Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Für 2 Personen perfekt und alles Nötige vorhanden.
Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei.
Vielen Dank an das Servicepersonal!Es war alles immer sehr sauber.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Fantastic location with helpful staff and good breakfast.
Fantastic hotel in the centre of town. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. Rooms were clean and modern, and ours had a little kitchenette which was great for making drinks and keeping food and snacks fresh in the fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a late evening flight, and although we had to vacate our room in the morning we were able to leave our suitcases at reception go out for the day then shower and change and wait in the lounge for our taxi. An added bonus was the fresh lemonade and sangria, which was available to help yourself to.

Wonderful hotel with brilliant friendly staff !
Apartment was perfect, clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were brilliant, so very helpful and could t do enough to make us feel welcome. They even left chocolates and a birthday card for my husband! Would strongly recommend!

Great hotel in great location
If you want a nice hotel centrally located in Budapest for a reasonable price this is the place. Seven of us had 4 rooms there in Oct 2024. Checkin was easy with knowledgeable staff who could speak Englush well. We arrived early in the morning and our luggage was stored until chrvkin time.
We chose the Superior rooms which had a kitchenette
They were all roomy,clean and modern looking.
We woukd definitely give the Opera Garden 5 out of 5

Would not book here again
Terrible customer service... Would not stay here again. Reception staff very unhelpful.We booked a twin room and we were put in to a double room. When we enquired about getting a single room staff refused to accommodate us... There are Plenty of more accommodating and guest friendly hotels in Budapest. Stay away.....
