Excellent service

The service from all staff at the Eros hotel was excellent. They assisted with our accommodation in a situation that was less than ideal. Special mention to Anjali whose name was misspelt in the previous review from Sarina Till:) I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Grateful for such fantastic service , kindness and care

We arrived at hotel Eros around 1 am at night. We are from South Africa and booked into another hotel, which was not in a good condition and possibly unsafe. We were met at reception by Shazia and Deepak who were so caring and helpful. We did not have a lot of money with us , we are researches,so our institution pays our hotels. Deepak helped us book a room , gave us a discount to help us and added a third bed to our room so we could all be safe and have a place to sleep. Deepak and Shazia also arranged for us to have breakfast free of charge. The hotel kept our luggage while we attended our conference and let us stay in the hotel lobby until our institution could secure a booking and process payment, the payment only came through after the reservations closed , Anneli and Ali helped is by contacting a member from reservations after hours , so we could finally book and and stay. The entire front office staff that worked on the 8th and 9th of July went above and beyond to help us, we are so grateful. This was so much more than what is expected from staff at any hotel. This was kindness when it was so badly needed. I can recommend this hotel 100000000% . Thank you so much for helping is when we were stranded, tired and worried and for making sure we were fine and taken care off

Great service

Nice service from Manisha and Manpreet from the receptionist - from checking in till check out. Slightly old building - they should really consider a refurbishment but great location to places to see around Delhi.. hope to be back someday!

Good service

My experience with this hotel and the service is above par and it's amazing. I really appreciate all services and the morning breakfast is best in quality, taste, hygiene, and nutritious. I specially thanks to Chef Sohan thanks to him for his services made us comfortable.

Unos días en Delhi.

Lo mejor del Hotel Eros es el equipo humano. Siempre están atentos, son muy profesionales y amables.
El hotel no esta mal pero los baños están faltos de renovación. En la primera habitación que nos dieron la bañera estaba bastante desgastada y sucia. El lavamanos picado y la habitación olía a humedad.
En nuestra segunda visita y tras previo aviso de nuestra queja a la agencia de viajes nos dieron otra habitación con muebles antiguos pero no olía a humedad y la bañera estaba algo mejor. Nos regalaron una bandeja de frutas, supongo que para compensar lo de la habitación anterior.
El buffet es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. Teníamos la cena incluida pero no las bebidas y por una botella de agua nos cobraron siete euros al cambio de moneda. Creo que es cara.

Excellent séjour

Très bel hôtel, grande piscine, le personnel est aux petits soins, particulièrement les serveurs et les chefs qui font tout leur possible pour vous faire plaisir et rendre votre séjour agréable. Le resto principal offre un large choix de plats sous forme de buffet. Le restaurant indien est délicieux.
Bar avec à certains moments chanteur et musiciens.
Chambre très spacieuse avec petit dressing séparé.
Le seul bémol est la vétusté de la baignoire.( les salles de bain sont en cours de rénovation)
Très bien situé au centre de Dehli, proche du temple du lotus.

Matrimonio di mia figlia

Servizio eccellente, appena giunti ho chiesto se qualcuno del personale parlava in Italiano, la risposta è stata " one minute please": il tempo di arrivare (chiamata dal personale della ricezione) è la Sign.SANGHSHEEL (Indiana) dopo averci salutato nella nostra lingua mi chiedeva di cosa avessimo bisogno, alche visto che la signorina parlava molto bene la lingua Italiana, chiedevo se era stata in Italia, la stessa mi rispondeva che aveva imparato sui libri , ma non era mai stata in Italia. dopo la registrazione alla reception, la signorina ci forniva un numero da comporre dal tel della camera spiegandoci che avrebbe risposto lei, nel caso avessimo bisogno . voglio sottolineare che è splendido trovare in Asia una persona che parla la tua lingua. La camera (godevo di una suite) splendida con tutto ciò che mi potesse servire , la posizione dell'Hotel e magnifica , pur essendo circondati dal traffico cittadino, lo stesso risulta essere molto silenzioso e ben insonorizzato, sala breakfast molto pulita e ben fornita di ogni cosa, sia dolce che salato.

Wer das alte Indien sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Ich bin 1 x im Jahr in Delhi und freue mich immer am meisten auf das Eros Hotel. Sobald man das Hotel betritt, ist man in einer anderen Welt. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine Klasse für sich. Das Arrangement der Eingangshalle ist beeindruckend. Hier finden fast jedes Wochenende Hochzeitsgalas statt und man kann die vielen unterschiedlichen Trachten der Gäste bewundern. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Ich liebe die indische Küche. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, sofern man asiatische und vor allem indische Küche mag. Die Zimmer sind etwas old School, aber gerade das liebe ich an diesem Hotel besonders. Es gibt einen exzellenten Schalshop mit sehr guten Preisen für Paschminaschals dort, wo ich schon dutzende Schals eingekauft habe. Der Service ist ebenfalls exzellent. Alles in Allem eine absolute Empfehlung.
