Muy mala experiencia
Al hacer el check-in y solicitar una plaza de parking para el coche, me dijeron que no sabían si tenían plazas libres dentro del parking del hotel, pero que había un parking cercano gestionado por otro propietario. Fui pero estaba completo. Tras darme una vuelta buscando aparcamiento, y no encontrar ningún sitio, volví y les comuniqué que no había aparcamiento y que por favor me dejaran aparcar en el parking del hotel.
No me dieron ninguna opción, alegando que no sabían si había alguna plaza libre y que nunca habían facilitado una plaza de parking a esas horas de la noche. Eran las 23:30. Tras más de 40 minutos buscando aparcamiento por Calella, conseguí aparcar el coche.
Nada mas entrar a la habitación, un olor horrible a olor de tuberías atascadas que venía del baño. El lavabo no tragaba agua, y no había ni jabón de manos. El suelo pegajoso. El estado de la bañera puede verse en las fotos...
En la habitación las sabanas sucias, y colchones en los que te hundes literalmente. No nos fuimos, porque con dos niños y a esas horas, no puedes ponerte a buscar otro hotel. Este hotel venía incluido dentro de un pack de fin de semana, para ver la carrera de F1 en Montmeló.
En cuanto a lo positivo, el desayuno me pareció que estaba bien.
No se puede meter a unos clientes en una habitación en ese estado.

No merece la pena
Nos hemos alojado en este hotel durante un fin de semana, menos mal que eran pocos días. Según llegamos al hotel nos pareció que estaba bien, bien situado, en una zona tranquila, exterior del hotel bonito y recepción moderna y reformada. Hasta ahí todo lo bueno que se puede decir. Resto de instalaciones muy antiguas, la habitación solo tiene la cama y la televisión. Armario sin puertas del que se caen todas las perchas al querer coger una, ni siquiera una mesa/escritorio o silla. En la terraza 2 sillas sin mesa también. Por lo menos el colchón y la almohada eran medianamente cómodos. El baño antiguo, con una cortinilla de la bañera ya amarilla y muy sucia por debajo, muy antigienico, además de incómodo para entrar y salir de la bañera. Las puertas de entrada a la habitación pesan mucho, por lo que al abrir y cerrar hacen mucho ruido contra la pared. Por las noches mucho ruido por los pasillos y habitaciones contiguas. Incluso con música a las 1 de la mañana, que no apagan aunque se les llame la atención. Comedor lleno de gente, sin un orden para acomodarse, mesas sucias con platos sin recoger durante más de 15 minutos, por lo que dificulta mucho el encontrar una mesa donde sentarse. Las mesas muy juntas unas de otras, y teniendo que compartir mesa con otras familias por falta de espacio. Los platos y cubiertos para ir cogiendo en el buffet, sucios. Poca variedad de comida en cada servicio. Además de muy ruidoso. Entra el agua y vino en el "menu", agua del grifo que lleva en la jarra tiempo, por lo que ni siquiera está fría. Parking del hotel de pago, en una campa de tierra exterior, con agujeros en el suelo. Se aprovechan de que no hay sitio para aparcar gratuito en los alrededores.
En fin. Un hotel al que no volveré.
Por lo menos el personal de recepción muy amable y servicial, teníamos que salir del hotel todos los días a las 7.30 de la mañana por motivos del viaje y nos dieron la opción de realizar el desayuno antes, algo que se agradece.

Absolutely fantastic
Stacey and Ericky are fabulous would recommend them 100% top reps will be coming again - the team are all great entertainment and the hotel is great for all families so relaxed and such fun - if you want to come to Calella definitely recommend hotel Olympic

Poor standard hundreds of kids!
Beautiful reception, staff are fantastic, rooms awful nothing like Jet2 pictures or description, no kettle electrics that regularly trip when you plug anything in, no kettle, bathroom has loose tiles no plug in sink and rusty bath.main room just shelves and hangars and 2 tiny drawers, very old beds the sort with put up beds underneath. Balcony had cracked tiles, missing grout awful dividers between apartments, just metal railings to waist height then wired misted glass above, 2 chairs but no table, nowhere to even hang a wet towel up. Restaurant although the food and staff were great the sheer numbers of school children, literally hundreds, meant it was way too busy, often a number of juice and coffee machines were not working, if you told the staff they just pointed at another machine and never sorted the problem so eventually you all end up on one machine. Main complaint really is the bus loads of children that come in all the time, felt more like a youth hostel. Again though it was clean tidy with nice staff and lovely pools, again often full of very large numbers of school children

Extremely poor
I only arrived today and all I’ve seen are hundreds of children/teenagers. I’m just back in after having a few drinks 10:10pm as was travelling since 2am. The whole outside and inside chicks with kids. When I managed to get the room at 2pm and checked out the balcony, I was greeted with about 50 or more teens on balconies mine overlooks screaming and shouting (it was raining today I’ve seen reviews they’re usually in the pool)
I am travelling alone for a relaxing holiday after working long hrs in a demanding job. The last thing I want is to be in a hotel full of children ( I don’t have my own for a reason) there should be a warning when booking this hotel.
There are 2 lifts. One small and one even smaller (1 person job) on my block alone there are 240 rooms. There is an adjoining building. So expect to queue to use it.
The rooms are the most basic I have ever seen. There are two chairs on the balcony but no table. There are no doors on the clothes storage. The tv has a remote with Netflix button but doesn’t work (happy enough to log into my own)
There’s no net curtain so you have to block out the whole of the light closing the curtain after using the shower unless you get dressed in the bathroom first due to being so overlooked.
The plugs are weird as they are right beside the light switch. If you need to use the adapter you can’t plug it in and have the light on at the same time.
The toilet moves when you sit on it and I thought there was someone in my bathroom when someone pulled the flush next door because it can be so easily heard due to the thin walls. Room 604
I turned on the aircon (which isn’t bad) but got a stench of sewerage in the room.
The only positive I can think of is the location. It’s a 5-7 min walk to everything you need including the beach.
I have another 8 days here and I can’t say I’m looking forward to it.
