Me encanta Tulum y más la atención del hotel
En lo personal ya es la segunda vez que me quedo ahí es mi preferido de Tulum el servicio del gerente Jonathan es increíble no se diga el de Martínez y la señorita yessabel

Great poolside servers
Emmanuel and Eliseo are servers at the rooftop hotel, and really made our visits to the pool wonderful. Also, any issues we had the hotel addressed as soon as possible. The room has a nice balcony overlooking the garden area. Enjoyed our stay

A fuire !
Hôtel catastrophique à fuire !
L’eau n’est évidemment pas potable et AUCUNE je dis bien AUCUNE bouteille d’eau n’est prévue ne serait-ce que pour votre arrivée dans la chambre.
Il nous est pourtant bien stipulé que l’eau n’est pas potable à la réception!
Le service est nul !!
Nous avons eu une invasion de bestioles dans notre chambre ! (Des vers/ asticots) nous avons été choqués, il y’en a avait dans nos affaires nous avons passé la nuit à nettoyer toutes nos affaires sans compter le fait que certaines trousses de produits ont du être jetée à la poubelle ! et d’autres affaires infestées.
Une personne du staff est arrivée suite à notre appel, et évidemment sans apporter de produit ni rien pour éviter que cela se propage davantage.
Nous avons évidemment les photos et nous les posterons, car aucune compensation ni geste commercial n’a été proposé.
Cet hôtel est bien trop sur côté pour un service client INEXISTANT!
La personne de la veille n’avertit évidemment pas le staff du matin de notre situation!
Rien n’est fait pour nous faire oublier ce mauvais souvenir …

Great hotel, unbelievable value for money, great staff
Brilliant hotel, for the price you pay it’s amazing, everyone of the staff from the front desk to the pool are all so nice and unbelievably friendly can’t do enough to help, franko was particularly nice helping us sort lifts to party’s ect.
Rooms are clean and perfect, TV with Netflix, pool area great with nice drinks, I will be staying here again when I go back tulum.
Breakfast was not unbelievable with not loads of choice but the omelettes where lovely and great for a light snack of a morning.
All in all this hotel is fantastic for the price and compared to others I have stayed in the same area in the past.

Excellent Stay
My husband and I along with our son and daughter in law stayed at the Hotel Naala in Tulum for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. The hotel was beautiful and we were warmly welcomed. Yessabel at the reception was friendly and received us warmly. We were given a welcome drink from Benito, one of the servers in the hotel who also gave us necessary information and assistance. The King deluxe room with a balcony was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and Kayla was very attentive to our needs. Emanuel helped at breakfast but also served us poolside and you couldn't ask for better more pleasant service. Francisco resolved an issue for us and offered whatever assistance he could be on our stay. This is a wonderful, comfortable hotel within easy access to restaurants, downtown and activities. The staff is delightful and we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and beautiful place to stay in Tulum. We will return!
