Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel wifi worked well. Staff was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast service and general service was good.

Nice stay
Nice stay n staff Nitika and Vikas Kumar both were quite helpful in offering hospitality at their best. Hotel is quite near to Airport as well so strategically located. Their morning buffet is also good with muti cuisine options like spit Indian, North Indian n oriental n English breakfast

Nice Business Hotel in Koregoan
Interiors & service was good. Staff was excellent...very courteous and helpful. Location is definately a plus.

- Beg bugs so sleep was horrible. I hope they replace the mattresses..not just clean it

Cozy boutique hotel in the heart of pune
Very nice n cozy boutique hotel located in the heat of the most happening area of pune in koregaon Park.
Rooms are well made, spacious, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is good, specially the feshly made idlis.
Rooftop restaurant is really amazing

Good location, shabby management
Good:
1. breakfast options
2. room size

Bad & Ugly:
1. really shabby management
2. rick not allowed till lobby so have to walk from gate to lobby, what if there are elderly? staff is rude, reception guy dint seem bothered. duty manager helped
3. room ac was forever broken. they fixed it, but yet it wasnt cooling to liking
4. the toilet dustbin had a broken leg press, being a 5 star care should be taken
5. they randomly rang my doorbell at 130 am to check if i had ordered something, a phone call would have sufficed. staff desperately needs training
6. no shower gel provided for bathtub, they ask to bathe with water only, pathetic responses in some cases.
I am surprised this is a 5star property!
