Spectrum Services 💐 are very beautiful they are very clever and goos persons there are swimming pool,test full food🍲😋

Staff experience
Finantastic experience staff is very cooperative and kind and food is also good . Receptionist yashoda is very kind. And govinda is very cooperative . With security person you feel safe .and every service in resort is very good .house keeping is very fast .

Due notti da sogno

Very nice place
Meraviglioso hotel, nuovo di zecca. Pulitissimo e molto elegante. Dotato di ogni confort, dalla piscina, alla SPA al buon ristorante.
Due piccoli nei.
Stanza fredda (ma hanno provveduto con uno scaldato) e wi fi lentissimo.

Personale dell'hotel a dir poco invadente
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due notti durante il tour del Rajasthan.
Appena arrivati ci fanno salire in camera.
La chiave non funziona.
Aspettio che la cambino, entriamo nella stanza, scoprendo che il letto non era pulito. Macchia sulle lenzuola, diversi peli/capelli qua e là.
Ci cambiano la stanza.
Da quel momento è stato un pedinamento continuo per due giorni (a colazione, a cena..) chiedendo se tutto andava bene.
Ma non in modo gentile, piuttosto quasi aggressivo.
L'ultima sera veniamo fermati a fine cena e ci viene chiesto di lasciare una recensione dell'albergo.
La responsabile mi prende il telefono, apre TripAdvisor, seleziona feedback 5 stelle, e me lo restituisce aspettando che scrivessi. È stata lì finché non ho finito.
E si è anche innervosita perché l'operazione non andava a buon fine.
Problema dovuto semplicemente ad un wi-fi molto lento, a momenti inutilizzabile.
Questo atteggiamento mi ha a dir poco infastidito.
A che punto siamo arrivati? Estorsione di recensioni positive?
Per chiudere in bellezza la mattina della partenza siamo rimasti bloccati fuori dalla stanza. Ma non perché la chiave si era smagnetizzata (cosa comunque successa due volte in due giorni) ma perché la serratura non funzionava più.
Insomma hanno dovuto la porta tirando calci.
Insomma esperienza tutt'altro che positiva.
Peccato perché nel ristorante si mangia bene, e le camere comunque sono abbastanza confortevoli.

Accogliente ed ospitale. Hall immensa e lussuosa. Camere grandi e dotate di tutti i gift di circostanza. Bagno bello e pulito. Piscina, di forma innovativa, fruibile dagli ospiti. Ristorante con pietanze buone (cucina indiana) ed abbondanti. Wifi gratis nella hall. Tutto perfetto. Grazie

De très jolies chambres au calme
On entre dans cet hôtel par un magnifique hall aux grands escaliers. L'accès au chambre se fait par un ascenseur design avec Titanic comme musique d'ambiance… Les chambres et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et confortables. Très bonne literie. L'accès à la piscine et à la terrasse se fait par un long couloir pas très engageant. On ne sait pas si il est fini ou si il est en mauvais état. Le service du restaurant est moyen. Très compliqué pour se faire servir les boissons et pour l'encaissement. Néanmoins on y mange très bien et purement végétarien.

Extrem guter Service und Essen
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Ortes. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, nur das warme Wasser machte bei einigen regelmäßig Probleme, die die Techniker selbst abends nicht lösen konnten.
Das Hotel hat nur ein relativ kleines Restaurant, in dem es recht laut war. Man konnte aber auch nach draußen an den Pool gehen, zumindest um was zu trinken.Auch hier war das Essen "europäisiert", aber nach einem Gespräch mit einem Kellner, Yogesh Kantha, bat er darum, das wir Wünsche zum Essen äußerten. Tatsächlich bekamen wir am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück und zum Abendbuffet das gewünschte in hervorragender Qualität. Nochmal Danke an Yogesh Kantha dafür.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique lors de notre voyage organisé du Radajasthan ; le cadre est très beau, les infrastructures sont luxueuse, les chambres sont de grandes suites confortables et surtout, nous avons eu de la part de toute l'équipe, un accueil chaleureux et professionnel, toujours au service de nos demandes. Cet hôtel est très recommandable à condition d'accepter d'être à environ 15 km de la ville.

Tranquilidad absoluta
El hotel es agradable, hacia tiempo que no dormía tan bien,la cama es comodidad.La limpieza es buena, aunque parte del hotel estaba en obras.La atención es inmejorable.La única pega, es que está muy alejado de la ciudad.
