Good hospitality and staff behavior
Good hospitality, staff behavior and exceptional management. Cleaness was top notch and food was delicious.Rooms were spacious and well organized with high comfort everything was well arranged , complimentary breakfast was also available which tasted incredibly good.

I have a great experience staying here in Radisson varanasi .... Overall the service was prompt n good... The room facilities are also good.... Food is served fresh n hot and overall great... The hygiene factor is also good and taken every bit of cleanliness...

Hotel classico.
Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel.
Le pratiche di registrazione si sono svolte rapidamente.
La nostra camera, arredata in stile classico era abbastanza pulita anche se da un hotel Radisson mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più. In camera era presente un bollitore per fare il caffè o il tè.
In bagno c'era un piccolo courtesy set.
I pasti erano serviti a buffet. Di fronte ai piatti, tipici indiani e quasi tutti piccanti era segnalato il numero di calorie. Avrei apprezzato anche la segnalazione di quanto erano piccanti come trovato in altri alberghi. Comunque abbiamo chiesto informazione ad un cameriere che ci ha subito aiutato nella scelta.

Très bien.
Très bel hôtel situé dans une impasse, à l'écart de la rue bruyante et très animée. Personnel agréable et de bons services : j'étais très enrhumée ( la clim !!!!) et à court de mouchoirs jetables, j'ai été dépannée sans problème avant de trouver une pharmacie où Il faut demander "facial tissues" pour en obtenir... En revanche, pour aller sur les gaths, il faut un moyen de transport car la distance est longue et très, très encombrée.

Molto al di sotto dello standard Radisson
Da un hotel Radisson ti aspetti un certo livello di pulizia e di manutenzione che in questo hotel mancano. La camera, anche quando ben arredata e grande, rimane abbastanza sporca anche subito dopo la pulizia. Meglio non andare nel beauty center: squallido, vecchio e sporco. Unica nota positiva la colazione, ricca e varia.

No es un 5 estrellas de India
Aunque tiene 5 estrellas, no las representa. En general son unas instalaciones buenas pero necesita muchas mejoras y algo de limpieza en las habitaciones. Sorprende que muchos canales de televisión sean de pago adicional y la WIFI no soporta videollamadas, se atascan. Lo peor, un buffet escaso en su variedad y de muy baja calidad. Por la mitad de precio y con 4 estrellas seria correcto.

Ziemlich abseits gelegen
Freundlicher und schneller CheckIn. Zimmer und Bad sauber aber ziemlich klein. Abendbuffet reiuchhaltig mit vielen indischen Gerichten und Getränken. Abseitige Lage des Hotels ist ein wenig problematisch. Bis zur Altstadt/Ganges braucht man zu Verkehrs-Stoßzeiten schon mal eine Stunde mit dem Taxi/Motorrikscha.

Chambre moche et qui sent l’humidité, buffet infect, beaucoup de bruits . Un point positif : le personnel est gentil mais ça ne suffit vraiment pas ! A éviter !! Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour pouvoir respirer ...

Ci siamo fermati due notti non potendo usufruire tutto ciò che la struttura offre. Ci siamo trovati bene, l’hotel era pieno, dormito bene , buona la qualità del cibo. Da qua abbiamo raggiunto con facilità le attrazioni del luogo

Buen hotel. Buen precio
Las habitaciones están bien. El restaurante está bien. Y lo que es más importante, están muy acostumbrados a tratar con Occidentales y nuestras costumbres, la comida la adaptan, sin picante y el personal es muy amable.

Tre stelle scarsissime vendute per cinque stelle.
Pessima struttura. Vecchia e vetusta e soprattutto situata alla periferia e quindi molto lontana dal centro. Entrata piccolissima e difficoltosa. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Entrare nelle camere si sente un odore di chiuso e stantio.

Inolvidable estancia en la ciudad sagrada
Nuestro agradecimiento desde aquí al recepcionista que a las 7 de la mañana del 10 de julio nos permitió ocupar la habitación con early check-in tras una noche en tren desde Agra. Kamal hizo que nuestros desayunos fueran los mejores de toda la estancia en el Rajastán indio y comparamos con 11 hoteles distintos en 15 noches. Y Aparajitasa de nuevo en recepción nos fue de gran ayuda con tarjetas de embarque. Su ubicación es tranquila y en un cómodo paseo en cualquiera de los tus tuc aparcados en el camino a un centro comercial cercano se llega al bullicioso Godowlia.

Bien!
Los dormitorios son cómodos y buenos. No muy modernos. Tienen un estilo “antiguo” muy lindo.

El desayuno es rico y abundante.

Justo cuando nosotros fuimos estaban en reformas: en la tarde se sentían muchos ruidos de gente trabajando y tanto la piscina como el gimnasio estaban en mantenimiento, por lo que no se podían usar.

Déplorable pb d’accueil
Arrivé fatigué d’un long transfert nous nous apercevons que : un la piscine est fermé et que deux les fenêtres des chambres sont condamnées Nous demandons un nouvelle réservation dans un autre Hôtel au Duty Manager qui nous assure faire le nécessaire dans un hôtel voisin le Ramada( par ailleurs très bien)à noter que nous abandonnons nos 179€ au passage car ils ne veulent faire aucun effort commercial. Nous arrivons au Ramada et la surprise jamais le Radisson n’avait téléphoné !! cette attitude est inqualifiable pour un Hôtel Radisson , c’était histoire de se débarrasser d’un client...dérangeant !
Donc attention Piscine fermé et chambres bocal

Rückzugsort für Westler in einer lebendigen Stadt
Ich genoss das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Trips zum überaus spannenden Leben am Ganges. Das Personal hilfsbereite Personal war mir mit seinen Hinweisen und Anregungen wertvoll.
Das Essen war in Ordnung, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Une valeur sûre
Chambre très spacieuse, avec canapé.
Salle de bain avec baignoire.
Personnel attentif et discret.
Restaurants sympas.
Breakfast/buffet avec - entre autres - spécialités indiennes.
Transferts pratiques vers la ville/les ghâts par rickshaw ou taxi.
Petit centre commercial à proximité, avec supérette et MacDo/Pizza Hut.

Typisches Hotel für Rundreisetouristen - nichts außergewöhnliches
Großes Zimmer mit relativ großem Bad. Es gab genügend Abstellfläche, auch ein Safe war vorhanden. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut. Eher ein Hotel, das typisch für Eintagestouristen ist (viele Gruppenreisen).

Correct
Hotel en pleine ville, dans un quartier populaire assez pauvre. chambre spacieuse, propre mais salle de bon petite. Belle piscine. Le personnel est aimable. Le restaurant est bien et le Buffet copieux et varié.

Bräuchte mal eine Renovierung
Trotz der etwas in Jahre gekommenen Zimmer kann man das Hotel gut empfehlen, das Essen ist ok und die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.
Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Man wird hinein und hinausbegleitet und der Türsteher passt gut auf, in welches Taxi man einsteigt. Er ist auch immer zu einem Schwätzchen aufgelegt:

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen
Dieses Hotel liegt ca. eine dreiviertel bis zu einer Stunde vom Ganges entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Den Pool muss man mit den vielen Tauben teilen - das ist für unsere Verhältnisse nicht sehr sauber und hygienisch.
