Great place to spend your holiday
The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant.
Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. The manager lady was there all day long, also ready to help if needed, always with a smile. Food was good quality for all inclusive hotel, fresh juice and espresso coffee on breakfast, salads, meats, fresh pizza during lunch and dinner.
In overall great choice for your summer holiday in Bulgaria.

Was well looked after during a huge storm
Well we had the most horrendous thunderstorm hit sunny beach and George was amazing,thank you my friend for moving us round to make sure we didn’t get too wet,customer service was amazing considering in the middle of a storm,food was served to us in between the break of weather and still George got us ladies a blanket when we got cold,thank you George for your friendless and great customer service and will be back when the weather is slightly better xxx

pleasant experience
It was a pleasant experience, in a clean hotel, located very close to the sea. Despide the fact that the rooms can still be improved, we enjoyed the tasty and varied food, the kindness of the receptionists ( special special thanks to Anastasia). It is a pet-friendly hotel.

Great with children & families
We went with our children. The dancing and entertainment were fun and the staff there were friendly. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were also friendly. The staff were all good with children, which was really valuable for us.
We enjoyed the beach with the hotel's umbrellas and sun chairs, the pool, the dancing, and had a good time bowling (although we weren't given the free single game, since that is apparently only if you stay for 7 days or more - which we learned when we went to get our tickets). The food was good, though mostly consistent each day. The hotel is on a strip with lots of shops and other activities.

PAY ATTENTION !!! HUGE TRAP!
First of all, im not a guy who would need high quality service but this bizzare hotel is leading by such an amateurs or they just dont care very well.
I dont mind that rooms are small and you feel like 25 years ago but bathroom is not clean.
Food is pretty same and fries, eggs basicly everything is cold even if you come earlier than the restaurant is open.
Today i found a clean cup for coffe on the 8th attempt.
Sunbed and sun umbrealla cost 30 lv, so far the most expensive where i ve seen at the beach, normaly is for guests of hotel beach for free and for the other ones 27lv.
Very funny is also beach bar, its hard to find bcs you wouldnt expect for all beach of the hotel little cottage in desolite state (pic) with seating for like 12 people. The guy behind bar is lazy to clean any table fast enough, he is looking like when he's waitting for dead.
This hotel is pure tourist trap, i wish i would read comment like this before i came.
If you read good reviews it has to be from people who dont care about basic standards of living.
Also i saw the owner or higher manager and the piece of puzzle was complete.
Every other hotel next to this one looks so much better, felt like i was one week in Adams family.
+ things are: tall portier guy with glasses is very friendly, ladies at reception also.
So do whatever you think is right i just try to do the right thing and tell you the true.

Food is pretty same and fries, eggs basicly everything is cold even if you come earlier than the restaurant is open.
Today i found a clean cup for coffe on the 8th attempt.
Sunbed and sun umbrealla cost 30 lv, so far the most expensive where i ve seen at the beach, normaly is for guests of hotel beach for free and for the other ones 27lv.
Very funny is also beach bar, its hard to find bcs you wouldnt expect for all beach of the hotel little cottage in desolite state (pic) with seating for like 12 people. The guy behind bar is lazy to clean any table fast enough, he is looking like when he's waitting for dead.
This hotel is pure tourist trap, i wish i would read comment like this before i came.
If you read good reviews it has to be from people who dont care about basic standards of living.
Also i saw the owner or higher manager and the piece of puzzle was complete.
Every other hotel next to this one looks so much better, felt like i was one week in Adams family.
+ things are: tall portier guy with glasses is very friendly, ladies at reception also.
So do whatever you think is right i just try to do the right thing and tell you the true.
