Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort

Wir haben extra das Golfresort genommen, damit wir etwas mehr Ruhe haben. Aber auch für Kinder ist hier genügend zu tun mit Kids Club and Animation. Zum Strand und zum Aquapark fährt regelmäßig kostenfrei ein Shuttle. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher mit viel Security.

Very friendly staff and nice animation team and interactive community with all ages , the view is amazing ,and there’s multiple activities to do on the beach for all ages and specially the dances at night are a nice vibe and I will come again here

Ein tolles Hotel, absolut sauber, sehr schöne angelegte Außenanlage, ein sehr schöner Strand des Hotels mit nahem Zugang zum Riff für tolle Schnorchelerlebnisse, unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels; sehr gute ärztliche Betreuung (Mina Ramzy und Hedra Sevo) und auch Medikamentenversorgung (24h/7 Apotheke);

Die angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Shows am Abend sind auch gut und das Programm für die Kinder ist sehr schön. Anfangs hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Zimmer welches direkt behoben wurde. Das Hotel an sich ist auch schön und Probleme mit dem Essen hatten wir auch nicht wirklich.

Le aree verdi sono molto curate così come le piscine, il bar è aperto dalla mattina fino a sera e dalle 12 alle 16 fa anche pizza, hamburger, hot dog. La spiaggia pulita peccato che la barriera corallina sia molto sofferente anche se i pesci non mancano.
Il cibo è un po’ monotono, il menù è soprattutto per tedeschi poi ci sono anche piatti egiziani ma non hanno incontrato i miei gusti. La stanza si può sicuramente migliorare in foto è molto luminosa nella realtà è buia, la porta del bagno completamente rovinata dall’umidità così come il top dell’angolo cottura. i condizionatori poi erano molto molto sporchi e in più uno non funzionava e non sono riusciti a ripararlo

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Jaz Makadi. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu (jardin, fleurs...). Petit bémol : le personnel ne parle pas français!

L'hotel était vraiment très bien, conforme à nos attentes. Un accueil avec des personnes qui parlent un peu français, c'est appréciable.
De magnifiques jardins, 2 piscines dont une piscine calme, sans trop de cris d'enfants, avec un peu de chance vous pouvez avoir des matelas pour votre chaise longue, qui la rend beaucoup plus confortable. La mer avec poissons et coraux très appréciés par mon mari. La nourriture était bonne également (on vous recommande le restaurant à la carte le Grill : très bien accueilli, très bonne nourriture, viande excellente). Le personnel dans tout l'hôtel est très chaleureux et souriant. On se plie en 4 pour que vous puissiez passer un bon séjour. La chambre pas très grande mais charmante (literie un peu ferme, mais bon, ça a été), juste la vue du balcon sur la rue, mais vu la chaleur (environ 40) peu de temps passé sur le balcon 😀. Un problème de clim qui fuyait à notre arrivée, qui a très vite été réparée. Le ménage fait tous les jours. Juste un bémol sur les boissons payantes dans le frigo de la chambre, mis à part l'eau.
En un mot très bonne semaine !

Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Siamo stati tutti coccolati dallo staff e il mare era bellissimo. Il cibo molto buono e la pulizia impeccabile, anche i giardini erano bellissimi e curati. Tutti sono stati gentili e sempre sorridenti! Lo consigliamo a tutti!

Che dire un resort fantastico! Struttura eccezionale,camere pulite e personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.Abbiamo soggiornato qua 5 giorni e ci hanno addirittura organizzato un tour fantastico a Luxor con pulman privato e un egittologo come guida,cosa chiedere di meglio?! Consigliatissimo!!

Personale molto cordiale (un saluto al bagnino Hisham), attenzione al dettaglio non da 5 stelle lusso, spiaggia un po' distante con i bambini. Mare bello, piscine comode e pulite, cibo non eccezionale ma buono. Camera pulita e comoda. Siamo stati bene con 3 bambini, bel clima a metà novembre.

Good experience, Mohamed Talaat nous a accueilli avec la plus grande bienveillance et gentillesse, afin de nous permettre de nous sentir aussi bien qu’à la maison ! Chacun des membres de l’équipe contribue à cette sensation de bien être : le service, l’accueil, le service des chambres, et même l’entretien des jardins et des infrastructures qui sont impeccables en tout lieu ! Vacanza con l'intera famiglia davvero speciale. Coccolati per un'intera settimana. Il servizio è ottimo in tutti i settori. Da italiano dico: cucina egiziana top. Complimenti a tutto lo staff del ristorante Girasole: chef e camerieri veramente carini e sempre sorridenti. Camera pulita. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi ma una volta li si è serviti e riveriti. Bar e ristorante in spiaggia sempre a disposizione. Nell'hotel c'è anche una piscina senza animazione per rilassarsi. Anche lì vi è un bar riservato a disposizione con dei ragazzi meravigliosi che fanno un caffè espresso buonissimo.
Da non perdersi la giornata al water world acqua park a 10 minuti di bus. Veramente divertente e spettacolare.
Un ringraziamento speciale per Aya ragazza addetta ai tavoli del ristorante e per Ali super cameriere. Un ringraziamento anche a tutto lo staff della reception pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Muy buen trato por parte de los trabajadores. Las condiciones del lugar son confortables. En cuanto a la comida, el bufete es muy variable y rico. Les recomiendo una magnífica estancia en este lugar para disfrutar con la familia y amigos.

Este hotel es realmente lo que nesecitaba para mis vacaciones fue una semana increíble todo el equipo de trabajo muy bueno y muy atento en cada momento las habitaciones muy buenas la comida excelente y con mucha variedad el equipo de recepción es altamente profesional y con mucho sentido de entrega al trabajo las bebidas son buenas la animación es muy buena y nos gusta mucho las bandas cubanas en fin jaz makadi saraya simply the best volveremos gracias y Felicidades por el Ramadán karim
