TATIANA EN RECEPCIÓN GROSERA Y DESPECTIVA
El hotel excelente la comida deliciosa estuvimos en una convención de una empresa pero la atención de la recepcionista de la mañana es pésima es una persona despectiva grosera y de muy mal servicio al cliente… desde q llegamos su atención fue pésima muy grosera y de mala comunicación no saluda no colabora y la verdad es triste q una empresa como los ghl se vean apocadas por personas q nos les gusta trabajar o q simplemente no sirven para servicio al cliente…

GHL Espectacular!
Este hotel tiene muchas buenas condiciones que se adaptan a cualquier tipo de viaje que hagas, ya sé en familia, pareja, negocios… etc, las habitaciones son amplias, el baño grande, tienen un área de trabajo super cómoda, así mismo el hotel tiene salones de reuniones que te los prestan sin costo extra tengas uno o más invitados a la reunión y te dejan café y galleticas! La atención es de lo mejor, todo el personal desde que llegas al hotel, recepción, en el restaurante, las personas de servicios generales! Todos maravillosos! Mil gracias!! El desayuno es abundante y muy muy variado! De gran calidad! La ubicación es muy buena! Cerca a los mejores lugares de entretenimiento!! Y en el primer piso hay varios restaurantes y supermercados por si quieres comprar algo! Para mí sin duda alguna es un 10/10!!

Robo en habitación
Robo en la habitación, el hotel lo comprobó ya que entroó de acuerdo a las cámaras una persona no autorizada en el momento en el que sucedió. Mal olor en las habitaciones, personal poco diligente no tienen protocolos en estos casos de robos. Poco recomendable
Para el hotel GHL Barranquilla lo más importante es la seguridad y tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes, como fue respondido vía correo electrónico le ratificamos que hemos realizado la respectiva revisión del caso en compañía de nuestro jefe de seguridad y se evidencia que en la habitación no ingreso ninguna persona sospechosa sin autorización y no se encontró ningún objeto personal, no obstante, le recalcamos la disposición del hotel y de todo nuestro equipo para brindarle el apoyo y la asistencia que se requiera.

Excellent choice!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service from each and every member of the hotel staff. The rooms are fairly spacious and are being kept spotless. The breakfast buffet is the best I have enjoyed in literally years and it is probably the one feature which makes this good hotel stand out even more. If there is one thing that deserves improvement, it would be the gym, some update in the form of new (cardio)machines would be appreciated, but that is my point of view. Would I chose this hotel again? In a heartbeat!

If i can save one person from booking this hotel, i will have earned my wings. Smelly cramped rooms, NO hot water, rude staff, and the best part is they claim to be 5 stars 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😐😐 i left 6 days before the end of my stay because of strange people at my doors, and strange calls to me room. No insulation so you could hear cars like they were in your room. Rude restaurant staff, and over all this hotel could use a total makeover . Stay at the Crowne Plaza. That's where I went and it's was AWESOME

the worst client service ever
I stay at the hotel, the room is ok and the location is close to shopping area but you need to take a taxi.
I did the reservation requesting to be done in name of the company and I supply the company name and tax number within the reservation. The hotel do not give you the bill after payment when you do the check out, they sent it by email. the receipt I got was not including the company information as requested and I ask them to correct it and the reply they send me was that I need to supply a list of documents like:
(i) Company name and tax identification number (NIT) or the one that takes its place, of the executing donor, executing entity and/or the executing contractor, as the case may be.
(ii) Name or company name and tax identification number -NIT of the provider or service provider.
(iii) Date and number of the certificate of common utility issued by the Presidential Agency for International Cooperation of Colombia, APC-Colombia.
(iv) Description of the goods purchased or the service contracted.
(v) Express statement that the purchased good or contracted service is exclusively intended for the common utility program that is the object of the aid or donation
so, finally I will pay the hotel instead ask my company to loss a lot of manhours looking for this information. recommendation, if you travel for work, avoid this hotel chain.

Los pequeños detalles, importan y mucho.
Seguramente fue y tuvo su época de gloria, pero se le nota que está necesitando una intervención. Esperemos que esté comenzando y en proceso por que son detalles incómodos.

Ascensores que el sensor de autorizar su movimiento no funciona, cafetería para desayuno en un salón que seguramente es normalmente usado para conferencias.

Habitación que pide a gritos remodelarse, puertas que no cierran correctamente, y así me puedo quedar describiendo.

Excelente hotel. Cómodas habitaciones excelente atención por parte de las personas del hotel. Rico desayuno y variado. Volvería sin duda. Muy buena ubicación cerca de supermercados y centros comerciales. Personal muy atento.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, y soy gerente
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Hotel chain states that customer service is the most important thing—it is not. This lack of service was made evident at the start with Sergio at the front desk, who was not only sassy, but absolutely useless from a customer service standpoint. When plans changed and we needed to check out earlier, he proceeded to be unhelpful and tell me he could only honor the reservation for its entire duration. After discussing how often I had stayed at the GHL branded hotels and how modifying the reservation had never been an issue in the past, he went behind a closed door and came back offering a “great” solution: modifying my reservation to cut it from 9 days to 3 days for a higher price (and had modified it already without discussing any pricing with me. I kid you not when I say I spent 1 hour checking in trying to find a solution for both parties. Ultimately, Sergio told me the price wasn’t going to change and I would have to take it or leave it.
The bed was incredibly springy and hard. Not comfortable. Room was standard. Not luxurious as website makes it out to be.
One day for breakfast, I checked on their app which stated that breakfast ended at 10:30 am, and confirmed with an employee in the hallway at 10:05 am that breakfast went until 10:30 am, and then the lady at the breakfast location gave me a sassy attitude telling me that breakfast was over at 10 am and I could grab from what was left, but for my information it was over at 10 am.
I tried to call the front desk using the phone in room to no avail over 5 times.
When checking out, I called using the phone to have a bellboy come help with the bags, and no answer. I went to find help from the cleaning staff, who stated they had called down for me. No one came. I ended up going downstairs and asking Rafael at the front desk, who stated he would send someone immediately, but did not. I had to ask again five minutes after talking with him about my issues and he finally sent someone.
During check out, I expressed the lack of service and the horrible experience to Rafael, who stated he recognized me from previous stays at the other hotel around the corner, GHL Collection. He stated he would try to help, went behind closed door and “spoke to someone” who told him that since Sergio and I had come to an agreement, there was nothing that could be done. When I asked to speak to the manager, he stated he would call him over and I waited over 15-20 minutes to no avail (when he was around the corner at the other hotel, literally across the street).
When I asked for the general manager’s name, Rafael would not give it to me, stating he could not make that information public. As if it wasn’t the general manager’s job to address issues? He would only offer me the reservations manager’s name.
I cannot express enough my disgust at the lack of service and care from these team members and their inability to help in any way. Absolutely ridiculous. It appears they may be faking other reviews considering the comments if you really take the time to read them.
Coming from customer service background my whole life and being a manager myself, it is extremely hard to write negative reviews. However, I am taking the time to do so because I cannot at all recommend staying here. In fact, you should stay away from this hotel at all costs.
It turns out the hotel manager was at the pool the one day I was up there and I didn’t want to ruin her day letting her know the experience I had had, hoping someone on the team would be able to resolve. I should have just approached her in that moment.
I’m ashamed to say this kind of hosting can occur in the city in which I was born. Do not stay here.
P.S. Room also smelled heavily of mold at all times. They don’t let you leave the AC on, as you have to remove the card to the room which turns on all power. They only give you one key, as well.
If you look at the “management responses,” you will see it’s a joke. They will talk about improving for years, but never seem to…

Excellent Service!
We only stayed one night but the staff did EVERYTHING to make it great. When we checked in I explained we would be leaving at 5am and therefor would miss breakfast and therefor not have my much needed coffee. They went into action and had a coffee machine delivered to my room and had coffee ready. GREAT service! good location and very comfortable room. Gracias por todos

Zentral gelegen (hoher Lärmpegel im Zimmer), sehr aufmerksamer Service
Die zentral gelegene Lage hatte Einfluss auf den Lärmpegel im Zimmer (Buenavista in leicht zu Fuss erreichbar). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, der Internetempfang ausgezeichnet, das Personal ist äusserst flexibel in Bezug auf Sonderwünsche. Die Benützung des Pools auf dem Dach des Hotesl (tolle Aussicht) ist bei den hohen Temperaturen in BAQ eine einmalige Erfahrung. Essen im Hotel-Restaurant: so lala.

Ottimo hotel di passaggio
Tenuto e curato molto bene, tranquillo con parcheggio sotterraneo privato, buona colazione, buona cortesia dello staff, camera grande con letti enormi per noi europei. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Unico neo: in zona non c'è nulla !!!... se non siete automuniti NON ci andate !!!

Buon hotel
Nel mese di marzo sono stato una settimana, in generale hotel molto pulito, camere grandi e comode, buon desayuno, buona posizione, un discreto gim, unico neo la piscina, dovrebbero restaurarla e pulirla con maggior frequenza.

Ottimo per lavoro
Non è paragonabile con un cinque stelle europeo, però questo è vero anche nel prezzo, perché molto economico. In terrazza c'è una discreta palestra, una piscina non tanto grande, una sauna ed un bagno turco. Colazione nella norma, forse potrebbe essere più fornita, comunque resta un più che buon hotel a Barranquilla.

Loin du centre mais bon confort
Dommage que l'hôtel soit éloigné du centre. J'y ai passé 4 nuits. Réception toujours souriante.Chambre confortable et bien aménagée.Bonne climatisation silentieuse.Bon service de blanchisserie (dans la journée sans supplément).
Bonne restauration à prix raisonnable.
Petit déjeuner correct ,qui pourrait être amélioré.

Ottimo
Ottimo hotel per posizione, servizi, gentilezza e disponobilta' del personale.
Interessante la palestrina situata nell' ultimo piano per i fanatici ( come il sottoscritto dell'attivia' fisica).
Le stanze sono sufficientemente spaziose e luminose.
