Meine Tochter (fast 13) und ich waren eine Woche während der Pfingstferien im Jaz Solaya - eine wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Top Zimmer - unseres war ebenerdig mit Blick auf den Pool, gegenüber vom Restaurant Olivio. Perfekte Lage für uns. Der Strandabschnitt war ebenfalls perfekt zum schnorcheln. Das Personal durchweg freundlich, tatsächlich kann ich bestätigen, dass auch Extrawünsche erfüllt werden (laktosefreie Milch). Insgesamt das Essen sehr gut und für mein Geschmack auch abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten auch keine großen Probleme, obwohl wir Obst, Salate und Eiswürfel 😉 zu uns genommen haben.

Ich wäre nach 7 Tagen gerne noch geblieben und möchte auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es wäre einige "Wiederholungstäter" vor Ort, weil einfach alles passt.

We were generaly satisfied.
Only these negatives: poor wifi, meat dishes could be better (quality and taste no good), we were missing bar and toillets on the beach. o
Our visit in italy restaurant Nino's was nightmare. All dishes were catastrophe (for example chilli sauce in Pasta for Children, spices in vanilla ice...everything what we have eaten was no tasty). For us a big disappointed.

Was für ein tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und vier Betten. Auf Grund des Alters kommt es schon mal vor, dass einer separat schlafen muss. Die Betten waren fantastisch und die Zimmer sehr geräumig, genau wie der Balkon. Wir hatten keinen direkten Meerblick, dafür aber frisch renovierte Zimmer.
Die Hotelanlage ist riesig mit mehreren Jaz Hotels und dem Steigenberger. Somit hat man die Möglichkeit durch die komplette Anlage zu laufen und auch mal woanders einen Drink zu nehmen. Außerdem gab es ein umfangreiches Unterhaltungprogramm immer an einem anderen Standort. Programm mit Musik oder Feuershow oder Artistik und und und...
Der Service in dem Hotel ist unschlagbar. Durchgehend alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer sehr bemüht. Besonders die Mitarbeiter im Olivo waren alle sehr herzlich.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Grazie mille per l’accoglienza. Il personale é molto motivato e caloroso. La struttura veramente ottima e curata al massimo. Cibo vasto e di buona qualità. Anche i cocktail sono buoni. I lettini in spiaggia sono comodi e ce ne sono in abbondanza. Il mare é stupendo anche se la visibilità non é sempre ideale. In vicinanza ci sono le tartarughe marine. Siamo stati benissimo!

Buonasera a tutti !
Eccomi qua , dopo la mia vacanza di gennaio , per recensire ancora questo bellissimo hotel nella baia di Coraya!
Essendo la seconda volta, non posso che confermare la bontà della mia scelta per diversi motivi che andrò ad elencarvi.
il principale è la tranquillità che troverete in questo resort, tutto funziona come un orologio svizzero,
tutto perfetto!
Gli ospiti sono di varie nazionalità con prevalenza tedesca, ma basta sapere qualche parola di inglese e si comunica facilmente, sia in reception, per la ristorazione che in spiaggia .
Camere sempre ben pulite, efficienti e spaziose, per ogni problema basta contattare la reception e lo risolveranno immediatamente.
Spiaggia sabbiosa e molto curata da ragazzi sempre attenti e pronti nell'aiutarvi a trovare la posizione giusta e attrezzare i vostri lettini con morbidi materassini.
Il mare nella baia è fruibile da riva, avendo un'entrata digradante ma ha pure un pontile dove poter entrare subito oltre la barriera corallina.
Cibo di ottima qualità, servizio al ristorante perfetto, i ragazzi sempre attenti alle vostre esigenze come la scelta delle bevande portate al tavolo.
Esiste pure un ristobar sulla spiaggia dove poter pranzare in modo leggero e funzionale se non si vuol tornare in hotel e quindi godere di una vista sul mare molto bella .
La signora Dina, vi preparerà il suo pane arabo che una bontà!
Pulizia ed ordine regnano sovrani così come nei luoghi comuni e nelle arre verdi molto curate.
L'animazione, composta da ragazzi giovanissimi molto bravi e molto cordiali, sono capitanati da Adriano, un ragazzo d'oro, con loro passerete momenti di svago e compagnia piacevolissimi .
Alla sera, data l'esigua presenza do ospiti, gli spettacoli venivano fatti in terrazza, ma sempre di ottima qualità e sempre molto gradevoli da vedere !
Poi non può mancare la musica del dopo cena eseguita da professionisti capaci che con trasporto vi allieteranno le serate in compagnia dell'animazione che sarà sempre con voi per scambiare due parole e farvi sentire a vostro agio!
In tutto il complesso della struttura degli hotel Jaz della baia, potrete fare delle passeggiate, fare shopping nei vari negozi nella piazza e fruire di tutti i servizi messi a disposizione, tipo i ristoranti a tema dove in uno di questi ho cenato, essendo compreso nel pacchetto della vacanza, come descritto nel foglio di benvenuto .
Volevo ringraziare la reception per la loro disponibilità e personalmente Mr. Mohamed Arafa Kattab, General manager from office, per la sua gentilezza nel momento in cui ho avuto bisogno del suo aiuto.
Insomma, posso solo che parlare bene del Jaz Solaya, più che un hotel, una grande famiglia dove ci si ritrova per passare momenti felici ed al caldo .
Dimenticavo ill tour operator Bobab che nella persona del sig, Mish, che mi ha gestito il transfer per andare e tornare dall'hotel.
Per l'assistenza e le eventuali escursioni vi verranno forniti dei documenti dove troverete numeri di telefono e informazioni.
E come si dice in Italia, non cè due senza tre!

Stupenda vacanza trascorsa in famiglia.
Lo staff è molto attento ma non invadente.
Camere sempre pulite, per giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno fatto più di una sorpresa molto gradite!
L'animazione presente ma non assillante.
Splendidi spettacoli serali con musica dal vivo.
Ottimo cibo internazionale e non solo: pizzette fatte sul momento a pranzo, brace di ogni genere(carne o pesce) fatta al momento, gelato e tanto altro...insomma ce n'è per tutti i gusti.
Bevande superiori a quelle servite in altri villaggi, buoni anche i cocktail.
Grande attenzione al cliente e servizio impeccabile.
Piscine molto belle e riscaldate nei periodi meno caldi(noi siamo stati inizio aprile).
Barriera corallina molto bella ,l'unico neo è la laguna che in giorni come quelli trascorsi da noi,con vento che soffiava dal mare, ha l'acqua molto torba sia a riva che a largo.
Che dire, ci tornerei anche subito sperando in giornate con vento non proveniente dal mare.

Siamo stati benissimo al Jaz Solaya, posso solo confermare tutte le recensioni positive di questo ottimo hotel!
La location è davvero splendida. Il Solaya fa parte di un complesso di 9 hotel in totale. Ci si può muovere tra i vari hotel e utilizzare il posto spiaggia di quasi tutti, a parte le due strutture Steigenberger. Gli hotel di Coraya Bay sono tutti belli, ma il Solaya ci è particolarmente piaciuto per l’eleganza, la qualità e la tranquillità. Personalmente sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta e lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio!!!
Camera: abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Family deluxe vista giardino. La camera è nuova, bella e spaziosa, i letti sono molto comodi; è pulitissima e accogliente. L’aria condizionata è regolabile. L’unico neo, se devo trovarne uno, è che la posizione “vista giardino” dà su una piccola strada interna al complesso alberghiero dove passano alcuni mezzi dei dipendenti e i bus dei turisti diretti agli altri complessi, quindi al mattino presto ci può essere un po’ di movimento ma nulla di troppo fastidioso (io sono un po’ sensibile…). Eventualmente basta pagare un piccolo sovraprezzo e scegliere la vista piscina, più tranquilla.
Servizi e personale: davvero un punto di forza di questa struttura, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, in particolare segnalo Ahmed, relation manager, che si è prodigato per esaudire i nostri desideri. Non è necessario lasciare mance per avere un buon servizio, ma chiaramente sono molto gradite.
Cucina: il cibo è molto variegato e si trova sempre qualcosa che va bene, in generale siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Buoni i ristoranti alla carte Sofra e Momo. Segnalo a chi, come me, è preoccupato di possibili problemi gastro intestinali che il cibo è davvero sicuro, abbiamo bevuto cocktails con ghiaccio e mangiato praticamente di tutto senza avere alcun problema!
Punto mare e snorkeling: non ho termini di paragone, ma immagino che altrove la barriera sia in condizioni ancora migliori. Tuttavia, il punto di forza di Coraya Bay è che offre molte possibilità di accesso al mare. Questo è fondamentale se si va in un periodo in cui soffia forte il vento e l’accesso dai pontili in mare aperto è chiuso.
A Coraya Bay anche in giornate di vento si può sempre accedere al mare dalla spiaggia e dal pontile della baia, proprio dove si trova il Solaya. Già da lì si possono ammirare parecchi pesci (napoleone, farfalla ecc.). Spostandosi di qualche centinaio di metri, si può entrare in mare dalla piccola spiaggia del Solymar, sempre accessibile in quanto protetta, dove ho potuto ammirare una varietà impressionante di pesci, tra cui una razza a macchie blu, un pesce coccodrillo e un pesce scorpione. Dai pontili del Solymar e dello Steigenberger infine si può ammirare una bellissima barriera, nelle giornate in cui il vento si placa.
Unico aspetto negativo: il wifi è instabile, soprattutto in camera, va meglio alla reception. Comunque è stato sufficiente per consultare qualche pagina web e per usare whatsapp (siamo riusciti a chiamare le nostre famiglie senza dover acquistare una sim card locale)

Questa è la prima volta al jaz solaya a marsa alam ed è stata una settimana meravigliosa tempo stupendo mare bellissimo specialmente per i bambini anche se a volte per la corrente della baia l’acqua può essere un po’ torbida ma basta fare cinquanta metri con l’acqua alle gambe e torna cristallina il sig. Ahmed è stato cordialissimo e sempre disponibile la struttura pulita e ordinata tutto quello che c’era intorno prato fiori alberi bellissimi il mangiare purtroppo noi italiani siamo esigenti ma abbiamo comunque trovato da mangiare e non siamo morti per la fame che altro dire torneremo sicuramente dimenticavo camere pulite sempre e molto grandi.

Superbe hôtel avec accès direct, sur une plage de sable bien aménagée et très bien entretenue et, à un magnifique récif protégé du vent (nous y avons même croisé une tortue). Il faisait beau, et malgré le vent certains jours, la mer et la piscine étaient chaudes, aucun souci pour s'y baigner. Le complexe JAZ composé de plusieurs hôtels est sécurisé, une belle promenade en bord de mer en fait le tour. Le Solaya est un vrai 5*, tout est hyper propre, calme, vert, le personnel est adorable, souriant, la nourriture de qualité, les animations sont présentes, juste comme il faut. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec vue sur mer, spacieuse, au top. De magnifiques vacances reposantes, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

C'est un sans fautes pour l'hôtel Jaz Solaya...
Le personnel est aux petits soins et fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien. On vous demande régulièrement si vous avez le moindre soucis.
Propreté irréprochable de la chambre, des communs, du restaurant... Les jardins sont magnifiquement bien entretenus.
Le service au bar, au restaurant, à la piscine est irréprochable également.
Quant à la restauration, nous nous sommes régalés ! Nous sommes restés 15 jours et nous avons trouvé notre bonheur à chaque repas.
Côté animation, c'est un bon juste milieu : ni trop ni pas assez. Très bonne équipe dynamique et par chance nous sommes tombé sur un animateur qui parle français.
Enfin, la localisation de l'hôtel est parfaite : à côté d'un grand aquapark dans lequel grands et petits trouvent leur bonheur, à 5min de l'aéroport et situé dans une baie ce qui permet d'aller plonger 7j/7 sans drapeaux rouges. Et petit plus : des dauphins et tortues y viennent régulièrement.
Le seul et unique reproche que l'on pourrait faire c'est la wifi qui n'est pas très rapide et qui bug souvent mais après tout, on ne vient pas en vacances pour passer la journée sur le téléphone ou l'ordinateur...

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a permis de passer des vacances extraordinaires !

Superbe hôtel qui ne pourrait pas être mieux situé! À 5min de l’aéroport, mais sans jamais être gêné par le bruit des avions. La plage amène directement sur un site de plongée et de snoerkling absolument magnifique, et très facile d’accès. Le centre de plongée Coraya Divers se trouve dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, et est un excellent centre de plongée! Le personnel de l’hôtel est irréprochable, aux petits soins pour tout. La nourriture des restaurants est excellente et variée. On y reviendra c’est certain!!!
