Good experience
Hotel staff is so supportive and ofcourse of nice behaviour.overall experience is good but a little thing can ruin over all efforts just like paint on wall in the room...it should be white or off white just light colors. Otherwise hotel food is so amazing and delicious.

Justa lives up to its name.. A must stay property..
An experience to cherish forever.. Right from the time we enter, from the comfortable welcome of front desk to the guest room check in , you feel relaxed at once.. the rooms are already cooled and ready to treat you after the scorching heat.. the view from the room was mesmerising and worth the early morning wake up.. the F&B staff was super helpful to serve us customised food with no extra charge and repeatedly get us whatever we wanted.. we went to sajjangarh fort as its closest from here.. everything was worth it.. cherry on the cake was when we came back to the hotel, although it was past our checkout time, they gave us extra time to relax and leave at ease without hurrying.
We would come back for sure.. thank you justa… we would definitely try your other properties now..

Outstanding stay

It was a splendid experience and enjoyed a lot.

Bad experience
Bad experience never suggest this resort again , will never come again here , I suggest go some some where else , once you visit here please check review once than come , house keeping bad , room all are very bad . They cost very high for room and food also

Fuyez pendant qu’il en est encore temps
Sûrement le pire hôtel que j’ai fréquenté en Inde.
Sous des apparences de 5 étoiles, on se retrouve dans un hôtel sans entretien.

Tout est usé, cassé, pourri.

Ma lampe de chevet ne s’allumant pas j’ai essayé de trouver le fil de la lampe, les fils étaient arrachés, à nu sur la table de chevet, très dangereux.

La climatisation ? Oubliez rapidement, les modules de commande sont complètement détruits et inutilisables.

J’ai réclamé pour changer de chambre, le réceptionniste ne voulait pas et voulait appeler un technicien, à 23h….

J’avoue m’être passablement énervé mais au final j’ai réussi à avoir une autre chambre.

Sûrement la pire de l’hôtel… aucune vie, les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur de cour intérieure, juste la où se trouvent les énormes ventilateurs de la climatisation.

Bref, 1 point fort, les fenêtres bien isolées m’empêchaient d’entendre le bruit de réacteur de 747 des ventilateurs

Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, mais c’est la règle dans tous les hôtels en Inde

"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant à plusieurs égards. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a constamment harcelés pour laisser des critiques sur TripAdvisor, déformant ainsi les évaluations. Les cinq étoiles attribuées sont clairement exagérées, car l'établissement ne répond pas aux normes d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Bien que le personnel fasse de son mieux, les installations laissent beaucoup à désirer, en particulier l'ascenseur, qui est très mal entretenu et sale.

De plus, nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le wifi, qui était déficient pendant toute notre séjour. La qualité de la nourriture proposée à l'hôtel laissait beaucoup à désirer en termes de goût et de variété, et la pression de l'eau dans les installations était nettement faible. Ces aspects négatifs ont contribué de manière significative à notre perception générale défavorable de cet établissement."

Molto,molto,molto bello
Hotel molto bello,camere grandi e spaziose,bagni puliti. La doccia del bagno è bellissima: sembra su stare sotto una cascata. Letto comodi: mi sono addormentato subito. Personale gentile e paziente. Piscina adatta sia per adulti sia per bambini. Sala ristorante enorme. Al 5 piano l'hotel dispone di una terrazza con Bar. Vicino alla piscina c'è anche una sala giochi.. se ripasso di qui ci ritornerò.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service in guter Lage.
Hier kann man bei sehr schönem Ambiente sehr gut relaxen, sich im vielfältigen Spa-Programm verwöhnen lassen sowie im Restaurant einen wahren Gaumenschmaus mit grosser Auswahl sehr köstlicher indischer Speisen geniessen.
Der Rundum-Service ist einzigartig, das Personal sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten zwei schöne Übernachtungen in dieser angenehmen ruhigen Atmosphäre mit sehr hübschen Zimmern und sehr guten Betten. Bis zum Picholasee sind es ca. 20min. mit dem TukTuk.

Pas mal, peut mieux faire.
Hotel sympa un peu excentré, ce qui est un plus en Indes( calme, les hôtels dans le centre sont extrêmement bruyant dû aux klaxons permanent). Le personnel y est charmant et une mention particulière pour md Nisha, monsieur Vikrant et md Vyoma de la réception.
Le bémol vient du manque de générosité du management : café pas top, fruits de mauvaise qualité et les finitions sont faites à l'économie. Bref, personnel top, management manque de générosité.

Ottimo hotel
Un ottimo hotel sopra la media indiana. È recente e le camere sono ampie e i bagni belli con docce molto ampie. Il personale è gentile e si può usufruire dell’eccellente ristorante per la cena e la colazione. È in una località panoramica, ma molto isolata.

Mauvaise insonorisation
L'accueil est charmant et empressé.
Les chambres très confortables, mais ce n'est pas la peine de mettre la clim' à fond, il faisait 15° !
Le restaurant sur la terrasse : très sympa, et nourriture correcte
Le gros souci : quand votre chambre est à côté de l'ascenseur et sous la cuisine, et que l'insonorisation n'est pas au top, c'est hyper bruyant !

Dommage car sinon, la qualité et là, mais un tel "détail" peut tout gâcher
