Chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner complet.
Pas mal de vent pendant notre séjour donc la plage de l'hôtel était impraticable, c'est le point négatif..
Nous avons un enfant de 5 ans et ce n'est pas trop un hôtel idéal pour les distraire (petite aparté)

Das ehemalige Outrigger-Hotel überzeugt auf der ganzen Linie. Unheimlich schöne Anlage, hervorragender und extrem freundlicher Service, sehr, sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - rundum ein rundum zu empfehlendes Hotel. Unseren Luxury-Bungalow mit großem Pool im oberen Teil der Hotelanlage kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil, der extrem steinige Strand ist sehr schlecht zum schwimmen geeignet.

Excelente se queda corto!! Es un remanso de paz, ideal para luna de miel, para los que valoramos, no tener que pelearnos para conseguir una tumbona en la playa o piscina y huimos de los bufets masificados. Toda la comida de gran calidad, todos los empleados tienen siempre una amplia sonrisa y se desviven para que tu estancia sea inolvidable! Las villas son amplias y con todas las amenities necesarias, el servicio de Cat con recepción funciona de maravilla. Gracias equipo por estos 4 días maravillosos!!

Uno dei resort più brutti mai visti nella vita! Fatiscente, trascurato, sporco, vegetazione secca, le camere con piscina sono imbarazzanti per lo stagnetto che spacciano per piscina. Resort senza spiaggia.Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarlo subito, la Mistral che c’è l’ha venduto, dice che non ce lo rimborsa! Andremo per vie legali. Non venite! Si avvalgono del nome SAII ma l’hotel é 1 stella! O forse meno!!!

SAii Choengmoi Koh Samui Pool Villa mit 80 qm das ist übertrieben laut , Zimmer hat maximal 40 qm und eine kleine Terrasse mit ein Tauchbecken ( kein Pool).
Was wir nicht verstehen können ist wie ein Hotel in ein Jahr so sich ändern kann? Wir waren in mai 2022 hier und jetzt im Mai 2023 wieder leider die größte fehler was wir machen konnte. Im ein Jahr ein Hotel unterbewirtschaften ist so traurig und macht wütend.
Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und definitiv keine 5 Sterne mehr, leider max 3.5.
Auf eigene web seite wirbt mit Booking mit benefit und upgrades, leider nichts davon im hotel zu erfahren...würde lieber raus nehmen wenn man sowieso nichts gibt.
Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und ist immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Frühstück ist okay für jeder etwas Früchte, Eierspeisen, salate und auch thai Spezialitäten, verschiedene Kaffee.
Poolbar cocktails haben wir ein mal probiert und nie wieder, waren nicht so gut (preis Leistung no go) lieber am Hauptstraße rechts Kannika Restaurant hat super Essen und .
Transfer wurde angeboten und auch Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge Roller Service vom Hotel oder um die Ecke
Taxen werden vom Hotel bestellt oder man geht an die Straße (5min). Anlage ist schön angelegt nur nicht so gepflegt wie sein sollte.
Wir hatten richtig Pech mit dem Zimmer, Gefühl wie in Gefängnis zu sein ein Zaun wenn man die Türe öffnet und keine Garten oder Meer Blick ( aktuelle Bilder).
Tauchbecken wird nicht täglich gereinigt.
Terrasse war voll mit Vogel excremente , haben wir an Rezeption gemeldet jeden tag und gebeten soll anschauen kommen, leider erfolglos. Bilder Gemacht 5 tage haben wir versucht nichts passiert bis endlich jemand gekommen ist und sich angeschaut hat.
Hatten wir pech wie uns sagte da unter baum terasse war. Hat uns versprochen das geputzt wird aber nur putzen ohne wasser war nur ein schmieren von excremente, leider ist auch so geblieben die ganze 2 Wochen niemand hat interessiert ob gemacht wurde, dass fanden wir von Rezeption Mitarbeiter nicht schön.
Auch wechseln von Zimmer hat nicht geklappt obwohl von Anfang an versucht haben. Daneben war eine Baustelle 7 Tage ganze tag nur geklopft, geschliffen, geflechst laut dass man draußen nicht stehen konnte.
Selbstverständlich wurden niemand informiert dass Baustelle Daneben ist und auch ein Wechsel nicht möglich ist , von Erholung war keine Rede, aber bei Rezeption interessiert niemand was man zu sagen hat.
Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, Sanitäre Amaturen im Zimmer ist waren sehr ungepflegt , Waschbecken gestoppt ( gemeldet an Rezeption und 2 Wochen nichts passiert, niemand gekommen ) (wahrscheinlich falsche Reinigung/Pflege), Holzrost in Dusche unhygienisch. Aus Toilette läuft auf Boden Wasser alles schmutzig oder geschimmelt. Ameisen auf Wände in Toilette jeden Abend wie auf Autobahn.
Betten ziemlich hart und unangenehm.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt tägl. in Form von Betten machen, Auffüllen Toi-Papier, Handtücher und Duschgel & Co., allerdings die Reinigung selber eher befriedigend.
Bademantel in Zimmer gab nur in die ersten 5 Tagen danach nicht mehr, angeblich gab s nicht genügend, auch bisschen komisch für ein Hotel.
An vielen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen und rechtfertig nicht den Preis.
Am strand richtig lieblos paar liegen schmutzig wurden nie geputzt ohne Matratze sind zu hart daneben eine Müllhalde wo auch angeblich die Security Mann sitzt ( siehe Video) .
Ein Kajak am strand schmutzig mit verrostete padel und kaputten, schmutzigen Westen nicht einladend.
Am Pool zwei Duschen der nur halbwegs funktionieren sehr schmutzig und kaputt, Wasser läuft fast nicht .
Fitnessraum ist okay ausgestattet nur leider wird nicht geputzt, alle Geräte richtig schmierig könnte man vielleicht auch mal anschauen.
Ich weiß, dass die meisten Probleme Erste-Welt-Probleme sind! Aber wenn es darum geht, im Urlaub ein Hotel zu bezahlen, kommt es auf große und kleine Dinge an, und wir haben sie alle erlebt. Ich bin mit dem Hotel nicht zufrieden,sofern ich es nicht weiterempfehlen würde.
Die meisten Leute, die hier arbeiten, scheinen nicht arbeiten zu wollen und der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen ausser im Restaurant da geben sich Mühe. Sie sagen, sie würden etwas tun, was nicht passiert und nie zur Kenntnis genommen wird. Schade eigentlich ein schönes ruhiges Platz nur das Management sollte sich schon anschauen und vielleicht die Anregungen von Gästen annehmen dass würde helfen und nicht als böse gemeint nehmen, wir wollten nur helfen aber wurde genau das Gegenteil angenommen.
Auch der Versuch Kontakt mit dem General Manager zu nehmen wir von Rezeption untersagt keine Name, keine Email unmöglich zu bekommen.

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage (an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und uns störte es nicht), sehr freundliches Personal. An einem kleinen Strand gelegen, der nur von Hotelgästen und Nachbarhotelgästen genutzt wird. Die privaten Pools sind wirklich sehr schön, ebenso der Infinity Pool am Strand.

Das Saii Koh Samui ist ein kleines, feines Hotel (50 Villen) Wir hatten Villa 211, mit einem sehr großen Pool. Vom Main-Pool, vom Restaurant überall hat man einen traumhaften, energievollen Blick auf das Meer. Wirklich herrlich. Der Main-Pool hat 3 Stufen, welche ineinander übergehen. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform gehalten. Vielleicht könnte man eine größere Auswahl über ein Menue anbieten. Kaffee, Tee und tolle frische Säfte werden serviert. Das Hotel ist ein Diamant, ein kleines Reinigungsbad wäre sicher angebracht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad ist sehr groß. Wir kommen sicher wieder, weil wir uns extrem wohl gefühlt haben.
Die Zimmer liegen alle am Hang. Für Gehbehnderte könnte es schwierig sein.

Juste sublime la villa avec piscine. Nourriture délicieuse mais très chère ! Nous avons mangé deux fois car les prix sont excessifs .Mes enfants ont adoré la nourriture ! Cependant la mer est top et surtout vide. Nous avions l'impression d'avoir la mer à nous seul. Je recommande à 100 %.

Totale Herzens Empfehlung ! Wir waren 16 Tage im Resort ! Das Personal ist super freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch ! Das Essen ist sehr lecker ! Nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie avec mon fils malade. Nous avions 2 bungalow avec vue jardin. En Thailande les 2 années de covid ont laissé des traces en terme de non-maintenance des infrastructures si bien que nos clim etaient assourdissantes.
Le lendemain matin, la manager a tout de suite compris que nous étions épuisés de la nuiit et nous a proposé une villa avec piscine où la clim etait bcp plus récente et discrete. Cela a transformé notre séjour. Je ne la remercierai jamais assez pour son empathie et gentillesse, son aide pour trouver des médicaments...
Le petit dej est tres bon, le restaurant fut decevant en revanche. La plage est de rocher donc pas aussi idyllique qu'attendue. allez à Crystal Bay le paradis !!

Endroit magnifique un peu isolé.
Très bon accueil, nous avons eu pu avoir notre chambre avant 14h, très belle avec une petite piscine hyper sympa.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent (un des meilleur jamais gouté) que des produits de qualité, jus de fruits frais dans des petites bouteilles à volonté.
Ce que je retiens c’est la gentillesse du personnel notamment au restaurant, adorables!!!!!! Ils vous préparent ensuite le transat (avec deux serviettes hyper confortable) la piscine centrale et très jolie et agréable.
Jolie plage mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause du mauvais temps.
Il y a des navettes régulières gratuites pour vous emmener au centre de Chaweng (centre commercial) L’idéal est tout de même de louer une moto pour être plus libre (à l’hôtel ou juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel où se trouve également une laverie)
Je recommande cet hôtel magnifique!

Entorno idílico, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad. Habitación amplia, limpia, con vistas directas al mar, piscina privada con terraza y pequeño jardín. Instalaciones en buenas condiciones, limpia y bien cuidada.
Personal siempre atento, con un saludo y una sonrisa.
Playa íntima, con rocas y coral (cuidado al nadar!) sin aglomeraciones.
Piscinas de paraíso. La comida un lujo, buenísima y muy buena oferta.
No puedes ir andando al centro de Chaweng o a FishermanVillage pero a la salida del hotel hay un puesto con alquiler de motos, en el que no tienes que dejar pasaporte, y por 200B la alquilas un día (más barato que llamar a un taxi que por trayecto cobran 400-500B) pudiendo organizar un tour personalizado por la isla o simplemente ir a playas como la de Chaweng, Lamai o Coral

Fuimos al hotel por mucho menos tiempo del que hubiéramos querido. Sólo queríamos hacer una parada desde las otras islas para tomar un avión, pero creo que me hubiera quedado un par de días más para aprovecharlo bien!

1. Hotel: Recepción y Habitación: Llegamos en el transfer al hotel y nos recibieron rápidamente y tomaron nuestro equipaje. La recepción fue rápida y amable. Nos dieron te helado y las maravillosas toallas refrescantes que suelen dar en la zona, porque el calor era muy intenso. Caminamos a nuestra habitación con piscina privada y era muy linda. Eso si, las fotos que vi daban a entender que la piscina era más grande y la verdad era bien pequeña, pero no fue un problema. La habitación era espaciosa, grande, con distintas opciones de iluminación, y se preocuparon incluso de algunos detalles especiales.
Al menos en esta fecha (mayo) no tuvimos mucho problema con bichos, y tampoco apareció el zoológico entero adentro como comentaba una persona acá. Cuando uno salía de noche efectivamente se escuchan algunas ranas y pájaros, lo que me encantó. La cama muy cómoda, y el aire acondicionado perfecto.

2. Servicios: El hotel cuenta con unas piscinas preciosas con vista al mar y en una de ellas hay un bar. Debo decir que los precios del alcohol eran excesivos. El restorán mirando el mar era muy lindo. También podríamos decir que los precios del restorán eran algo elevados, pero no se comparaban con el exceso de precio en el trago.

Las mesas mirando el mar eran preciosas, pero es importante tener claro que es a la intemperie, por lo que obviamente hay bastante humedad y no habrá aire acondicionado, pero sentirse al lado del mar con esa vista es espectacular.

Un tema aparte fue la atención. Se preocupan de conocer a los clientes y saber el motivo por el que estás ahí. Fueron muy serviciales.

En cuanto al gym, es muy básico y le hacen falta más equipos. Era chistoso ver un folleto de cómo usar kettlebells si ni siquiera tenían ese tipo de pesas.

3. Piscinas: Lo comenté en el punto 2, pero de verdad que fue un agrado y da una vista maravillosa al mar. Se pueden sacar unas fotos increibles también y se puede disfrutar de una rica cerveza mirando el horizonte.

4. Restorán: También lo señalé previamente pero lo recalco: es importante señalar que el restorán está al aire libre, lo que implica calor y humedad, pero estar frente a la playa, vale la pena. El precio era muy elevado para la zona, y es bueno tenerlo presente. Las pizzas son realmente buenas. De hecho en la noche pedimos otras cosas para probar, y lamentamos no haber pedido pizza nuevamente. Los postres también muy ricos. Faltan en la carta un par de opciones más "saludables" y los precios de los vinos son exageradísimos.

5. Desayuno: El desayuno fue bastante bueno. Bien variado, se podían pedir algunas cosas a la cocina (la preparación de los huevos por ejemplo) y todo de bastante buena calidad.

6. Ubicación: El hotel queda algo alejado de zonas turísticas y la playa es muy linda pero poco útil (imposible entrar sin escarpines, pero el hotel te presta). Igual no es fácil caminar y si resbalas hay bastantes opciones de llevarse un raspón.
De todas maneras tienen un transporte a la playa típica que sirve para salir del hotel, pero como teníamos menos tiempo preferimos usar las instalaciones que son muy buenas.
Se puede hacer snorkel en la playa del hotel, y te facilitan algunas cosas.

7. Tipo de Viaje: Fuimos en viaje de pareja, por muy poco tiempo, y creo que fallamos. Es un lugar para ir a relajarse más días.

8. Época de Viaje y Clima: Este tema es mucho más relevante de lo que la gente piensa en un comienzo. La temperatura era muy alta. Esto implica salir del hotel y quedar mojado como si hubieras corrido una maratón. No es un problema pero es importante tener claro que vas a querer tirarte al agua cuantas veces puedas.

9. Otros datos:
- El cambio en tailandia es mejor si se lleva dólares de 100 o 50 US, y posteriores a 2012 creo. El cambio fuera del aeropuerto es mejor, así que cambien lo justo para llegar al hotel y algo más, y luego cambian en las calles turísticas, idealmente en bancos para que se ahorren cualquier estafa. Lleven su pasaporte para cambiar.
- No alcanzamos a probar los masajes, pero eran muy recomendados, así que intenten probarlos!

La verdad que fue el ultimo hotel de nuestra luna de miel. Asido una de las mejores experiencias de nuestro viaje. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación impresionante con su propia piscina. Nos dieron una botella de cava y una cesta de fruta de bienvenida.
El restaurante al lado de la playa genial
muy buena comida y muy elaborada.
Recomiendo el postre de la cúpula de chocolate.
La playa aunque con piedras me gusto mucho porque puedes hacer snorkel el hotel te facilita escarpines y equipo de snorkel, así cono un kayak.
Nos dimos un masaje en el hotel y nos gusto mucho lo recomiendo calidad-precio.
La vegetación y entorno es muy apropiado para relajarse. Te facilitan un transporte para ir a chaweng con horarios de salida y recogida.
Las excursiones en recepción eran bastante asequibles.
Lo recomiendo mucho para finalizar el viaje y descansar.

Un resort stupendo, luogo tranquillo e contrassegnato da estrema cortesia, ed una struttura ottima.
Iniziamo con il servizio, ottimo sempre disponibile e attento alla clientela ma mai invadente, in più occasioni e problemi.
una cucina thai buona e ben dosata forse più a misura di occidentale, menzione d'onore per il pizzaiuolo capace, le sue pizze erano molto vicine a quelle medie italiane.
La struttura, un po' distante dal centro, ottima ben curata, molte stanze avevano la piscina privata, grande optional, come la piccola palestra sempre aperta. Menzione a parte per il centro di massaggi... Un fiore all'occhiello della struttura con personale disponibile e molto competente, consiglio il massaggio classico thai di 90 min a 1500 thb.
La spiaggia piccola si presenta molto rocciosa (il resort fornisce gratuitamente le scarpette da scogli) ma tutto sommato praticabile per chi sa nuotare, gli ombrelloni e i lettini sono a disposizione dei clienti,(chi prima arriva meglio alloggia), anche 2 cajak sono sempre a disposizione.
La piscina, vicino alla spiaggia bellissima e sempre pulita.
I tavoli per i pasti sono sia sulla veranda che da alla spiaggia che vicino alla piscina bisogna solo accomodarsi ed ordinare.
In definitiva un ottimo resort per chi vuole lasciarsi crogiolare da relax ed una struttura accogliente, che offre molti punti forti (piscina privata).
Per chi cerca tranquillità ma con stille e coccolati...

Siamo stati nel settembre 2016!
Splendida struttura immersa nel verde, punto ristoro in spiaggia, colazione in spiaggia(bellissimo) piscine, bar in piscina, camere bellissime! Abbiamo usufruito del centro massaggi, consigliatissimo! Si mangia bene! Poco distante dal centro, Chaweng, raggiungibile con i Duk duk, dai 250/400 batt!
Ma da visitare tutta l’isola!
Guida italiana sempre presente e disponibile!

Era el último hotel de la Luna de Miel. Nada más llegar nos mejoraron la habitación contratada, la cual era impresionante, en primera línea de playa, con piscina y tumbonas privadas.

Puedes disfrutar de la estupenda cocina del restaurante en primera línea de playa

El servicio estupendo y muy atento.

El servicio de masajes lo recomiendo encarecidamente ya que no es muy caro y no te puedes ir de allí sin probarlo.

Si hay que buscarle un pero es que la playa no es una maravilla pero hay transporte gratuito por parte del hotel hasta la playa famosa. Además las excursiones que puedes contratar en recepción te llevan a ver la zona a precios más que razonables.

En definitiva este hotel supo dar la guinda a nuestra luna de miel.

L’outrigger resort è un trionfo di eccellenza. Dall’accoglienza, alle camere, la cucina, la zona piscina...tutto al top.
La camera è bellissima, con piscina privata, arredi molto curati e bagno incantevole. La colazione fantastica...con buffet ricco di frutta fresca, succhi buonissimi e tanti piatti a-la-carte...le uova alla benedict erano buonissime...anche la cena era molto suggestiva...con i tavoli praticamente sul mare...e i piatti tutti ottimi. Forse l’unica nota negativa è la spiaggia. Poco curata. L’accesso al mare impossibile a causa dei sassi....ma a Koh Samui non è difficile trovare una spiaggia 😄. Appena fuori l’hotel c’è un tizio che affitta motorini e offre servizio taxi a prezzi molto bassi. Lui è gentilissimo.
Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza e se dovessi tornare sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel.

resort molto curato, giardino con varietá di piante incredibile-molto armonioso, come anche la villetta. personale preparato e gentile. grazie in particolare al sign Oliver per la comprensione mostrata.
la posizione centrale ma nello stesso momento separato da altri resort.
una vista spettaccolare sulla piccola baia con reef abitato-per questo motivo un "attenzione" ad ogni uno che mette piede nel mare-vi trovate direttamente nel salotto si pesci ecc. abiate rispetto per la natura ;)
