about cancelation fee
hi there,
last early of august 2024 in the weekend we booked 5 rooms for tourist from chinese family. after we arrived, they said that was bugs inside of the room & they requested to cancelled immediately.
they moved to another hotel & we heard from the pop's receptionist that we can't took our cancelation fee of the 5 (five) rooms.
after discussed, there was 1 (one) room only for the cancelation fee & will send to us during 14 days.
now, it's getting more than 14 days & we are waiting the promises from the hotel itself.
and when we entered the room, takes some times because the staff had to change the batteries of the door.

Location is great. Room quality is low. Don’t expect much
Price is higher maybe because of peak season. Room quality is less quality than pop hotel station Surabaya that I stayed before I arrive in Yogyakarta.

The bed sheet not in good condition..room smelly..bathroom also not to clean and look too old like Yogyakarta history. During my stay in peak season and pay triple from normal price is realy not worth it.

Poor dirty room but good location
It has poor. Old dirty facilities. Nevertheless, it has good location. It is walking distance to a lot of good location. Management should improve its facilities to accommodate more travelists. Need to renovate.

A great location to stay, near train station
My main consideration when I chose to book this hotel is only the location. I need a decent hotel which is reachable on foot from the Yogyakarta Tugu train station, as I had to catch 1st airport train. But, this hotel totally exceeds my expectation. The location is of course unbeatable with only 5-min walking from/to the station and around 500-600 metres from the famous Malioboro street. The security team is helpful and friendly. They always ready to help guests. The front office staff are all friendly and efficient. The room is spotlessly clean and the room width is just right for 2 persons in transit; although, it may a bit small if you want to have a prolong holiday with kids in tow.

Will definitely stay here again, especially if I need to catch early morning train and am on budget.

POP! Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta ha posizione strategica a pochi passi da Malioboro 7 minuti, stazione ferroviaria Tugu 3 minuti, Palazzo Sutan 15 minuti.

Das Personal bestand aus einem jungen freundlichen Team von 2 Frauen und 3 Männern. Lediglich die Frauen konnten einigermaßen englisch, so das man sich etwas verständigen konnte. Mit den Herren allerdings konnte man sich nicht mal mit Händen und Füßen verständigen.
Das Zimmer war klein, aber das war kein Problem. Schlimmer war dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen könnte und daher keine Frischluft Zufuhr hatte, nur durch die Klimaanlage kam „frische“ Luft, dementsprechend sehr stickig im Zimmer.
Das größte Problem war allerdings, dass wir für 3 Leute gebucht und gezahlt haben, aber nur Ausstattung (Kissen, Handtücher, Bettzeug) für 2 Personen zur Verfügung standen. Man war also gezwungen ein Extra set Kissen, Bettzeug und Handtuch zu kaufen für 65k rupiah. Meiner Meinung nach ist das ein Frechheit, da wir ja für 3 gebucht hatten. Desweiteren wurde unsere Dusche nicht täglich geputzt, was man an den Haaren in der Dusche klar erkennen konnte.
Also ich werde nicht nochmal in ein pop Hotel gehen.

Anche no...c'è di meglio
Albergo con molte camere, frequentato principalmente da turisti indonesiani. camere poco spaziose e prive di finestre e di conseguenza c'era sempre puzza. La camera viene anche pulita ogni giorno ma dovrebbero almeno usare dei profumatori per ambiente. Colazione surreale...affollatissima, pochi tavoli e cibo pessimo. WiFi funzionante e a 10 minuti a piedi da malioboro street. Si trova di meglio in zona.

Bien situado pero limpieza mejorable
El hotel está céntrico, con muchos bares y restaurantes cerca pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mejorable. Las sábana estaban considerablemente manchadas por dentro y pedimos el cambio de las dos habitaciones. Nos dieron otras que seguían estando manchadas aunque algo menos y tuvimos que apañarnos. El personal es amable pero no repetiría. No lo recomiendo.

per me è no
Mi dispiace dire che nonostante l'impegno del personale, davvero molto gentile, questo hotel ha delle pecche a mio avviso da non riuscire a sottovalutare. Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo prenotato una stanza con un letto supplementare, il letto era una sottospecie di divano letto incastonato nella parete, da soffocare, le lenzuola in camera per poterci stendere sul suddetto letto non ci sono mai state portate quindi siamo stati costretti a dormire in tre sul letto matrimoniale. La stanza è piccina per due persone, per 3 era decisamente piccola. Non ci sono armadi quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare parecchio nel poco spazio a nostra disposizione. Unica cosa positiva era che pulivano ogni giorno la stanza . Mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio se si è in più di due persone. Colazione da evitare.

POP Hotel Malioboro è un hotel economico dove sono disponibili: Wifi gratuito, canali TV, cassetta di sicurezza, AC, acqua calda fredda, 1 sapone, 1 shampoo, 2 asciugamani, colazione semplice per 2 persone (menù tradizionale )

Per POP Room Hotel Malioboro può essere utilizzato per 3 persone (1 o 2 letti) e in ogni camera disponiamo di "letto" / divano letto di dimensioni 90x200 cm che è spesso utilizzato per ospitare terze persone. In questo caso ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente.

Ottimo hotel
Ottimo punto di partenza per borobudur e prambanan, a 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, camera buona, molto pulita, staff gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, per indicazioni e noleggio motorino. La moschea è vicina quindi in particolari momenti dellanno forse può svegliare chi ha il sonno leggero. Colazione a mio avviso scarsa, io mangio di tutto, ma ho avuto difficoltà, inoltre in camera non c'è un armadio e quindi in 2 con gli zaini da backpacker è stato un pò scomodo.. per il resto ottima soluzione a prezzo contenuto!

POP! Hotel ha una posizione strategica: Malioboro 7 minuti, Stazione 3 minuti, Kraton Yogyakarta 15 minuti, Prambanan 30 minuti, Borobudur 1 ora.
Per la moschea la posizione è di fronte all'Hotel.

Gute Lage, schlechtes Frühstück, schreckliches Bad
Wir waren 3 Nächte im POP!-Hotel. Die Lage ist super. Es liegt sehr nahe beim Bahnhof und in ca. 5 Minuten ist man an der Malioborostrasse. Das Zimmer war okay. Das Bad war schrecklich. Es hatte einen grossen Schimmelpilz oben an der Decke und es wurde schon lange nicht mehr richtig geputzt. Die Tücher wurden eigentlich täglich ausgewechselt (leider ging dies bei uns 1x vergessen), jedoch rochen sie jeweils nicht sehr frisch. Im Bad roch es auch sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück war bei uns im Zimmerpreis dabei. Es wird bereits im Hotel nur als "Morning Bite" betitelt, was definitiv stimmt. Die Auswahl war sehr klein. Es gab Reis (weiss), trockenes Chicken/Fisch, eine Suppe, Toastbrot (kein Toaster), Marmelade. Wir hanen jeweils nach dem Morningbite noch einen Abstecher in den "Breadtalk" (Bäckerei) und den J.Co Donuts (für Kaffee) in der Mall an der Malioborostrasse gemacht.
Ich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine andere Hotelwahl treffen.

Ottimo hotel
Buonissimo hotel ho soggiornato 4 notti a settembre 2016 con la mia ragazza, l albergo è pulitissimo, il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Situato a 5 minuti a piedi da jalan malioboro la via principale di yogyakarta, e possibilita di acquistare le visite per tutti i principali siti di giava tra cui borobudour, prambanan, dieng plateu e per chi vuole vitare bromo e ljen hanno il tour con hotel compreso a prezzi ottimi.

Habitación estupenda, desayuno malo
Hotel a 5/10 minutos caminando de maliobro street. Las habitaciones son modernas, cómodas y limpias. El baño estupendo con ducha y la habitación espaciosa. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno, no había nada fruta, y ni siquiera leche para el café..

Llegamos a yogia sin reserva y tuvimos que buscar el alojamiento, queríamos cerca de la estación y de calle Malioboro, fuimos a algunos conocidos pero los precios y la habitaciones no eran de nuestro agrado, finalmente encontramos el hotel Pop, cerca de donde queríamos, es un hotel muy nuevo, con habitaciones de tamaño regular, limpio y con todo lo necesario, bien ubicado y con buena calidad- precio, fue una buena elección. El personal es muy amable y ayuda en todo, volvería otra vez.

Diseño, limpieza, ubiación y atención excelente, a un precio reducido
Tras más de veinte días en Indonesia, buscando hoteles sobre 20$ la habitación doble, este sin duda ha sido el mejor, y con diferencia: personal muy profesional, amable y eficiente. Habitaciones limpias y los baños también (esto no es habitual en otros hoteles). La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de restaurantes muy buenos y precios bajos, bares con música en directo, y la calle más animada, Malioboro, a cinco minutos.

Top Hotel mit super Personal
Über die Zimmer brauche ich nicht viel schreiben, das haben andere genug gemacht (sauber, große Betten, Zimmersafe, große saubere Dusche, etc). Was ich hingegen positiv hervorheben möchte ist der Service vor Ort. Das Personal ist nicht nur sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sondern auch gut ausgebildet. Sie sprechen alle gutes Englisch, können einem auch bei komplexen Problemen gut helfen und wenn mal was im Zimmer nicht perfekt ist (bei uns war der Abfluss kaputt) wird es umgehend in Ordnung gebracht.

Das Frühstück ist ok, aber für europäische Geschmäcker etwas merkwürdig. Es gibt Toast mit Marmelade, aber weder Teller noch Messer, stattdessen haben wir Schüsseln und Löffel benutzt. Außerdem gibt es warmes Frühstück mit Reis und Fleisch.

Allgemeiner Hinweis für Java: Ohropax mitnehmen! Je nach Region wird man sonst um 4 oder 5 Uhr morgens vom Mohezzin geweckt........

Bestes Hotel in Yogyakarta
Waren mehrere Nächte hier. Alles ist neu und modern. Sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal und super Lage. Gute Wifi Connection. Frühstück okey und ein super Preisleistungsverhältniss. Würde immer wieder hier buchen.
