Great Views!
Great location; the best thing about the hotel is the views...Service is great. I would have loved it if they had a better checkout process where I don't have to wait for someone to go check the minibar in the room, it delays checkout! The extra bed they brought to the room was not comfortable.

Can’t beat the view !
probably the best views overlooking the river nile .. great staff and service … Merna at check in had been great in welcoming and assisting us .. upgrading to club room was definitely worth it .. Ali from guest relations has also been quite helpful and welcoming .. and sent us a cake to the room as we were celebrating a special event.

Best view overlooking the great Nile
We have been to most of the hotels overlooking the great nile but grand nile hotel is considered to me having the best view of the nile. We are linked emotionally to it since a long time coming frequently and enjoying the Nubian village resturant and the Nile cruise boat. But this is the first time to spend a couple of nights their. The entrance of the hotel is attractive while keeping the touch of the history. The rooms ate considered simple but of course need upgrade in furniture and USB connections. The business lounge is historical. Receptionists and waiters are very cooperative, smart and professional. A great advantage for the hotel being linked to a mall where there are cinemas and a theatre. I think the hotel will be greater under the management of the hilton chain. Especially to reconstruct the old building.
