Nice stay for a long weekend in May to enjoy the pool and beach of Eilat, we will come back to the Prima Music
Nice hotel, great location, people were very nice.
Cleaning all the time.
Not much people in May month so you can enjoy an empty pool and not a fully beach.

I would come back to this hotel for a long weekend.

Next time I will take a bigger room, the standard room are a not that big but enough for a couple.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, clean rooms, courteous service, excellent food. The entertainment team keeps the kids busy, a pool with good music. A very good experience.

Good value for your money, Very nice hotel!
Great hotel for families. Nice and clean swimming pool, cardio gym on the pool terrain was okay and its opening hours (9-17:45) could be longer. Very nice breakfast, good dinner. Plenty of activities for children. Overall a great experience at a good price relative to other options in Eilat. Very friendly staff that does it all with a smile. Especially I would like to mention Anan of hourkeeping, Tarek, Hamza and Ahmed from the dining room staff.

An outstanding experience! A hotel with a high level of service and cleanliness!
We stayed a weekend at the Prima Music Hotel.
Since we arrived as 2 couples, we were upgraded to rooms on the couples' floor only.
I must mention the high level of cleanliness evident everywhere: in the room, in the lobby areas, in the dining room. Everything is clean and polished with a pleasant smell everywhere.
Special thanks to Leah, the house keeping manager, who made sure to provide us with an outstanding hospitality experience, including attention to all details..
In the dining room the menu is varied and rich. A very large selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and very tasty.
There is no doubt that I will return to stay at the hotel and will even recommend it to my friends and family members.

Excellent time. Ty
An excellent location for going on a nature walk. Walking distance from the sea. Close by foot to the coral beach. Bus stop line 16, 30 next to the hotel. Impressive breakfast with variety. Mohammed, 1st floor maintenance man, was simply amazing, personal attitude and a big smile. Without a doubt I would love to come back here. I enjoyed every moment. I was in a dorm room. The people were considerate and talkative. i won

Super Urlaub für faires Geld
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nur 5 Minuten vom sauberen Meer entfernt.

Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock - immer super sauber - Danke an Mohamed

Animation für Kinder und Familienunterhaltung war super. Dafür sorgen Moshe Salsa und sein Team.

Essen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen ausreichend und gut. Köche gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein.

Grosse Gartenanlage mit grossem Pool. Toller Blick über ds Meer.

Non ci siamo trovati bene
Hotel a 5 km dal centro di Eilat.
Tra tutti gli hotel provati in Israele è stato nettamente il peggiore per il motivo che lo staff è poco gentile (non risponde neppure al saluto), poco disponibile e soprattutto il primo giorno siamo stati trattati male da un addetto della mensa che ha avuto un atteggiamento aggressivo e maleducato. Ho chiesto di parlare con il manager che ovviamente non si è mai visto e non ha neppure pensato di farsi vivo dopo. Aggiungo che parlano male inglese o, ancora peggio, alcuni dello staff non lo parlano proprio! Per il resto questo hotel avrebbe bisogno di un refresh generale e di u a migliore pulizia.
Peccato perché in Israele siamo sempre stati trattati bene, ma non qua.
Buona colazione.
Dispone di parcheggio privato.

Verloren in Eilat wer hier bucht
Hotel verfügt über keinen eigenen Stand. Pool Anlage unsauber. Veraltetes Mobiliar. Zimmer im heruntergekommenen Zustand. Zu wenige Steckdosen vorhanden. Bad / Dusche ohne Fenster, unzureichende Lüftung. Als Ergebnis Schimmel im gesamten Badbereich. Die Betten im Zimmer sind viel zu klein und komplett unbequem. 1 von 3 Aufzügen außer Betrieb. Zustand Flure und Innenbereichen abgewohnt. Frühstück /Abendessen nicht in einem Restaurant sondern in einer Kantine im Stil einer Mensa. Service unaufmerksam.

DESASTRE COMO NUNCA VISTO!!! Premio al mal trato
El hotel es muy malo ! Pague USD 400 por
Noche con desayuno y me dieron u servicio de
1 estrella
Pedí que me traigan el secador de pelo! Me hicieron bajar en pijama a la recepción
El baño tiene un olor a cloaca insoportable
El aire acondicionado no funciona bien
El viernes hicieron una fiesta y me retumbaban las paredes.
El personal malta al huésped ! No les importa nada !!
Los tohallones son del tamaño de una servilleta !!!
Ahhhh y el desayuno hay tanta gente que roba comida que tenes peronal controlando todo lo que agarras para desayunar.

De la limpieza de las habitaciones se imaginarán que es menos de lo aceptable.
Las tohallas vienen con pelos adentro y se pueden usar como papel de calcar.

Estaba con una persona discapacidad hubo que rogar nos guardarán el lugar para estacionar

Justo y a gusto!!
Muy bueno y por varias razones, fuera del ruido de la ciudad pero, cerquita, frente a una playa, dónde además alquilan elementos para todo tipo de deporte acuático. El hotel, en lo gastronómico excelente!!, la habitación muy cómoda con vista al Mar Rojo y montañas de Jordania, las camas correctas. Deben mejorar las sábanas y su ancho!! Aplausos para el pianista, todas las noches un momento ameno. Moshe un animador y bailarín fantástico e incansable. Merece alta mención, la pileta de medidas muy grandes, especial para turistas nadadores exigentes. En definitiva, fue una muy buena decisión, elegir este hotel para mí tour!!!

Baustelle - ein schlechter Witz
Das ganze Hotel war eine einzige Baustelle und auch wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Baugerüste in der Lobby und in den Fluren. Schmuddeliges Zimmer mit abgewetztem Teppichboden, schlecht schliessenden Türen und breiten Fensterspalten, durch die der starke Wind (wortwörtlich !) durchpfiff. Außenanlagen (Tennis und Pool) ungepflegt und nicht benutzbar. Strandabschnitt am nahegelegenen Strandrestaurant kostenfrei mitbenutzbar. Restaurant mit der Atmosphaere einer Bahnhofshalle. Speisenangebot okay.

Das Beste war die Begrüßung der Katze
Nachdem wir in anderen Prima Hotels in Israel waren, kamen wir mit guten Hoffnungen an - und wurden schwer enttäuscht. Der Fußboden klebt, das Bett ist nur 185cm lang (was bei meiner Körpergröße von 190cm problematisch wird), die Bettwäsche ist trotzdem zu klein fürs Bett. Der Pool ist quasi unbenutzbar da eine durchgehende Kinderparty mit super lauter Musik dort stattfindet und man keinerlei Ruhe findet. Das Personal, mit einer Ausnahme, machte nicht den Eindruck es interessiere sich für einen. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer Kantine und ist unterdurchschnittlich. Der Strand mit dem das Hotel zusammen arbeitet ist winzig steinig und insgesamt unschön. Ich warne vor dem Hotel.

Durchschnittliches Hotel
Das Hotel liegt am Südstrand in Eilat, heisst es ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten von Eilat entfernt. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, Gehdistanz ca. 3 Minuten. Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung und sauber.

Hotel tremendo
L’hotel è molto sporco e assolutamente da rinnovare. Ho avuto schifo a sedermi sulla sedia del ristorante che sembrava essere stata leccata da un neonato. Le camere sono fatiscenti e altrettanto sporche. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare.

Excelente estadía
El hotel se destaca por la ubicación , cruzando la avenida está la playa, y tiene convenio con un balneario muy lindo, donde uno dispone de sombrillas y reposeras súper cómodas. El hotel provee de toallas de playa.Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con heladera y pava eléctrica, hay té y café en cada habitación.
El recepcionista Shajer es un encanto de persona , servicial y ante cualquier pedido estaba bien dispuesto a satisfacerlo.
Tanto el desayuno como la cena es súper abundante y de buena calidad.
Las mejores habitaciones son las que tienen vista a la pileta. Todas tienen vista al mar. La cama matrimonial es grande y cómoda. Nos tocó una habitación con baño remodelado y alfombras nuevas. Todo impecable.

Vacances
Hôtel correct en bord de mer
Un peu bruyant à notre goût surtout si on veut de la tranquillité ( le soir, boite de nuit qui balance de la «musique » à fond)
L’accueil est agréable
Notre chambre est propre
Nombreuses activités pour les enfants aux rez-de-chaussée ( jeux, billards, consoles)
Le petit déjeuner est à volonté , ouvert de 7h à 12h, donc sympa pour la grasse matinée
Et le plus agréable surtout: accès aux différentes activités a pied ( dauphins, plages, aquarium)

De paso por Eilat
Muy lindo hotel, tiene una ubicación muy buena a orillas del Mar Rojo, pero queda un poco retirado de la ciudad de Eilat. La atención es excelente y para los amantes de la música, pueden disfrutar de su llamativa decoración, llena de álbumes de cantantes populares, judíos e internacionales. También posee una sala de vinilos con una tornamesa donde se puede escuchar música a gusto. La comida es muy buena, los desayunos son muy abundantes en preparaciones típicas y occidentales.

excelente y moderno
estuve en julio 2017 y superó mis expectativas. Las instalaciones modernas y hasta con un pequeño templo para los observantes, las habitaciones impecables en su limpieza y confort. La piscina limpia y preciosa rodeada de vegetación y abundantes tumbonas y sombrillas. El desayuno tan abundante y variado que podía suplir un almuerzo. La playa enfrente del hotel excelente y el mar maravilloso. Espero volver pronto.

Vecchio hotel da rinnovare
Ancora dobbiamo capire se ci hanno addebitato 2 volte il conto della camera. L'assistenza clienti di PRIMA è inesistente. Lo staff in hotel inutile: non ti salutano, nè sanno darti un suggerimento su quello che si può fare a Eilat (effettivamente snorkeling, scuba e poco più). Lo stato della camera in cui siamo stati (che ci è stato detto essere una delle più belle...) era quello di un motel di infima categoria: la moquette odorava di urina e il divano letto in camera aveva delle macchie non meglio specificate (come un po' tutta la tappezzeria anni 70 della camera).
Le foto di booking sono evidentemente ritoccate e non rappresentative dello stato di conservazione attuale dell'hotel.
Peccato, perché il tema musicale poteva essere un'idea carina.

Colazione molto abbondante, ma di bassa qualità.

Hotel familial pratique
Un hôtel très orienté famille avec un petit déjeuner complet et une piscine avec une vue magnifique (vue sur le Golf d'Aqaba) et au porte du désert. Loin de l'agitation du centre ville d'Eilat, proche de la plage et des clubs de plongée. En revanche clientèle parfois pénible au niveau du bruit et surtout n'ayant aucun respect de la propreté notamment au bord de la piscine sur la super pelouse.

Assez décevant
Si vous aimez le bruit-presque-permanent et les enfants rois qui font tout ce qui leur passe par la tête, vous serez à l'aise dans cet hôtel. Des points positifs : sa situation près de la mer( mais en retrait) entre le Dolphin Reef et Coral Beach Reserve, son buffet du petit déjeuner frais et très varié et il est aussi proche d'un très bon restaurant de poisson : "the Fish Market"

Pas de fausses notes
Très bonne situation au calme proche de la mer et de l'observatoire marin. Un excellent restaurant en face. On a grandement apprécié la pataugeoire abrité du soleil. La qualité du buffet moyen si pas en demi pension n'y manger pas le soir le rapport qualité prix vous décevra. Chambre ok RAS.

Idéal en Famille ! Hôtel Très bien tenu
Idéal en Famille ! Hôtel Très bien tenu. Chambres face mer. Petits déjeuners compris très très copieux servis jusqu'à midi ce qui est assez rare ! Très bonne organisation pour les enfants. Belle piscine avec service serviettes.
Prix très raisonnables même en haute saison.

Fermi agli anni '90
hotel datato in tutto e per tutto. Un po' fuori la città, ma in posizione perfetta per vedere il reef. Offrono un servizio navetta per il centro e asciugamani per il mare (molto piccoli). La spiaggia di fronte l'hotel è molto piccola con lettini vecchi. Una notte basta e avanza. Perfetto per i russi

poco fuori eilat
Hotel molto catino situato nel porticciolo turistico un poco fuori eilat.

Buona colazione, buono staff, bella la spiaggia davanti l'hotel con possibilita' di fare diversi sport................................................
