Perfect stay in Ibiza
The hotel is in the perfect location, Nice and chilled - just what we wanted as a group of girls but close enough to walk to the nightlife! Mambo is a 10 min walk away and you can see Ocean beach from the hotel it's that close!
Staff couldn't do enough for us, special shout out to Victor who helped us get Calvin Harris tickets at late notice! All the staff were always happy and friendly.
Food great and rooms cleaned every day. Only thing was that we upgraded to a Sea View room and the room was in fact a side sea view room but when we raised this with reception they said Jet2 have the room descriptions wrong so be aware if you book with Jet2 and it states Sea view as ours was not!
Overall though we had a great stay and would return if we went back to Ibiza

Massage experience
Amazing massage whith Arianna tessari near the pool, listen some calm music and feel relaxing like never feel before. Recomend to everyone.

The perfect hotel in a brilliant location
My husband and I came for a short break after being in Formentera for 3 nights. It was definitely a great choice from food, drink’s entertainment and location. Have already recommended this to friends.

Best hotel
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the location of the hotel is amazing right next to shops, restaurants and nightlife plus side is never too noisy at night. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. The food in hotel is everything you could need and more. The pool is kept very clean and entertainment was good. The rooms are also kept very clean. There really is no negatives to this hotel apart from the beds in the room aren’t too comfortable but nothing would put me off coming back

Hotel muy buena atención, comida y limpieza
Hotel pequeño de cuatro estrellas superior. Comida , limpieza y atención de mucha calidad,he estado en hoteles de 5 estrellas que no le llegan al nivel del Palladium.
La bebida no la he probado.
La zona es de ambiente nocturno,pero no me ha impedido descansar por la noche.
El cliente mayoritario es joven, sobre todo ingleses. Para mi no fue ningún problema a parte de ver que bebían mucho, lo cual a mi no me afectó. En la piscina hay música ambiente y actuaciones, si quieres silencio no es tu hotel.
Definitivamente repetiría si vuelvo a San Antonio

Tolle Lage!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Palmyra der Palladium Group auf Ibiza genossen und möchten gerne unsere Erfahrungen teilen.

Zu den Pluspunkten zählte zweifellos die fantastische Lage des Hotels direkt neben einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Die Nähe zum Strand ermöglichte es uns, jederzeit unkompliziert ins Meer zu gehen und die Sonne zu genießen. Darüber hinaus waren wir von der Vielfalt und Qualität des Essens im Hotelrestaurant beeindruckt. Es gab eine großartige Auswahl an Speisen und Desserts, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeisterten. Die Bar bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an originalen alkoholischen Getränken, die wir gerne genossen haben. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte.

Leider gab es auch einige Minuspunkte zu erwähnen. Die Bungalows, die wir bewohnten, waren nicht zu empfehlen, da sie direkt am Pool lagen und der Eingangsbereich aufgrund des begrenzten Platzes oft von anderen Gästen blockiert war. Dies führte zu einer ständigen Unruhe und Lautstärke von morgens bis abends. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war der schlechte Reinigungsdienst. Die Reinigungskräfte kamen lediglich mit einem Lappen in die Zimmer und hinterließen oft einen unangenehmen Geruch aufgrund des alten Mopps.

Trotz dieser Mängel würden wir das Palladium Hotel wie immer weiterempfehlen, da wir insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten und die positiven Aspekte überwogen.

Schönes Urlaub aber nicht alles Top.
Super Service Team in der Restaurant, an der Bars, POP Personal (Entertainment). Hotel könnte moderner ausgestaltet werden. Reinigungsteam (Service) muss unbedingt verbessert werden (Schulung, qualifizierte Abläufe, Kontroling nötig!)

Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista...
soggiorno fantastico, allietato dalla bellezza dell'hotel, ma soprattutto dalla cortesia e dalla disponibilità di tutti i componenti dello staff, dalle pulizie, al bar ristorante (con un ottima offerta sia a livello di varietà che di qualità del cibo), alla reception, all'animazione discreta e mai invadente.
In particolare vorrei ringraziare per la cortesia e la presenza costante Eliana, che ha fatto sì che mi sentissi a casa, coccolata e curata... GRAZIE davvero a tutti!

Die Zimmer entsprechen in keinster Weise den Bildern
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind alte Metallbetten hart wie ein Brett und vom Bad rede ich gar nicht. 4 Sterne niemals. Wir wollten auch wenn gegen Aufpreis ein anderes Zimmer. Leider gab es nur noch ein Einzelzimmer. Somit haben mein Mann und ich das genommen. Die anderen waren leider gezwungen in den Bungalows zu wohnen. Mit hatten die Bungalows C3, C4 und C6. Mein Mann und ich haben in 211 gewechselt. Das Hotel sollte dringend saniert werden.

Séjour magnifique

Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%. Arrivée tardive, nous avons eut droit à un repas froid très bon même après minuit. Un super accueil de Victor, une animatrice au top merci Sylvie. Bon cocktails, nourriture excellente, chouette emplacement , seul bémol piscine non chauffée. Merci pour cette superbe parenthèse. Les françaises 😊

No esta pensado para disfrutarlo, descansar y relajarse.
En general una sensación decepcionante. Quiero pensar que el hotel esta pensado para cierto nivel de clientes, para dias solo soleados, para gente que no busca descansar y relajarse, sino que quiere sentirse interrumpida por actividades intrusivas. La calidad de las bebidas es pesima, la calida de la comida es media, la calidad de atención es muy mala en algunas situaciones, pareceria que la gente esta mal pagada o que trabaja mas horas de las que les corresponderia, muy mala experiencia.

En primer lugar, quiero agradecerle por compartir su experiencia en el Palladium Palmyra con nosotros.
Lamentamos leer que sus vacaciones no fueron tan buenas como nos hubiera gustado y nos disculpamos si no cumplimos con todas sus expectativas.
Respecto a su observación sobre la clientela y el ambiente del hotel, lamento mucho que haya tenido esa impresión, siempre buscamos proporcionar un entorno seguro y agradable para todos nuestros huéspedes.
En cuanto a la calidad de los alimentos y la bebida, sentimos que no haya quedado satisfecho con nuestras opciones de buffet y en el bar, tomaremos en consideración su opinión para mejorar la oferta gastronómica que proporcionamos.
Nos sorprende su comentario sobre la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de nuestro staff, ya que la formación que brindamos a nuestro personal está en consonancia con los estándares de calidad y servicio que nos avalan.
Por otro lado, nos hubiera gustado que hubiese compartido sus sugerencias, comentarios y pensamientos durante su estancia para resolver algunas situaciones mientras aún estabas en el hotel, lo que le habría permitido pasar los últimos días de sus vacaciones de una manera más cómoda.
Una vez más, pido disculpas por cualquier inconveniente y muchas gracias por compartir sus comentarios con nosotros.

Buen hotel de vacaciones
Mis padres y yo reservamos este hotel para pasar el puente de octubre y la verdad que quedamos bastante satisfechos. Buenas instalaciones, buen servicio y una gran oferta de actividades, además de bien localizado. Muy recomendable

C'est un excellent hôtel, à taille humaine. Il bénéficie d'un bel emplacement au bord de la mer. Du balcon de notre chambre, nous avions une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Nous n'étions pas loin du centre, tout en étant au calme. Nous souhaiterions souligner l'excellent accueil du personnel de cet hôtel, à tous les niveaux, très serviable et aux petits soins pour les touristes. Nous soulignerons également une bonne animation musicale en soirée. Cet hôtel est à recommander et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Grata experiencia
Nunca había estado en Ibiza pero la
Errad que nos ha gustado, el hotel es pequeño pero tiene de todo, personal amable , animación buena de día! Entretenimiento fantástico de noche, buena comida , habitaciones limpias y playa enfrente.

Struttura e personale accogliente
Per il secondo anno consecutivo,abbiamo deciso di ritornare i quest'albergo situato in un ottima posizione davanti alla baia di S.Antonio ed a pochi passi dal Caffè de Mar dove si possono vedere dei tramonti mozzafiato. Ottimo l'aperitivo
di benvenuto in camera con fragoline al cioccolato per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, ottima la pulizia della struttura ,il buffet vario con serate a tema allietate da artisti locali e stranieri che si esibiscono ogni sera. Per noi che non conosciamo bene né lo spagnolo né l'inglese, abbiamo trovato il personale preparato a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente abbiamo passato 2 belle settimane.

Professionalità e cortesia
Ottima location sul mare .
Pochi scalini e sei sulla passeggiata primcipale.
Belle camere ottimo cibo gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff.
È ‘ la seconda volta che torno in un anno e mi sento come a casa .
Adatto sopratutto ai giovani per la movida ma piacevole anche per noi cinquantenni .
Il bungalow come tipo di camera per me il top !!
