Our stay at Heritance Aarah was amazing. From meeting the representatives at Male and being guided to the airport lounge and right throughout our stay everything was fantastic. Our butler Nafiu was so helpful and friendly and yet also professional. He took care of everything for us and made our stay so relaxing. All the staff were excellent. Sapna who took care of us at Ambula was very attentive and Sakshi at the pool bar was so friendly. Both Deepak and his staff at Ranba and Rohana and his staff at Ralu always made sure we we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to meet both the general manager and Gilbert who always took the time to chat with us. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone. As a certified diver, my husband was surprised and shocked at the price for diving and the snorkeling activities were also quite expensive. We understand that the dive centre is independent from the hotel, but nevertheless it was a disappointment but did not dampen our holiday. Overall, it was an amazing resort...a little bit of paradise.

Hotel paradisiaco con habitaciones encima y con salida a aguas cristalinas llenas de vida marítima.
Cuenta con varios restaurantes donde cuidan la oferta gastronómica.
Muchas instalaciones como pistas deportivas, gimnasio, piscina con bar con una extensa carta de cócteles. Habitaciones con todo tipo de detalle. Y servicio de excelencia, desde que llegas a la isla te hacen sentir verdaderamente atendido y disponibles. Nuestro host Arka estuvo atento a que no nos faltase de nada e informando de todos los detalles de nuestra estancia.
Hicimos buceo con ellos y las inmersiones fueron muy disfrutables. Con un equipo de guías cualificado pudimos ver tiburones, tortugas, atunes, mantas, morenas e infinidad de coloridos peces y corales.

Das Essen ist großartig und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsere Betreuerin Dinu war immer für uns da und hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert, sowie Preetham der immer am lächeln ist :)

Überblick: Wir reisen privat sowie beruflich sehr viel und durften dankenswerterweise viele tolle (und auch nicht so tolle) Hotels auf dieser Welt erleben. Im Mai 2024 waren wir auf den Malediven im Heritance Aarah, um einen privaten Urlaub zu verbringen. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts waren etwa die Hälfte aller verfügbaren Suiten/Villen belegt.

Zusammenfassung: Traumhaft schönes Resort, architektonisch sehr schön abgestimmt, toller Service, Gastronomie auf hohem Niveau, die Qualität passt zum Preislevel. Das Gesamtpaket ist stimmig.

Lage & Umgebung: Weit im Norden im Raa-Atoll auf einer privaten Insel gelegen, bietet das Hotel Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zum Relaxen. Die Anreise ab Malé ist per Inlandsflug & Speedboot oder per Wasserflugzeug möglich (zweiteres ist aufgrund der Anriesedauer empfehlenswert).

Zimmer: Wir hatten für die erste Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes eine Ocean Villa und für die zweite Hälfte eine Pool Beach Villa gebucht. Die Villen unterscheiden sich im inneren in Größe und Ausstattung kaum und sind inkl. Außenbereich mit 91qm bzw. 110qm großzügig geschnitten. Beide Villen bieten eine Veranda mit Sitzecke, Tagesbett und Sonnenliegen. Geboten werden alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarten lassen. Geschmackvoll und stilsicheres Interieur, getrennter Wohn-/Schlafbereich zum Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, Dusche + Außendusche in der Beach Villa, Badewanne, WC), bequeme Betten mit Kissenauswahl, Schreibtisch, sehr gut ausgestattete Minibar inkl. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Klimaanlage, stabiles W-LAN, Chromecast. Die Pool Beach Villa hat uns persönlich deutlich besser gefallen, dies ist jedoch bestimmt Geschmackssache.

Service: Der Service ist auf hohem Niveau. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, egal ob Gärtner, House-Keeping, Empfang, Gastronomiepersonal oder Manager, ist sehr freundlich. Regelmäßig wird sich nach dem Befinden erkundigt. In Summe haben wir dies jedoch auch schon besser erlebt, dies ist jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Besonders zu erwähnen ist hier der während unseres Aufenthalts für uns zuständige Personal Assistant Esam, welcher uns jeden Wunsch schnellst- und bestmöglich erfüllt hat und quasi rund um die Uhr einfach per WhatsApp erreichbar war.

Gastronomie: Insgesamt fünf Bars und sechs Restaurants stehen zur Auswahl. Egal wo, das Essen und die Drinks sind auf hohem Niveau und werden in großer Auswahl geboten. Abgesehen vom „Ranba“ (Buffetrestaurant) wird in jedem Restaurant à la carte geboten. Außerhalb des All-Inclusive-Angebots sind die Preise für ein Luxushotel typisch sehr hoch. Vor allem vom Erwerb von Zigaretten sollte Abstand genommen werden (30$ pro Schachtel!).

Sport & Unterhaltung: Der Pool fügt sich direkt am Strand gelegen schön in das Refugium ein. Am Pool werden ausreichend Sonnenliegen inkl. Platzservice geboten. Ein Strandspaziergang einmal rund um die Insel nimmt bei sehr gemütlichem Tempo etwa 30-40 Minuten in Anspruch. Pro Aufenthalt sind drei Ausflüge kostenfrei inkludiert. Ebenso kostenfreie Schnorchelausrüstung. Ein gut ausgestattetes und modernes Fitnessstudio, Tennis-Plätze, diverse Wassersportaktivitäten (größtenteils kostenpflichtig), Fahrradverleih, Kids-Club, Billard- und Entertainmentraum, Tischtennisplatte und ein tolles Spa mit breitem Angebot stehen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus weitere kostenpflichtige Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. An der Poolbar gibt es jeden Abend zur Unterhaltung entweder Live-Musik oder einen DJ. Der „Maldivian Village Showcase“ (immer Mittwochs) ist zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters entfallen.

Heritance es la combinación perfecta entre la belleza natural y la relajación al estilo luxury; ideal para familias y amigos… Mi experiencia parte desde la organización al momento de la reserva, la preparación previa a mi llegada, durante y después de mi estadía. @Iyenka fue mi mayordomo una mujer con grandes valores, servicio y una gran sonrisa, siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos pero especialmente iba un paso más adelante; pues siempre se preocupaba por mantener nuestras reservas en cada una de las diferentes actividades.

Adicional extiendo mi reconocimiento por su calidez humana, su cercanía y por supuesto su servicio a Nishan y Anurag, se comprometieron siempre en dar su milla extra con sus atenciones en los bares; además cerraron mi viaje con una experiencia de fuego increíble.

Por último el servicio y preocupación por suplir las necesidades de mi deporte y ejercicio en el gimnasio de Isse fue magnifico.

Regreso recargado de grandes momentos, recuerdos y especialmente de mucho amor natural y descanso.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Heritance Aarah und sind absolut begeistert gewesen. Ein Paradies, wie man es sich nicht schöner vorstellen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das ganze Ressort ist unbeschreiblich schön. Mit vier Restaurants, drei Bars, Sportmöglichkeiten (u. a. Tennis, Volleyball, …), einem Kids Club und natürlich Stränden ohne Ende kann man jeden Tag neuen Aktivitäten nachgehen. Es gibt viele Angebote an Ausflügen und Tauchmöglichkeiten.

Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthalts von Saurav begleitet. Er hat sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert und war immer erreichbar für uns. Vielen Dank an Saurav für die unvergessliche Zeit im Heritance.

Anreise via Dubai mit Emirates und Seaplane auf die Trauminsel mit kurzem Aufenthalt in der Lounge auf Male mit Exclusiven Service bis zum Transfer.

Nach 2023 durften meine Frau und ich auch in diesem Jahr unseren Urlaub auf Heritance verbringen und unsere Silber Hochzeit nur zu zweit genießen. Ein Traum!!!
Leider ist „unsere“ Dinu, unsere Concierge aus dem letzten Jahr, zu unserer Zeit nicht auf der Insel gewesen.
Wir hatten Arka als Concierge, der ebenfalls alle Reservierungen erledigte und bei nötiger Hilfe zur Seite stand.

Wie oben erwähnt, waren wir Wiederholungs-Besucher auf Heritance und Dieses Mal, 3 Wochen.
Bei Gilbert, dem Manager möchten wir uns noch einmal Sehr Herzlich für den unvergesslichen Abend im Baani bedanken in dem wir dort Exclusiv ein 6-Gänge Abendessen auf der Terrasse genießen durften.

Ebenso für den Privat Trip mit dem Dhoni zu den Delfinen, Nochmals Danke!
Wir dachten, wir Träumen, ein Dhoni für uns Allein.
Es war ein Traumhaftes Erlebnis welches für immer in unseren Herzen und Gedanken bleibt.
Sooo viele Delfine die umher schwommen und sprangen, Wahnsinn!!!!! Meine Frau und ich allein auf dem Dhoni ganz vorn an der Sptitze (Bug) die Delfine erleben, Unvergesslich und Traumhaft!

Besonderen Dank an Sakshi die Empfangsdame, an Mattu der genau wußte ob ich am Abend noch ein Bierchen möchte, Klasse-Kerl.Ebenso Silva der immer fragte und sich kümmerte ob alles ok sei.
Er erkannte uns beim Frühstück wieder und flippte aus, Herrlich.

Bandhi-Baar, Sehr Hochwertige und Leckere Markengetränke sowie zur Mittagszeit sehr gute Pizzen und Sandwich.
An der Bandhi-Baar haben wir immer unseren Abend ausklingen lassen und einen Drink genossen.

Unser besonderer Dank gilt der Zauberhaften Sakshi! (die 2. auf der Insel)
Sie wußte bereits am zweiten Tag unsere Vorlieben, fragte ganz niedlich ob es das gleiche sein darf und prompt waren die Getränke da. Sakshi Du bist Spitze, Danke für Dein Lachen und dem einen und anderen Gespräch. Obwohl unser Englisch nicht so doll ist.
Aber, die weiteren Kellner nicht zu vergessen die ebenso Freundlich. Herzlich und einen Fantastischen Job machen. Danke.

Ralu, ein Traum als Location.
Das Angus Beef, Lamm-Racks, Wagyu-Steak, ein Genuss!!! Und die Desserts, Oh man die Figur.
Auch dort unseren besonderen Dank an Deepak der ebenfalls ein perfekter Kellner ist und seine Gäste zu verwöhnen vesteht.

Wie bereits erwähnt, alle weiteren Mitarbeiter ob Gärtner, Handwerker etc. sehr Freundlich und Herzlich.

Wir wünschen Euch allen alles erdenklich Gute und bleibt Gesund.

Ein weiterer Besuch ist bereits in unseren Köpfen, wir kommen wieder, aber es wird etwas Zeit bis dahin vergehen.

Arrival via Dubai with Emirates and Seaplane to the dream island with a short stay in the lounge on Male with exclusive service until the transfer. After 2023, my wife and I were able to spend our vacation on Heritance again this year and enjoy our silver wedding just the two of us. A dream!!! Unfortunately “our” Dinu, our concierge from last year, was not on the island during our time. We had Arka as a concierge who also took care of all reservations and was available to help if needed. As mentioned above, we were repeat visitors to Heritance and this time, 3 weeks. We would like to thank Gilbert, the manager, once again for the unforgettable evening at Baani, where we were able to enjoy an exclusive 6-course dinner on the terrace. Also for the private trip with the Dhoni to the dolphins, thanks again! We thought we were dreaming, a Dhoni for ourselves. It was a dream experience that will stay in our hearts and minds forever. So many dolphins swimming and jumping around, amazing!!!!! My wife and I experienced the dolphins alone on the Dhoni right at the tip (bow), unforgettable and fantastic! Thanks also to Rihu :-))) Our dream water bungi was a dream again. (Ocean Villa) Thanks to our room boys Musa and Hammi, you are great :-))) The Ranba Restaurant with its very high quality and delicious food and drinks is simply brilliant. Everyone, but really all of the employees, extremely friendly and sooo warm. Always with a smile on his face and ready to have fun. Thanks to you all!!!! Special thanks to Sakshi the receptionist, to Mattu who knew exactly whether I would like a beer in the evening, great guy. Likewise Silva who always asked and made sure everything was ok. He recognized us at breakfast and freaked out, wonderful. Ginifathi, very tasty and also great service. Thanks to Stadif! Bandhi-Baar, very high quality and delicious branded drinks as well as very good pizzas and sandwiches at lunchtime. We always ended our evening at the Bandhi Baar and enjoyed a drink. Or two... , :-))) Our special thanks go to the magical Sakshi! (the 2nd on the island) She already knew our preferences on the second day, asked very sweetly if it could be the same and the drinks were promptly there. Sakshi You are great, thank you for your laughter and the occasional conversation. Although our English isn't great. But, don't forget the other waiters who are just as friendly. Warm and do a fantastic job. Thanks. Ralu, a dream location. The Angus beef, racks of lamb, Wagyu steak, a delight!!! And the desserts, oh my figure. Our special thanks to Deepak, who is also a perfect waiter and knows how to pamper his guests. Ich könnte so viel schreiben, aber das würde den Rahmen sprengen.
Daher möchte ich einige Dinge hervorheben:
Wir hatten als Gästebetreuer Arka.
Arka war perfekt und hat alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gemanagte.
Er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und konnte jeden unsere Wünsche umsetzen.
Er hat sich super um uns gekümmert, man fühlte sich fast schon wie ein VIP.
Fünf Sterne für Arka.

Die Zimmer sind top und exklusiv ausgestattet. (wir hatten Nr. 157) Das Housekeeping war immer super.
Hervorheben möchte ich Rizu, der uns einige Male mit seiner künstlerischen und liebevollen Art überrascht hat.
Fünf Sterne für Rizu.

Das Essen war der Hammer… egal in welchen Restaurant wir waren, es war immer alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und jedes Restaurant hat seinen eigenen Charme.
Fünf Sterne für alle Köche, Bedienungen und den Jungs an den Bars.

Alles in allem war es für uns der perfekte Urlaub und wir können diese Insel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Exklusivität hat seinen Preis, aber es ist jeden Cent wert gewesen.

Siamo appena rientrati dal paradiso! Una vacanza indimenticabile in un resort da sono. La cura e l’attenzione per ospite e ‘ massima. Abbiamo alloggiato in una splendida overwater e poi in una beach villa , entrambe spaziosissime e piene di ogni confort. La ristorazione è ai massimi livelli, con ristoranti top! E poi parliamo del nostro butler Kunal sempre pronto e attento a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. La spiaggia molto ampia ti permette di fare lunghe passeggiate. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meravigliosa resort ad Aprile 2024.
La nostra stanza si trovava nelle ocean villas, silenziosissima e fresca.
Tutta la struttura è molto curata, nuova e pulitissima, ogni spazio è costruita ed arredata con materiali di pregio e con estremo gusto estetico.

Il nostro guardian angel Saurav, ci ha organizzato e consigliato tutte le attività suggerendoci il ristorantino giusto ogni sera o l’escusione più adatta, anche a seconda delle condizioni climatiche. Si è anche preso cura di alcune restrizioni alimentari che abbiamo dovuto seguire per problemi di salute. Il tutto con gentilezza, discrezione, attenzione e puntualità dal primo momento in cui siamo attivati.
Tutti gli operatori, che non posso citare perché sono tantissimi, sono concentrati sul cliente e sul suo stare bene, dal primo caffè della mattina ai continui sorrisi e gesti di attenzione durante la giornata.

L’isoletta è meravigliosa, a walking distance si può ammirare la barriera corallina (sbiancata per la maggior parte purtroppo) e a 20 minuti di barca abbiamo nuotato con le tartarughe.

Il cibo è superlativo in ogni ristorante e anche i drink sono deliziosi.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et un environnement très relaxant, loin du stress du travail, le lieu lui-même vous permet de vous sentir à l'aise, tout le monde était gentil avec nous. Notre majordome était si gentille, elle a fait un excellent travail et nous en étions si heureux, elle était si sympathique et proche de nous au quotidien. Tout est exceptionnel !
Le cadre , la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel , les repas , les sorties (très bien encadrées), les boissons, les activités .
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous étions dans une villa sur pilotis avec piscine privée : totalement incroyable !!!!!
Nous recommandons.
La seule chose : prévoir un apport supplémentaire pour les activités qui sont très chères.

Le service était très bien et très rapide, le serveur Manu était gentil et expliquait en détail les plats. Et la nourriture était excellente et variée, présentation originale qui donnait l’eau à la bouche.

Être à l’Heritance c’est encore mieux qu’être à la maison.
Voilà un endroit où l’on anticipe tous nos besoins à peine le pied posé sur cette île fabuleuse.
Les villas, beach villas avec accès direct à la plage, ou water villas en pilotis; offrent tout le confort nécessaire, avec une décoration sobre et raffinée. La formule Premium All Inclusive vous permet de ne penser à rien niveau portefeuille, même le mini bar très complet est inclus. De plus le choix en restaurants est large et varié, tous les plaisirs gustatifs sont permis.

Quel plaisir de se promener en vélo sur l’île pour aller au watersport, à la salle de fitness….etc

Mais si vous voulez la plage à vos pieds alors les Beach Villas sont juste parfaites.
