Lovely family holiday
We’ve just got back from our first holiday as a family of four and we absolutely loved it. Just a super quick transfer from the airport and you’re there. This meant there was plenty of plane spotting in the hotel which the children loved.
All of the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Our children (aged 4 and 1) got so much attention, which they loved. There was one waitress in particular in the restaurant who would give them so much attention every day. I noticed my eldest looking out for her.
The drinks were great and food good (although our fussy children did end up eating the same meals most days)
The entertainment was fantastic, especially the Lion King (although my eldest struggled to stay awake for the 10pm showing!)
The kids club was great. My eldest asked to go every day and again, the staff were great and so kind. We did miss the kids disco one night because the location on the app was incorrect so we were sat waiting in the wrong place.
Our room was lovely, the sunbeds on our terrance meant we got to relax during nap time. Luckily the youngest wouldn’t walk bare foot on the grass so we managed to keep her contained! The only downside was the sofa bed, which has to be the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I don’t know if they are the same in every room or whether ours was broken. We also had an issue with the kettle, everytime we switched it on it would trip the electric. We did ask for a replacement but never got one (we didn’t need it for hot drinks but to sterilise dummies, which we ended up doing in the restaurant). All in all the room was nice and just big enough for a family of four.
The hotel was particularly lively on weekends with a lot of groups, we did get woken up a few times throughout the night.
Unfortunatly we needed to call a dr out to see the baby during our stay but the lady on guest services was so helpful.
We have never returned to the same hotel twice but will definitely be back again next year!!

Wedding
For the money you are paying for this hotel I was very disappointed.some members of staff are rude and not very helpful especially one security guard who was aggressive towards my friend who didn’t stay at the hotel but was visiting the hotel and was going to get a day pass he stopped us at the door and said she sits here or stands outside until I bought a day pass.the beds are not very comfy and information about what drinks were available with all inclusive and what drinks weren’t was not given to us so when you ask for a cocktail that’s not in the all inclusive they don’t tell you then except you to pay for it.all in all I would never stay at this hotel again given the price and upgrade we paid for

Holiday
Away we went again on out twice a year visit to the BEST hotel on the island. We LOVE it here, the rooms, staff, views, food and drinks are just heaven sent and top quality as we just know we will be looked after from the moment we check in until we check out. Special mentions go again to Roley and the bar staff who keep us watered and entertained on every visit. Roll on September
