We would inform you that in our Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club, We have been undergoing a major Hotel refurbishment program in all of our rooms, most of our bathrooms and common areas, all with new furniture. This construction takes place from 9:00am until 5:30pm, however we hope to keep as minimum noise possible so that it doesn't interfere with our guest's comfortable stay. This renovation will take place until the end of March 2024.We apologize for any inconvenience and we look forward to welcome you in our newly refurbished Hotel.

Not a 5 star. Tired and shabby
Was not a 5 star hotel. Everything is tired ,worn and old. I actually wanted to move hotel. But they gave us a different room second day which was slightly better.
A lot of stags drinking all day at the pool, and they sell day passes so anyone can buy one and spend the day using the facilities and they made sure to get their value from the bar too. .
. No poolside entertainment as was promised. I even asked one guy but he just sat beside his speaker. Zero for teens .
Breakfast was repetitive , no variation.
The only good thing was the pool although you were not allowed to sit by the pool before 9am.
One morning I went to sit and read my book and they kicked me out !
Location good for younger clientele as it was beside the strip , not for families.
Staff were very helpful.
I certainly would never return here with my family. Not a 5 star. Disappointed .

"Les équipements de la chambre sont très anciens et il n'y avait même pas de shampoing fourni. Le choix de nourriture est très limité, et il n'y avait même pas de steak haché. Wrong Rating Self Catering is it should say.
The rating was 5 star but it was not that.
There are no 5 star perks no water or small perks in the fridge.
Bedroom bed pushed together with a dip.
No staff / no porter
The room was more set up for self-catering, patio furniture was filthy.
There was no bath robe or slippers bathroom needed a good tidy up shower curtain it was a step in bath.
Restaurants 5-6 minute walk from Hotel food not that great.
Gym outdated equipment needs maintenance.
No entertainment in the evening or day
This is not 5 star all inclusive i personal would rate at least 3 for self-catering
Ask staff something they dont know.
More of a playground for stag and hen parties.

Entertainment
Yoandry y Cinder our entertainment hosts at the hotel were great fun, very energetic and funny. We played darts, ping-pong, and did a bit of dancing. They also brought the speaker to the pool to liven the mood. My sister and I really had a great afternoon by the pool and great entertainment

Yoandry and Cinder are amazing and give Great vibes. We played darts and ping pong and They were really good at including everyone. One of the best hotel i have stayed at, would definetly go back to the hotel. Definetly not getting bored saying here
