Schöner ort zum Erholung
Wir waren hier mit einem Gruppe 15 Personen; alles ist sehr schön , Frühstück ist sehr lecker tagsüber kann man schöne Gerichte direkt vorne an Strand bestellen sehr schöne Aussicht
Abends essen genau so lecker, Zimmer sind Preis verhältnismäßig ok ,

Hotel mit verloren gegangenem Flair
Hotel Puri Santrian:
• Aufgrund der Größe der Anlage sehr kommerziell.
• Zimmer Santriyan Club groß aber auch in die Jahre gekommen (Duschvorhang). Zimmer nur 1. oder 2. OG wählen.
• Frühstücksbüffet sehr übersichtlich und das gewisse etwas fehlt. Keine Smoothys, nur 1 Sorte Tee (Schwarztee). Andere Teesorten( Teebeutel Standard) kosten Geld.
• Sonnenliegen sind für die Anzahl der Gästebetten zu wenig und das Reservieren der Liegen ab 7 Uhr morgens mit Handtücher scheint hier geduldet zu werden.

Anlage ist sehr schön und groß. Pools sind alle 3 sehr individuell und tip top. Spa ist auf dem neusten Stand. Lage ist auch perfekt. In unmittelbarer Entfernung findet man super tolle lokale Restaurants.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit Niveau an tollem Strand.
Eine abwechslungs- und angebotsreiche, saubere wie luxuriöse Anlage. Die Superiorzimmer sind ok und nicht zu hell, es gibt auch Menschen, die Duschvorhänge mögen (wir allerdings nicht). Die Pools sind super, gut gepflegt. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück bietet Auswahl guter Qualität mit Tee- und Kaffeeflatrate. Langer, sehr schöner und abwechslungsreicher Strand mit unzähligen Restaurationsangeboten sowie Musik. Entspanntes Sitzen und Chillen am Meer ist möglich. Das Hotel bietet die Möglichkeit eines Nachmittagskaffees mit täglichen wechselnden Gebäckvariationen. Große Auswahl an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auf der Hauptstraße zahlreiche gut bewertete Restaurants und die üblichen Touriläden.

First time to Bali
This was the first time visiting Bali and could not picked a better hotel to start the holiday.
This hotel sits right on the beach front and is surrounded by magnificent lush tropical gardens. We were welcomed warmly and taken to our room. We stayed in a Deluxe room, with a terrace. The room was fine, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Super attentive staff, from all departments. They all went out of their way to make you feel confortable. The food is top quality!!Everyone is smiley and pleasant. The only downfull is that there is not enougth sun loungers for the amount of rooms they have. Apart from that it was a great stay.

best massage ever!!!
Best massage ever! Very relaxing, especially after a long flight! The women massaging us were very kind and respectful. The room was very clean and the spa looks beautiful. The music and smells were very balinese. They gave us a welcome drink and asked what kind of massage we wanted!

Lovely Hotel cannot fault
This is a beautiful hotel set in gorgeous gardens it’s very clean the staff are amazingly helpful…the Spa is not to be missed and we also went on the cookery course led by Desak it was such fun we laughed all through and the food we made we then had for lunch it was a great week here!

Pas le meilleur de sanur...
Hotel vieillissant le moins bon que nous ayons fait lors de notre séjour à bali, les chambres sont tristes sans aucun charme avec le stricte minimum en terme de confort aucune décoration style chambre de maonastere... la propreté ok personnel disponible mais moins attentionné surment du à la taille de l hotel petits déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec grosse affluence assez varié mais tout ce qu il y a de plus basique. le café ou le thé de l eau amélioré et ils font payer à prix d'or en supplément un expresso ou cappuccino. Les seuls points positifs belles piscines mais ne sont qu accessibles suivant les categories de chambres les photos mises en annexes nous avions une chambre superieure pour accéder a cette pisicne ) l entrée et le lobby sont sympa a proximité de la plage et devant l'entrée principale de nombreux restaurants et bar ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel.

A very good 8 days
We were in the Santrian Adults only area for 8 nights. The pool area is wonderful, lush and we had no trouble getting a sun bed. Breakfast buffet was good but limited, particularly with cereals. Staff always friendly. Our only issue was a dripping shower that was never attended to even after several reports.
The two restaurants, The Beach Club and Mezzanine were excellent.

Wonderful stay
Our entire stay has been great. Staff are wonderful & accommodating. Private area was not needed for us, no pool bar in private pool. Our cooking class was fantastic with Ira, Desak & IB Darmika. We would recommend staying here at the resort & doing the cooking class 100%.

Schönes Hotel
Das Hotel hat seinen Charme, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen!
Die Zimmer sind großzügig könnten aber eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Personal ist super lieb!
Wir sind zufrieden 😃
Es ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und ich denke das wir wieder kommen werden

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren als Familie mit 6-jährigem Kind in einem Superior Zimmer mit Zusatzbett und sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt und mit einem wirklich sehr schönen Garten. Die Pools sind auch schön. Die Lage und der Strand sind top. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Excellent séjour au Puri Santrian 😍😍
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du Puri Santrian. La chambre deluxe Santrian était à la hauteur de nos espérances : propre, moderne et luxueuse. Concernant les extérieurs, les piscines sont superbes de même que la vue mer.
De plus, sa localisation est idéale pour découvrir la côte de Sanur à pieds ou à vélo. Le petit déjeuner était riche. Le restaurant annexe : mezzanine restaurant est excellent aussi. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Bien pour quelques jours
Hôtel au Sud de Sanur, face à une jolie plage longée par un chemin pour piétons et vélos.De nombreux restaurants tt le long, masseuses etc.on voit et entend les avions en permanence…
Piscine agréable, toujours des transats libres.
Déception pour la chambre , pourtant dite supérieure..de petite taille, on perd le charme des hôtels Balinais lors du circuit fait en amont…chambre très très sombre, lumière tt le temps allumée et salle de bain quelconque , fermée sans partie à l’extérieur.Aucune possibilité d’obtenir un last check out, toilettes et une douche à disposition pr tt l’hôtel.
Beau buffet du petit déjeuner et bienveillance de tt le personnel qui est de qualité.

Circuit organisé à Bali par Connections avec Manumadi une agence locale comme intermédiaire
L'hotel de style colonial au bord de la plage avec un très beau jardin.
En ce qui concerne les chambres, nous avons eu une chambre supérieure qui est leur chambre de base! L'hôtel a été rénové mais ces chambres sont restées dans leur jus! L'insonorisation est inexistante, le carrelage de la salle de bain est usé, les serviettes également usées et plus tout à fait blanche!
La seule avantage: l'accès à la piscine et à la plage est facile.

12 jours a Puri Santrian: un oasis
Pour notre 1ere fois a Bali, pas de regret d'avoir choisi Sanur Beach ,bien plus au calme qu'à Kuta et bien situé pour les visites. L'hôtel est un oasis de calme a 2 rues vous êtes sur la highway. L'hôtel est niché dans la nature, tout était parfait et reposant. La mer est rafraîchissante et les piscines nickel aussi. La piste cyclable est agréable. A disposition vélos, kayak, padel,etc... Le buffet peut paraître simple mais ils nous a largement satisfait avec la chaleur, on a de toute façon moins faim...on a pris petit déj, car dans la rue vous avez largement de quoi mangé pour pas cher. Hôtel recommandé !

Excelente hotel y ubicación. Atención del personal inmejorable . Playa tranquila.
El hotel es hermoso, con muchas plantas y esculturas en los senderos que comunican los diferentes sectores. Las habitaciones amplias, todo impecable, muy limpio. Las piscinas fantásticas. La atención del personal es excelente, todos muy atentos, con una amplia sonrisa, hacen sentir muy bien al visitante. Excelente la atención y cordialidad de todos, recuerdo los nombres de Jumi y Ayu. El desayuno excelente, muy completo. Probamos casi todos los platos del restaurante y podemos afirmar que son excelentes. La playa es hermosa, el personal del hotel la mantiene impecable a pesar de que algunos días había algas, las limpiaron inmediatamente de la playa. El arrecife hace que el mar sea muy tranquilo y hermoso para disfrutar tanto adultos como niños. Por supuesto volvería a este hotel

Peccato aver soggiornato solo 2 notti... albergo veramente bello, pulito e con tutti i confort.
Colazione internazionale da favola.. camere ampie e pulite... bellissime le zone relax/piscina.
Personale veramente gentile e disponibile.

Un soffio alla perfezione!!
Ultima tappa del nostro viaggio di nozze....
Posto stupendo, vicino al mare, molto curato e immerso nel verde.
Più che un hotel sembra un mega residence, quattro piscine, ristorante e spa. Proprio per questo magari manca la "coccola" al cliente che abbiamo trovato in altri posti, ma alla fine ci sta e comunque il personale è sempre cordiale e disponibile.
La nostra stanza, nonostante era abbastanza datata era pulita e curata, ottimi sono stati i servizi di pulizia.
Nota negativa il ristorante e servizio bar, molto caro e soprattutto non in linea al servizio pagato, evitatelo...
Ci tornerei ben volentieri con i giusti accorgimenti.

Hotel datato
Hotel resort a Sanur,decisamente datato,alcune parti della struttura sembrano rinnovate altre rimaste decisamente agli anni 90.
Noi avevamo una camera nell’area Club che ha come unico benefit una piscina privata per il resto nessun vantaggio…
Camera piuttosto vecchiota…appunto anni 90,prese per ricaricare inesistenti,mobili vintage bagno altrettanto…
Colazione da dimenticare,scarsa e non di qualita’.
Positivo l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia e giardino gradevole.
Non ci tornerei assolutamente…per fortuna abbiamo passato una sola notte.
Prezzo alto per quello che offre

Eccellente
Resort davvero bello e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero altissimo. E' situato nella località di Sanur distante circa 7 km da Seminyak. Il personale è risultato davvero cortese, disponibile e gentile. Le stanze son davvero molto belle e consiglio di sceglierne una nell'area nuova de resort. La colazione è internazionale di ottimo livello. Consiglio vivamente di andarci.

Muy buena opción para la estancia en la costa
Pasamos 4 noches en una de sus habitaciones superiores.
Instalaciones del hotel fantásticas y a pie de playa.
Habitación bonita con acceso a piscina infinita privada. Nos disgustó bastante la limpieza de la habitación para ser la superior del hotel. Este aspecto es bastante mejorable y lo avisamos en recepción.
Restaurante normalito y desayuno buffet poco variado comparado con lo que se ofrece en otros resort en UBUD.
Trato del personal muy correcto aunque notamos diferencia con respecto a lo vivido en UBUD ( allí fue realmente difícil de superar).

En general pensamos que para nuestra estancia en la costa fue una decisión acertada alojarnos aqui.

Tutto al top!
Hotel spaziale, dal personale, alle camere, tutto incastonato in un bellissimo giardino, ha più piscine, una di queste si ha accesso solo prenotando le camere un po piu costose, che consiglio perché è la piscina più bella che abbia mai visto ed è riparata dal vento che arriva spesso dal mare, cmq anche le altre sono bellissime con accesso diretto al bar mentre sei in acqua, stile Las Vegas, colazione a bouffet dolce salata occidentale e asiatica con pankake, frittate, omelette, ecc preparati sul momento dallo sheff e buonissimi.Spa con massaggi ottimi e ad ottimo prezzo.

Muy bueno
Es un resort con unas instalaciones espectaculares, acceso directo a la playa, decoración cuidada y el trato muy amable y atento. La habitación es de buen nivel pero lo que lo hace diferente es todo el complejo.

Muy bueno
El restaurant, si bien es más caro que el promedio en Sanue, es buenísimo! El desayuno abundante y las habitaciones cómodas y frescas. El ambiente es muy lindo y cuenta con decoración balinesa tipica, lo recomiendo!

Hotel fuera de serie, de alto standing y con un servicio a este nivel
La organización de todo el viaje de 15 días por Come2indonesia fue perfecta, hoteles, guía, chofer...
