Es lo que promete. No le sobra nada.
El lugar cumple con lo que promete. La atención es correcta. El desayuno es básico, un poco limitado. La propiedad está algo antigua. TV y demás artefactos necesitan modernizarse. RELACIÓN PRECIO CALIDAD ADECUADA. La ubicación es muy buena.

MARAVILLOSO! Volveremos!
Todo perfecto!!! Excelente ubicación y la atención es excelente, el personal del hotel es hiper amable y super atentos, un trato muy cordial y muy dispuestos a ayudar y regalar una buena sonrisa.
La habitación super equipada y todo en perfectas condiciones.
Lo único a objetar sería una inversión en tv nuevos y colocarlos a mejor altura para poder ver mejor, pero no es algo importante.

Another pleasant stay.
I returned to Buenos Aires this month and again stayed 6 nights in total at this hotel, again i found it very comfortable, staff always very friendly, well situated, breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean have no complaints at all about this hotel.

Problemas de calefacción
El hotel en general está bien, si bien se percibe algunas cuestiones con la falta de mantenimiento. Como ejemplo de ello los equipos de frio/calor de las habitaciones ya están necesitando un recambio urgente. En mi habitación ninguno de los dos equipos funcionaba en cuanto a la calefacción lo cual fue informado al día siguiente en la recepción. Si no pueden cambiarlos al menos deben procurar el mantenimiento necesario para que operen debidamente.

Bien ubicado y cómodo
En general buen lugar , departamento familiar cómodo , algunas cosas que no funcionaron como la regulación de la calefacción . Dentro de la vajilla faltaban vasos y algunos elementos de cocina .
Quizás sería buena una remodelación y modernización de las instalaciones .

El 1er Tango de un Coyoacanense. (México)
Se encuentra muy bien ubicado,a unas cuadras de la 9 de julio, Calle Florida, estación del metro etc,. Alrededor hay un buen de restaurantes y tiendas (kioscos). Personal de recepción son muy amables. Desayuno rico. Habitación limpia con todo lo que se necesita (agua caliente., buen Internet etc)

nettes zentrales Hotel
das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt etwas größere Suiten, mit 2 Zimmern die auch teurer sind aber die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind sehr veraltet. Die normalen Zimmer sind sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet schon eine gewisse Auswahl.

Am besten ist aber der Einsatz der Mitarbeiter. Ich hatte eine Agentur die sich um nichts gekümmert hat. Der deutsche Anbieter DER TOUR interessiert sich für so etwas auch nicht. Die Mitarbeiter haben versucht alles zu regeln und ständig zu helfen.

City Hotel **
Eher MOTEL-Niveau (**). Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars in der Nähe. Zimmer war ok. Sanitärbereich überholungsbedürftig-defekte Armaturen. Keine Minibar oder Mikrowelle, wie angegeben. Frühstück eher spartanisch.
Für 1-2 Nächte ok.

This hotel is a dump
My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel booked by our local travel agent and we must have been given the worst possible room (313) overlooking an inner courtyard with no blind curtains and 2 single beds which were sagging. Likely built in the 80s with no maintenance whatsoever. Since we had an early flight the following day, we had to forfeit the breakfast which was included in the rate so I asked if I could get 2 complimentary bottles of water instead. The receptionnist denied my request! The only good thing about this place is the location which is off a main avenue, otherwise the worst hotel we stayed at in Argentina.

I am very sorry for your feeling about the hotel, all the apartments have curtains and blinds as well as the breakfast service hours given that before the staff does not work for that reason they could not serve it to you but we left you a tea and coffee kit in your room as attention. Enjoyable Stay
I stayed here 5 nights during a tour of Argentina, it is very well situated in the centre a few minutes walk away from Florida, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, i really enjoyed my stay and when in Buenos Airies again wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Zentrales Stadthotel - guter Startpunkt für Erkundungen von BA
Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Mobiliar in Topzustand, Wasser im Bad heiß und gut gechlort. Klimaanlagen kühlen Schlaf- und Extrazimmer schnell und gut. Selbst neben dem Fahrstuhl haben wir ruhig geschlafen. Frühstück ordentlich, gute Auswahl an süßen Sachen - ganz wie in Südeuropa. Guter Service!

My second house during quarentine
I had a good experience in Loi Suites Esmeralda for more than a month there during the period of quarentine for covid-19. I went to Argentina because of work and needed to stay for a long period working remotely from the hotel. Staffs are very friendly, the acommodations are clean and they were taking all the necessary measures for the coronavirus situation, using masks, hand sanitizers everywhere, etc..

Schönes Stadthotel
Die Lage des Hotels ist grossartig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, etc. Mein Zimmer hatte eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Einziges Manko, der Strassenverkehr kann etwas laut werden, aber damit muss man wohl im Zentrum einer Großstadt rechnen.

Bene ma non benissimo
Siamo stati qui tre notti, e abbiamo trovato pulizia e cordialità dello staff! Bene ma è un poi da rinnovare! Posizione comoda perché centrale! Rapporto qualità prezzo c’è ne sono di migliori!
Essendo centrale c’è un po’ di caos che viene dal locale sottostante , soprattutto le camere rivolte verso l’interno!!

Not a good choice
We spent 2 nights. Family trip, 10 people.
The first impression was an ugly smell.
The rooms had a very old and dirty carpet. The beds were short and on top of all it was hard to sleep when you could hear everything that was going on in all the other rooms around.

Très bien situé
Nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel, 4 nuits, et 2 nuits, côté rue chambre très bien et très propre au premier étage, ensuite côté cours plus sombre mais bien. Petit déjeuner bon et suffisant, personnel très bien, rien à reprocher à cet établissement. Je le recommande sans soucis.

Mit einigen Abstrichen durchaus zu empfehlen
Wir haben in dem Hotel ein Familienappartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohzimmer und einer Küche gebucht. Dieses hatte einen Holzfußboden und war absolut sauber. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertern konnten wir keinen Schimmel feststellen. Die Lage war toll, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants lagen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, das Personal immer hilfsbereit. So wurde neben dem üblichen Zimmerservice auch das Geschirr jeden Tag gespült und aufgeräumt.

Leider war der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein, so dass es an einigen Tagen zu Wartezeiten kam, weil keine Plätze mehr frei waren. Das Frühstück entsprach dem argentinischen Durchschnitt, alle Speisen und Getränke wurden immer sofort nachgelegt.

Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig. Bei unserer Ankunft lag die Außentemperatur nur knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt, die Zimmer waren dementsprechend kalt und ließen sich nur mit der Klimaanlage heizen, so dass das Bad kalt blieb. Die Zimmer dagegen ließen sich ausreichend heizen, leider hatte niemand daran gedacht, vor unserer Ankunft vorzuheizen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per 4 notti e devo dire che siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla cordialità dello staff,pulizia impeccabile camera bella,spaziosa. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti,struttura posizionata in città,vicinissima a ristoranti,supermercati,centro e piazze. Lo consiglio vivamente.

bene la posizione e comoda la camera familiare per 4 persone. si camera con parquet - no camera con moquette.
bella esperienza e da consigliare perché si è ad un passo da tutto. l'hotel è comodo per una famiglia e ricco di ristoranti e pizzerie in zona. con gli Autobus da piazza San Martin e la metropolitana è possibile, a soli 200 mt dall'hotel, raggiungere tutto. da consigliare

Nella norma
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel che ci hanno consigliato. L’albergo è pulito e il
Personale gentile ma la colazione non è il massimo. Purtroppo la nostra camera si trovava sopra ad un locale in che alla notte c è un po’ di rumore. Il bagno è molto piccolo. Non sembra una 4 stelle.

Consigliato ma non ha gli standard di un 4 stelle
Camera spaziosa e pulita. Letto comodo. Presenza di angolo cottura più bollitore. Colazione ottima alle 7:00. Posizione comoda.
Check in molto lento. Inoltre è necessario consegnare la chiave della camera alla reception e quindi per rientrare in camera bisogna attendere che venga cercata nel mucchio (sembra una pensione non sicuramente un 4 stelle) e restituita... l'addetto può essere impegnato con altri clienti o può essere momentaneamente assente.

Au cœur de buenos aires
Un appartement hôtel de qualité, nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hotel en octobre 2014.
Nous avons eu deux appartements sur lesquelles nous ne pouvons qu'être satisfaits (Deux chambres, salle de bains, cuisine,salon et salle à manger).
Le petit déjeuner était compris et de qualité (jus d'orange frais)
L'accueil était de qualité et le personnel très serviable.
La wifi est payante (35 pesos par jour)
Pour la chambre, nous vous recommandons d'éviter la rue dans laquelle, il y a du passage.(nous avons testé coté rue et côté cour)
Une crêperie à 50 mètres de l'hôtel qui est tenu par un français.

confortable et bien placé
Cet hotel est idealement situé dans le centre de buenos aires, il y a connexion wifi, le salon est sympathique et le petite dejeuner l'est egalement :-)
Nous nous sommes mariés dans un village de Patagonie (Junin de los andes).
