Parfait pour un séjour à BONN
Très belle chambre, la déco est surprenante mais sympa
Un très bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir tester la Porsche qui est garée dans l'espace central mais elle attire du monde :-)
La terrasse extérieure avec la vue sur le fleuve est top et celle de la piscine sur le toit incroyable

Sehr empfehlenswert
Sehr modernes Hotel in fantastischer Lage direkt am Rhein . Die Zimmer sind gut , groß genug und sauber . Das Bad ist prima , mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Toilette ist separat, gefällt mir sehr . Der Infinitypool ist klasse . Rundum empfehlenswert.

Service muss verbessert werden
Der Service an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es hat weder beim einchecken, auschecken sowie bei dem Service das Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu bringen nicht funktioniert. Alles notorisch unterbesetzt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedurft normalerweise eine Renovierung. Hammer war das Sterne Restaurant im Obergeschoss..

Mehr Schein als Sein
Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel ist gut, richtig gut sogar. Stylish eingerichtet, saubere Zimmer, alle gebuchten Leistungen und Benefits wie Late CheckOut wurden proaktiv gewährt.
Wenn man aber genauer hinschaut offenbaren sich gröbere Kritikpunkte:
Im Zimmer funktionierte eine Leselampe am Bett nicht und der Bodentank aus dem die Kabel des Schreibtisches kommen war herausgerissen. Normalerweise sollte das bereits vom Housekeeping an die Haustechnik gemeldet werden, auch sollte so ein Zimmer gar nicht erst für Gäste freigegeben werden. Schlimm wird es aber dann wenn man diesen Mangel dann auch noch an der Reception meldet und trotzdem während der folgenden drei weiteren Tage rein gar nichts passiert.
Das Barpersonal am Abend war heillos überfordert. Genügend Personal selbst war m.E. vorhanden aber wenn man einen der Kellner immer nur mit "da vorne", "nein nicht da sondern dort" oder "nein noch eins weiter" mit den Getränken dirigiert, die er selbst nicht aufgenommen sondern nur austragen soll, dann ist es höchste Zeit das allgemein bewährte System der Tischnummern nahezulegen.
Im Frühstücksservice leider ein ähnlich trauriges Bild. Volle benutzte Tische, an denen das Servicepersonal mit leeren Tabletts einfach vorbei geht statt gleich mal mit abzuräumen, wenn man eh schon auf dem Weg ins Backoffice ist.
Da rettet auch nicht mehr, dass das Personal immer höflich und freundlich war, aber vielfach nicht mehr als stets bemüht.

Genügend Personal selbst war m.E. vorhanden aber wenn man einen der Kellner immer nur mit "da vorne", "nein nicht da sondern dort" oder "nein noch eins weiter" mit den Getränken dirigiert, die er selbst nicht aufgenommen sondern nur austragen soll, dann ist es höchste Zeit das allgemein bewährte System der Tischnummern nahezulegen.
Im Frühstücksservice leider ein ähnlich trauriges Bild. Volle benutzte Tische, an denen das Servicepersonal mit leeren Tabletts einfach vorbei geht statt gleich mal mit abzuräumen, wenn man eh schon auf dem Weg ins Backoffice ist.
Da rettet auch nicht mehr, dass das Personal immer höflich und freundlich war, aber vielfach nicht mehr als stets bemüht.

Da ist noch Luft nach oben - Yunico hat mehr als einen Stern verdient
Wir waren zu Rhein in flammen von Freitag bis Sonntag im Hotel.
Der CheckInn wie immer recht unfreundlich. da ist selbst eine Leibesvisitation durch Homeland Security am JFK ein Willkommensfest. Und das Kameha ist das einzige Hotel, das ich kenne, das sich bei jedem Besuch den Personalausweis zeigen lässt. Bei zwei Gästen sogar von beiden, obwohl dies das BMG gar nicht vorsieht.
hat man dies geschafft und ist auf dem Zimmer angekommen, sind diese zweckmässig eingerichtet und seid Corona auf renoviert. Manchmal funktionieren die Lichtschalter im Bad nicht ganz korrekt oder auch das Display der Klimaanlage hat seine besten Tage gesehen.
Aus anderen Hotels kenne ich aber auch, dass man Stammgäste (ich war bestimmt >50x im Hotel) auch nach längerer Abstinenz mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit begrüsst. Nur so am Rande bemerkt.
Das Frühstück ist für den preis angemessen und die Auswahl reichhaltig, auch wenn schon mal die Kaffeeautomaten den dienst einstellen. Sonntagmorgen waren drei von vier Automaten ausgefallen. Dies war zu Zeiten eines Kurt Wagner undenkbar. Aber die sind vorbei.
Weltklasse ist das Yunico. Egal ob Essen, Service Getränke, alles Spitze und für mich mehr wert als nur" ein Stern.
