The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana is located in Arena Gorda (Playa Bávaro) next to Macao and 25kms away from the Punta Cana International
Airport, 45 minutes from La Romana International Airport and 1hour 45minutes from Santo Domingo’s International Airport “Las Americas”.
The Historic City of Santo Domingo can be easily reached by road in about 2 hrs.
Located just next door to its sister hotels, the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana and the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and sharing some common
facilities at the Caribbean street (located between resorts). Can be easily reached in 3 minutes by foot.
The east coast of the Dominican Republic enjoys tropical weather with an average temperature of 27-30 degrees Celsius all year
round and always touched by a gentle and fresh sea breeze that calms the warm temperatures. Rains are sporadic and normally in
the form of short Caribbean showers, not affecting the entire day.

Awesome vacation at Majestic Mirage!

Four couples met at the Majestic Mirage for 5 days - had an amazing time! Place is so clean, staff is so friendly, food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. Pablo took care of any and every detail. Staff like Noami and Omar made the experience even better! A true vacation!

Amazing trip with 77 guests!

We stayed at the at the Majestic Mirage for our daughter’s wedding with a group of 77 guests and had the best time! Special thanks to the amazing wedding team - Cristy, Virgilio, and Alex for helping create the best beach wedding! Every staff member at the resort was kind and friendly, especially our butler De Leon and Yunior at the Italian restaurant. Guests loved the resort, and the Mirage exceeded our expectations. The suites are spacious, and the beach is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Great first time

We visited this resort for a week in May for anniversary trip. We had an outstanding time. The staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered as a staff. Member was amazing. Butler de Leon was amazing so tentative always answers. Our questions always helped us if we needed him decorated our room for our anniversary. He was just a very nice person and very helpful now my favorite two waiters was Junior and Jonathan in the Italian restaurant for breakfast, me and my husband went there almost every morning for breakfast because of them then we saw Jonathan at the steakhouse and he was still outstanding, but them two as a team at breakfast was amazing Trina at the Martini bar. I was there every day. She was such a sweet person knew what I wanted. All her drinks were good. The food was good. The beach was nice. The pool was nice. My room was nice.

Relaxing few days at the Mirage

Me and my wife spent a few days at the Mirage and our experience was extraordinary. The room we had was superb, the SPA was excellent and the hotel facilities, Restaurants and shows give everyone opportunity to have fun and/or relax. Above all, the most important this was the hotel Staff. They have passion for good service and making you feel good and enjoy your stay. I want to thank a few of them which made the difference: First, our Personal Coordinator Candio was always helpful, responsive to all our needs and a super nice person. Other Staff I want to mention; my friend Gustavo at the beach bar, Yunior at the Italian Restaurant, Orlando at the Plaza, the staff at the spa and so many others I forget their names. Many hotels at Punta Cana have very good facilities but I am not sure all have the Staff the Mirage has. Candio, as I told you, you convinced me to come back. This time planning to take my family in December. See you then.

Very Good Stay in The Elegance

Very good Stay. We stay at the adult only section Elegance. The elegance in my opinion looked and feel better than the Mirage, more private for adults. The drinks and food was good, however remember you have to change to go eat dinner at the buffet because one day we end up not able to eat because we got out of the pool late and they didn't want us to go inside the buffet because my wife had a transparent cover and I had a short leave shirt.

The drinks and shows were very good, but the music of the pool repeats every day, I think they should have different USBs with different music. The staff was awesome and our Butler Benjamin was awesome. People should really consider this one, because the others arround looked less mantained. Be careful on pricings when you go out, pepole in DR try to sell you things that are $5 USD for $80.00 USD. Most of the times say no or bargain the price...

Experiencia en Majestic Mirage

Mi estancia y experiencia en Majestic Mirage fue inolvidable. Debo comenzar por el excelente servicio al cliente comenzando con Adrian quien nos dia la bienvenida y con Jose , el cual desde el primer dia nos acompano a las instalaciones y estuvo al tanto de cada detalle. De los restaurantes debo destacar al Marketplace, comenzando con su encargada Maria Emilia la cual con mucha profesionalidad nos hizo excelentes sugerencias. Todos los y las trabajadoras del Marketplace nos brindaron una magnifica atencion, son super amables y se nota como disfrutan lo que hacen. Estamos muy agradecidos con ellas!! Con respecto a la housekeeper, muy al tanto de lo que necesitabamos y dejaba la habitacion como un crisol! De los muchachos y muchachas del entretenimiento quedamos muy complacidos del amor que le ponen a lo que hacen, puedo mencionar a Mili y Chocolate: las clases de bachata y merengue fueron espectaculares asi como los shows, el show del mago cubano y de Michael Jackson son de Las Vegas!! Los bailarines nos alegraron todos los dias!! En resumen pasamos unos dias excelentes y pensamos regresar pronto!
Lo unico que quisiera que le dijeran a los que vienen una vez a la semana a vender souvenirs, etc. que no sean tan intensos porque deben respetar cuando una dice "gracias". Gracias, gracias , gracias!!

Un peu déçue pour le prix payer..

Nous sommes allés en couple à cet hôtel début mai 2024. En grosse partie, je suis satisfaite, voici mes commentaires pour tout:

- Le staff pour vrai est incroyable, excellent service partout, rien à dire. Nous avions Omar comme majordome et nous l'avons adoré. Le service autant la femme de ménage, dans les restos, aux bars, tout était parfait

- La plage, j'ai été vraiment décue.. Je crois qu'ils ont perdu probablement un grand bout de plage car les chaises et lits étaient vraiment très collés, aucune intimité. De plus, j'ai remarqué que de nombreux lits étaient brisés, les rideaux marchaient pas ect, pour un 5 étoiles de ce prix, c'est innaceptable. Que dame nature fasse perdre de la plage, ceci est compréhensible, mais des lits en mauvais état, moins. Autre grande surprise, on comprend qu'Il peut y avoir des algues, mais on a vu seulement 1 fois dans la semaine une équipe les ramasser, le restant du temps, ce n'était pas ramasser.. Comment est-ce possible dans un hôtel 5 étoiles..

- La mer, malgré les algues à quelques endroits, on pouvait facilement trouvé des secteurs ou l'eau était très belle, donc je n'ai rien à dire, c'était très bien

- La nourriture est le gros point fort de cet hôtel, nous avons vraiment bien mangé, je crois que c'est dans les meilleurs que j'ai vu à date côté nourriture. Le steak house était vraiment sur la coche

- La chambre, autre gros point fort, vraiment une grande chambre, très très belle et propre

- Nous avons essayé le spa/massage, on a aimé, mais je dirais encore que ce n'était pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.. la chambre pour le massage était désuette, mal décorée.. les installations de spa ce n'était pas vraiment haut de gamme.. Encore là, je compare ici avec des hôtels que j'ai déjà été 5 étoiles, et j'ai trouvé celui-ci beaucoup moins intéressant

- Toute la semaine, les bassins d'eau décoratifs qui sont dans les allées de marche pour se rendre au lobby étaient vidés.. pas d'eau, sales.. ceci enlevait beaucoup de beauté au site.. Nous sommes allé marcher au Majestic élégance à côté et tout était parfait, rien à voir avec le Mirage, pourtant, le Mirage est censé être plus haut de gamme?

En résumé, allez y pour le service, la chambre et la nourriture, car le reste n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles de ce que j'ai vu de cette semaine là. Peut-être c'était un adon et que habituellement tout est parfait, mais pour le prix payé, nous avons vraiment apprécié plus côté qualité-prix le Majestic élégance Costa mujeres au Mexique

Weihnachten und Silvester in Majestic 👍🏻🫶

Es war alles bestens. Unsere Majordomo Cesar war immer verfügbar und hat mehrere Sachen für uns erledigt (ich musste leider zum Zahnarzt und er hat alles organisiert). Die Zahnärztin war super freundlich und nicht teuer (danke zu Cesar). Auch mit Ausflüge (Zigarettenfabrik und 2 Inselbesuche) habe er uns geholfen. Hotel war sauber mit freundlichen Personal. In fast jede Ecke gab‘s was zu trinken und essen. Die Bäckerei/Cafe hat super leckere Köstlichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr gute Zeit. Wir waren für Weihnachten und Silvester und die Atmosphäre war einfach toll.
In Englisch:
We traveled to Majestic for Christmas and New Year’s. We had such a lovely time. Our Majordomo Cesar was absolutely amazing. He was always available and helped us with organising our Islandvisits. i sadly had to go to the dentist and Cesar organised everything (taxi and found a excellent dentist). The hotel was clean and had really friendly staff. At almost every corner there was something to eat and drink. All in all a great trip.

Toujours à la hauteur

Un autre séjour vraiment merveilleux entouré d'un personnel incroyable, gentil et chaleureux. Nourriture de qualité et variée pour plaire à tous les goûts. Nous apprécions énormément la propreté du site, de la plage et des chambres (très spacieuses, standard ou autres peu importe la catégorie choisie). Service d'un majordome (côté famille ou adulte) pour vous seconder et rendre votre séjour des plus agréable. Un gros merci à tous ceux qui, au fil du temps, sont devenus des amis (impossible de tous les nommer de peur d'en oublier) et qui nous ont accueilli avec tant de professionnalisme, de beaux sourires et de petites attentions qui font chaud au cœur. On vous aime et vous nous manquez déjà. Un gros merci aussi à notre majordome Junior Morena qui s'occupe de nous, c'est un ami extraordinaire et super compétent. Des remerciements également à Elena Alvarez, directrice du Majestic Mirage qui s'occupe de l'hôtel et de la clientèle de façon exemplaire et qui n'hésite à parler avec ses clients et s'assurer que tout va bien. Wunderschöne Erfahrung in der Dominikanischen Republik

Unser Aufenthalt im Majestic Mirage Hotel war super. Unser Hotelzimmer lag direkt am Pool man konnte also von der Terrasse aus in den Pool springen. Das Zimmer war schön und auch sehr groß. Es gab immer leckeres Buffetessen aber man konnte auch verschiedene Restaurants besuchen. Das schönste für uns war aber der Strand, das Wasser ist so unglaublich klar und und es gibt einen weißen Sandstrand.
Alle Angestellten am Hotel waren super freundlich und man wurde immer ganz herzlich bedient und behandelt. Unser Butler Francisco hat sich super um uns gekümmert und war immer da wenn man etwas benötigt hat. Einfach ein ganz freundlicher Mensch und wenn wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen hätten wir ihn gerne wieder als Butler.
Auch das Entertainment war super lustig und wir freuen uns schon sehr das Hotel wiederzubesuchen.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Zuerst waren wir uns unsicher in welches Hotel wir wollten, haben uns aber dann für das majestic mirage entschieden und haben es absolut nicht bereut!
- Sehr abwechslungsreiches Essensangebot! (Alle Restaurants ausgezeichnet)
- Shows am Abend sehr schön gestaltet
- Traumhafter Strand (keine Algen)
- Unser Butler Samuel hat sich ausgezeichnet um uns gekümmert und jeden Wunsch erfüllt!
- Omar und Daysi am Pool haben sich sofort gemerkt was wir immer zu trinken wollten und immer bestens damit versorgt!
- Juan Bernado war sehr aufmerksam und wollt uns unsere Pooltage jedes Mal so schön machen wie es nur ging ( zb. jeden Tag neue Handtücher gebracht, immer gefragt wie es einen geht und ob man noch was braucht!)

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat und würden das Hotel 100% weiterempfehlen!

Per una vacanza da sogno.

Esperienza semplicemente fantastica, non trovo parole per descrivere quanto le persone che lavorano in questa struttura siano state tutte eccezionali. Mostrando una attenzione unica verso il cliente. Sanno come coccolarti e farti sentire bene. Tutto lo staff è sempre presente ma mai invadente e svolgono il loro lavoro con grande professionalità. Penso che ci sia una buona formazione alla base di tutto questo.
In particolare abbiamo apprezzato il lavoro di Alexander il nostro maggiordomo, che si è dimostrato persona capace e sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi incombenza. Lui e tutto lo staff hanno reso veramente la nostra esperienza indimenticabile.
Un caro saluto va anche ad Alan, del bar della Lobby, anche lui persona fantastica che ha contribuito a rendere questa vacanza ancora più piacevole.

Il Resort è veramente notevole. Le parti comuni sono semplicemente perfette.
La nostra camera era spaziosa ed accogliente con accesso diretto ad una piscina più piccola dove poter nuotare e rilassarsi i totale tranquillità e maggior privacy.

I bar, i ristoranti, la palestra, il teatro, la musica dal vivo, l'animazione serale e soprattutto lo staff (non mi stancherò di ripeterlo) sono la formula perfetta per una vacanza da sogno.

Ci torneremo presto.

Majestic Mirage - FANTASTICO !!! Sevizio All-inclusive SUPER. Struttura superpulita e tenuta in modo maniacale.

Cibo ottimo in tutti i ristoranti (da migliorare il ristorante Italiano).
Nota negativa: Arrivati il 27 dic, dopo numerose lamentele ci hanno assegnato il maggiordomo dopo 8 giorni! David Il nostro maggiordomo per un giorno perchè poi era di riposo Ci ha organizzato una cena romantica, ci ha addobbato la suite e ci ha fatto trovare in camera anche la loro "champagna" ( viaggio di nozze, la struttura era informata e per 8 giorni... nulla). Peccato che in tutta la struttura non si parli l'italiano. L'unica che parla l'italiano benissimo è il maggiordomo MIGUEL YAN che nonostante non fosse il nostro maggiordomo sostituto di David, si è reso disponibilissimo in tutto!!! persona che abbiamo trovato per caso (l'ultimo giorno) E' stato il nostro "genio della lampada" e di aiuto fondamentale nel riento a casa perchè per un'inconveniente (ancora non chiaro) il transfer per accompagnarci in aeroporto non sì è presentato!!! Panico totale... abbiamo contattato MIGUEL che nonostante non fosse a lavoro in quell'ora, in 10 minuti è arrivato e ci ha aiutato a riorganizzare il transfer per l'aeroporto. Ci ha salvati! Consiglio gli Italiani che si recano al MAJESTIC MIRAGE: fatevi assegnare come maggiordomo MIGUEL YAN è veremante una brava persona (senza nulla togliere a David) ma, credetemi il fatto che parli la nostra lingua fa la differnza, riesci a creare un rapporto diverso! Ringraziamo comunque anche il maggiordomo David per tutto quello che ha fatto nel giorno al nostro servizio.

Ottima vacanza relax e coccole

Majestic Mirage ottimo lo consiglio ,bella suite pulita buon cibo ,attenzione anche per gli allergici ,disponibile tutto il personale , compresa la sicurezza , per rendere vacanza favolosa , eccezzionale il Maggiordomo Johan Andres che ci ha circondato di attenzioni bravissimo nel suo compito per accontentarci . Nota negativa solo al ristorante italiano da migliorare ,buono Japan e Francese , i buffet interno e sulla spiaggia ottimi ! Peccato che nn si parli italiano ! Ospiti di tt le nazionalità, italiani in questo periodo solo noi, valutazione ottima da ritornare
