Provato un aperitivo per 15 pax per una laurea e devo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata.Abbiamo utilizzato il bar dell'albergo riservato per l'evento, perfetto nel servizio, professionalità e gentilezza nell'accoglienza in una cornice meravigliosa.Prosecco, soft drink, cruditee, salumi ecc serviti con posateria e tovagliame che denota la cura del cliente e che solo l'alta hotellerie sa proporre.Assolutamente da riprovare e vivamente consigliato.Grazie a tutto lo staff.Marco

Absolutely fabulous!!

The location is fabulous, the service is wonderful, the breakfast is absolutely the very best, and Massimo is the greatest consignor in the world!! I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone staying in Siena. We stayed in the Heritage Suite with an adorable spiral staircase to a smaller bedroom upstairs for our 22 year old daughter. It was one of the only hotels that made it easy to have our daughter safely in our room but not on top of each other. My husband and I will be going back in 2025 for our anniversary and will stay there again. We were there in July of 2022 but I could not check that timeline. I am back on Trip Advisor looking for a hotel in a different location and realized how helpful the reviews have been and wanted to contribute. I will definitely review the others as well.

LGS in sienna

Wonderful staff especially GianPaolo the concierge lots of great tips for sightseeing guides and restaurants. Hotel is in a beautiful old building good breakfast. The rooms are a bit small otherwise it was a great experience. And we loved visiting the Duomo and adding on the rooftop climb

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Siena. Great place to stay if you want to stay in the center. The rooms are very nicely decorated, all the staff are very helpfull. The breakfast was delicious . We had a small balcony in our room which was very charming.

Bon hôtel situé en plein centre du 16e siècle !

Hôtel historique, typé Palace
En plein centre de la ville
Accès voiture relativement difficile pour non habitué des vielles villes italiennes
Réception accueil parfait !
Chambre élégante avec style
Un peu vintage, aménagement des années 90’
Très propre, service de palace
Seul bémol, un peu de bruit sur rue et entre chambre
A faire sans hésiter, prix en conséquence

Comme tous les établissements historiques situés dans le centre ville, notre Hôtel aussi est sujet aux contraintes e à la protection des Beaux Arts et donc au limites inévitables d’une telle situation.
Comme vous avez justement noté, l’Hôtel est situé sur la rue principale de la zone piétonne, qui est normalement considéré un avantage, en étant proche à tous les monuments les plus importants de Sienne.
C’est sure aussi que la rue principale est dès toujours le chemin le plus aimé et animé par tous pour promener dans la ville : habitants, touristes, étudiants. Cette situation peut causer du bruit en certaines horaires et on est désolés d’entendre que ça a pu vous déranger.
L’objectif de notre travail reste quand même la satisfaction complète de tous nos clients et de leur offrir un séjour agréable et complet de tous les services.

Belle adresse

Bel hôtel, et belle chambre à l’ambiance rustique et feutrée. Belle salle de bain. Vue sur la rue commerçante un peu bruyante, même la nuit. C’est évidemment l’inconvénient d’un hôtel localisé dans un centre historique. Pas rédhibitoire malgré tout. Personnel souriant aux petits soins.
Seul bémol à ce tableau idyllique : Service voiturier très cher (50eur/nuit!!) qui dérègle vos rétroviseurs et votre siège, et décapote pour parader en ville, mais ne prend pas la peine de refermer correctement ! À revoir absolument !!!

On est désolé de lire que le service du garage valet n’a pas été de votre complète satisfaction ; on vous prie de bien vouloir noter que c’est nécessaire que le siège du conducteur doit être dans une position de sécurité et aussi les rétroviseurs doivent être visibles par le voiturier. C’est possible qu’ils ne sont pas été positionnés exactement comme avant.
En référence à l’ouverture de la capote, votre rapport a été vérifié de manière appropriée ; les vérifications ont confirmé que aucun usage personnel de la voiture a eu lieu.
A’ cet égard on voudrait vous rassurer que le service de valet est fait selon la policy partagée avec le garage qui offre un service de prise en charge et de livraison au-delà du service de garde dans un garage privé, couvert et surveillé.

Nie wieder.

schlechtestes Preisleistungsverhältnis das wir je erlebt haben. Maxlmal 4 Sterne. Alt, schmutzig und generell ungepflegt. Beschwert man sich, wird man vom Chef an der Rezeption arrogant behandelt. Das schöne Foto ist ein Raum im ersten Stock und hat nichts mit dem Rest des Hauses zu tun. Wir reisen viel, aber so enttäuscht waren wir von einem 5 Sterne Hotel noch nie. Der Preis ist nicht weniger als eine Frechheit. Die vielen guten Bewertungen sehr dubios. Nie wieder.

Falla en los detalles para ser un 5 estrellas

El hotel esta ubicado dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad (si vas en auto pedile al hotel la explicación por donde entrar porque el transito esta prohibido dentro de la ciudad). El hotel ofrece valet parking por euros 45 el dia (a nivel mundial un valor excesivamente alto). La atención y predisposición del personal es excelente. El servicio de Internet es intermitente. El desayuna esta bien pero le falta nivel para ser un hotel 5 estrellas (por ejemplo podrian tener jugos naturales, ofrecer omelettes, etc). El edificio es muy lindo. Segun mi experiencia el hotel falla en los detalles y en ofrecer el plus que dan los hoteles de su categoria, por ejemplo podrian ofrecer un aperitivo en el bar a cierta hora de ma tarde o dejar en los cuartos algun pequeño chocolate (en lugar de 2 caramelos). Ademas le falta tener o bien poscina (no tiene) o sauna .

Nos complacen gratamente las palabras de elogio hacia el personal y el edificio.
El servicio de valet es opcional y la recepciòn queda a disposiciòn para indicar soluciones de aparcamiento fuera de la zona peatonal segùn su requerimiento.
Nuestro desayuno consta tanto del buffet que incluye jugos y jugo de naranja natural, huevos revueltos, tibios y tortillas, asì como de una amplia selecciòn de platos expresos à la carte entre los que se encuentran varios tipos de omelettes y huevos.
Esperamos darles la bienvenida nuevamente tanto en el Grand Hotel Continental como en cualquiera de los Hoteles de la familia Starhotels.

Muy complicado y caro llegar en auto y muy mala atencion del personal de recepcion

Siena es una hermosa ciudad, pero mi arribo fue entorpecido de manera muy desagradable por el mal momento de mi llegada. El hotel esta en un area de acceso restringido de autos y NO advierte a sus futuros huespedes la correcta manera de llegar alli sin problemas ni multas. No respondio el mail enviado previamente de como hacer para llegar con auto, tuvimos que llamar por telefono para que nos expliquen, la explicacion era imposible de llevarla a cabo, pues es complicadisimo y esta prohibido ingresar con auto por donde ellos explican y uno es un turista que no sabe donde si puede ir y donde no. El valet parking una vez que uno logra llegar alli (y ademas aun me falta saber si me han hecho multas) cuesta $45 euros!!!!!! ,por dia. El personal de recepcion me trato muy despectivamente, de manera ruda, fue realmente desagradable el recuerdo de esa complicada llegada.No son claros explicando lo del permiso del auto, no dan opciones si uno no quiere pagar el valet parking de 45 euros por dia. La habitacion esta muy bien , pero la alfombra estaba muy usada y sucia, y eso es inadmisible en un hotel de 5 estrellas. El led tv esta ubicado muy lejos de la cama, el baño tiene mala iluminacion para maquillarse, el desayuno es muy bueno, la ubicacion si uno llega sin auto es muy buena para pasear dentro de la ciudad, es un hermoso edificio, arruinado por un personal que desmerece el prestigio del hotel.
