De conformidad con la legislación peruana, las personas domiciliadas en Perú están obligadas a abonar un 18% en concepto de impuesto general sobre las ventas (IGV) al hacer el registro de entrada en un hotel. Al hacer el registro de entrada, es necesario presentar un documento de identidad válido. De conformidad con la Ley 30802, el establecimiento no admite la entrada de menores de 18 años sin estar acompañados por sus padres o por un tutor legal debidamente acreditado. Todos los menores de 18 años deberán presentar un documento de identidad o pasaporte para comprobar su identidad.
De conformidad con la legislación fiscal del país, los ciudadanos peruanos (y los extranjeros que permanezcan más de 59 días en Perú) están obligados a abonar un suplemento del 18% en concepto de impuesto general sobre las ventas. Para quedar exentos del pago de este suplemento sobre las ventas del 18%, los huéspedes deberán presentar una copia de la tarjeta de inmigración y del pasaporte.
Es necesario presentar ambos documentos para poder acogerse a la exención del pago del impuesto sobre las ventas. En caso contrario, los huéspedes deberán abonar el suplemento indicado. Este suplemento se aplicará por habitación cuando la habitación esté compartida por huéspedes exentos y no exentos del pago de dicho impuesto sobre las ventas.

Moquette nelle stanze
L'hotel si trova nella piazza principale e vicina a molti ristoranti.
Le camere sono spaziose, hanno un grande bagno ma purtroppo hanno la moquette che genera polvere.
La pulizia è migliorabile, la colazione discreta e tutto il personale è molto gentile.

Perfect location in the main square
Lovely hotel in the main square
Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice. There is a restaurant on site, I did not eat there but the food looked good. I was ill one day, suffering with Acute Mountain Sickness and reception called to see if I wanted any breakfast, they then delivered me a banana which was good of them. My room overlooked the main square with a balcony opening out onto a view of the cathedral. The main square felt quite noisy at night with a band playing but I was going to bed early due to not feeling well. The hotel arranged a taxi to collect me from the bus station and then to drop me off at Juliaca airport at the end of my time there. The prices seemed steep compared to the rest of Peru, so I am unsure if that was as I booked it through the hotel or if the prices in this region were more money.

Experiencia placentera, cómoda y agradable
Personal top, 10 de 10, las recepcionistas muy amables y resolutiva, excelente ubicación, camas cómodas, climqtozacion para mi gusto muy bien y las habitaciones muy limpias. A mejorar quisas seria utilizar menos plásticos, pero a nivel general en todo el Perú.

A disappointing stay
I don’t often leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but this hotel was disappointing. First, I will say it has a good location and helpful staff. However, our two rooms had NO natural light. There was a window to an air shaft that had been tinted yellow. The lighting in the room was weak as well. We probably should have opted for a deluxe room. Every other hotel we enjoyed in Peru offered complimentary bottles of water, except this one, so it was surprising. The breakfast was mediocre. The dinner at the hotel was better. They did provide 5 minutes of complimentary oxygen, which was nice because Puno is over 12,000 feet. The hotel was clean. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t awful.

hotel centralissimo essendo nella piazza principale, noi avevamo anche il balcone con vista cattedrale...pur essendo in centro l hotel risulta silenzioso. purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione dovendo partire prima delle 6.nella hall è presente anche una macchinetta di bibite calde anche se secondo me di prezzo alto.comunque the caldo sempre disponibile
