Best customer service ever received!
We stayed here whilst we went on several Tiger Safaris and loved our stay! The staff were incredible and very welcoming, always checking to make sure everything was well and if there was anything we needed. There was a genuine interest in us and all the guests and it made our Tiger experience so much better! Whilst every staff member was very helpful, Manish from the reception and Hemraj in the restaurant were excellent !

Best staff in India
Hospitality is amazing, catered for our every need and we’re unbelievably friendly and genuinely interested in our experience in both the hotel and the safaris. Manish at reception was super friendly and helpful and Hemraj in the restaurant could not do enough for us and was always there when we needed.

Experience of our stay
Excellant sevice and staff are very good and resort view and all natural view is excellent Thanks. And whole stay was great and we recommend for everyone to visit this resort and also the resort is good and clean and staff also humble. Moreover I enjoy whole of my stay.

A great place to stay
I initially stayed at the Raj Palace as part of a tour but loved it so much that I returned after the tour was over to spend five further nights. The staff could not be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained.
I had a bit of an issue with booking a train ticket through Manish on the front desk but we sorted it all out amicably.
The Raj Palace is a great place if you want to go see tigers ( I saw a lot of them) or just relax by their lovely pool.

Wonder experience
It was a great experience and our stay in Raj place is amazing specially there f&b service and staff members mainly Mr. Hemraj gives us a great service and great Hospitality. A wonderful experience good and a spacious room there pool is also great.

Court séjour très agréable!
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel très bien situé pour partir en safari. Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Cadre reposant avec une piscine où se délasser entre deux safaris! Il faut seulement être vigilants avec les singes qui guettent la moindre nourriture.....

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nicht weit weg vom Rantambore Park und nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof . Sehr gutes Essen. Room Service ausgezeichnet . Der Garten ein Traum !!

Manish von der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gilt aber auch für alle Mitarbeiter.
Würde dieses Hotel immer weiterempfehlen. Super Pool, lecker Essen. Nähe zum Nationalpark super.

Alles Tiptop
Raj Palace war ein sehr schöner Palast.
Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber.
Im Januar ist es kalt doch es gab eine zweite warme Decke und sogar eine mobile Heizung wurde mir angeboten.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Küche ist lecker

Empfehlung für Ranthambore
Sehr gutes Hotel. Das beste unserer Indien Reise bisher. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel.
Das Restaurant ist gut und ein sicherer Ort für europäische Mägen.
Wir haben auf Anfrage unverzüglich eine Heizung für das Zimmer bekommen.
Das Personal ist zuvorkommen und nett.
Das Wifi in den Zimmer ist teilweise langsam oder nicht verfügbar, aber auch dieses Problem wurde auf Anfrage sofort behoben.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Ranthambore Safari Tours
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier im Hotel, es eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Tiger Safari Tours.
Das Apartment ist groß und inmitten eine gepflegten Grünanlage. Im Garten oder am Pool kann man sich gut aufhalten, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Das Restaurant bietet sehr leckeres Essen an, insbesondere das hausgebackene Brot ist ausgezeichnet.
Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Belle expérience
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons particulièrement apprécié cette expérience. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, disposées autour de jardins bien entretenus. La piscine ajoute un côté décontractant. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute des clients. Le buffet servi propose une variété de plats. Je recommande cette adresse.

Habitaciones amplias, muy buenas instalaciones. Un servicio de comida excelente. Personal muy amable, siempre intentado ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas incluso te arreglan el servicio de safaris

Rathambore hotel
Staff molto gentile. Location di una certa eleganza (per gli standard indiani). Cucina ottima e camerieri gentili. A mezz'oretta scarsa dal gate più vicino del Ratambore. Fuori non c'è granché (periferia di un paese) ma come esci arrivano i tuc tuc che ti portano ovunque. WIfi ok nella reception (meno nelle stanze, almeno nella nostra). La piscina non l'abbiamo usata perché saceva freddo. Namaste

Un hotel charmant, propre. Un personnel très gentil et même plus car un des leur est venu (alors que son service était finit) avec moi à un garage pour que ma voiture soit réparée (essuies glace cassés quand la mousson fait rage...pas super)
A contrario le bureau officiel qui gère les visites du parc est très limite: prix par personne en gypsie 2000 INR mais si la voiture n est pas complete ils chargent 6 places...si un hotel, un resto ou une cie aerienne usaient du même procéde la note serait très salée.

repas excellents en quantité suffisante pas trop épicés, personnel très aimable
service correct
cadre très paisible
parc avec de nombreux oiseaux
piscine correctement traitée
chambres simples : petit bémol ...elles mériteraient un meilleur suivi au niveau de l'entretien mais la clim fonctionne surtout en mai juin ( indispensable (-40 à 45°)
possibilité de lavage des habits 50 INR /pièce
au total très bon rapport qualité prix

Bon sejour chez raj palace ressort
nous sommes arrives dans ce charmant hôtel pour 2 jours la piscine nous a bien rafraichis et les jardins sont très reposants le service est très efficace et les serveurs très agréables , la restauration est très bonne. Nous avons pu effectuer 3safaris avec l aide du patron de l hotel

Buono per una notte
Ho soggiornato qui per una sola notte assieme a un piccolo gruppo di amici, durante un tour del Rajasthan, con tappe anche a Delhi e Agra. Lo spirito del tour era quello di muoverci più da “viaggiatori” che da “turisti”, alloggiando in strutture di medio livello, ma decorose (meglio se di proprietà di famiglie locali, piuttosto che di catene alberghiere internazionali).

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Camera ampia, pulita e con un grande bagno (recentemente ristrutturato) dotato di una enorme doccia con abbondante acqua calda.
Televisione in camera con ristretta scelta di canali a lingua inglese.

Letto non comodissimo, ma con lenzuola pulite.

Wi Fi gratuito, ma solo in un'area del giardino (accanto al bar) e purtroppo con un segnale poco potente.

Piscina non in stile holliwoodiano, ma che in estate può risultare molto utile per rinfrescarsi.

La cena e la colazioni sono state discrete, ma niente di speciale.

Personale discreto.

Hermoso hotel con algunos puntos a mejorar
El hotel es muy bonito y pintoresco, las habitaciones muy amplias y comodas, la limpieza muy bien, tiene un amplio jardin con sillas y mesitas y un pequeño bar, la piscina es preciosa y la atencion del personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es bueno y la ubicacion tambien.
Puntos a mejorar:
Tiene un termotanque muy pequeño en el baño con lo cual una vez que se baña una persona hay que esperar un buen rato para que caliente de nuevo el agua.
Wifii solo en el lobby
La comida es muy poco variada y siendo que contratamos con pension completa se nos complico bastante, porque es condimentada y picante, bien al estilo de la comida de la India. Sin embargo muy amablemente nos prepararon un pollo especial para nosotros, sin salsas ni picantes. Graciasssss

da evitare, pessimo,non qualificato, inadeguato
abbiamo soggiornato fortunatamente per una sola notte in questa topaia come per lo più sono gli hotel di questa categoria nella regione del rajastan, notate bene: all'arrivo abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche non cambiate come di solito fanno in india, l'acqua calda è un optnional che è meglio dimenticare, abbiamo sfortunatamente anche cenato nel ristorante dove non oso dilungarmi in commenti e per finire la ciliegina, abbiamo fissato per il parco il safari e l'indomani ci hanno portato senza che noi fossimo avvisati in un parco adiacente privato , siamo stati raggirati
ed abbiamo speso ben 1600 rupie a testa, sono dei disonesti e dei ladroni!!!!!!!!! diffidate e state attenti come per lo più alle recensioni fatte in terra d'india che sono tutte bufale.......
