strassenlärm drang ins Zimmer.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gut eingerichtet und der Service ist freundlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings beschränkt es sich auf einige Speisen, aber
das was vorhanden war, war wie erwähnt richtig gut.
Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, da es mit 109 USD (Vorausbuchung) okay vom Preis her
war und wirklich mehr als zentral gelegen ist.
Wer einen romantischen Trip macht, sollte sicherlich sich woanders umsehen, aber
für andere Anlässe war es gut und zweckmäßig, insgesamt eine gute Wahl für
mich, ich werde wohl erneut darauf zurückgreifen.
