Great hotel for Venice trip.
Amazing location, right in the middle of Everything. The staff was great, food for breakfast was good, the servers could have paid more attention, but think they were short staffed, as everyone was busy.
Front desk was very helpful with every question. We loved the view from our room, as we had a canal view.
The rooftop bar had great views as well, cocktails expensive, but probably right for a Venice hotel. We liked the area, and felt safe walking in the area.

Best Staff Award! Amazing Location, Rooms, Food
A+ Experience! Highly recommend the junior suite for 3 people.
The entire staff made our wonderful stay even better by helping us plan a surprise birthday celebration. It was fun to work as a team behind the scenes to surprise my 22 yr old daughter who smiled from ear to ear and skipped down the hall when no one was looking. Mission accomplished !
Gorgeous rooms, clean, roomy, nice water pressure, bedding was silky soft, several pillows styles to choose from, great view in the junior suite. Very quiet. The AC was nice, no noise with the fan, and we chose our temp with the thermostat which was easy to understand and kept the room at our liking, around 69 Fahrenheit. Bottled water was provided each day which was nice.
There were several outlets we could use for our phones that didn’t require a converter.
The breakfast was so delicious! Freshly squeezed juice, amazing cappuccinos, wonderful meat selection with fluffy eggs, veggies, yummy yogurt, chocolate pastries and more. We looked forward to it every morning.
The hotel is in a great location and makes it easy to get to all the sites, cafés, and excellent restaurants. We came at the end of May and it was just warm, with a slight chill at night. We went to Restaurant La Caravella, Ai Mercanti and Hostaria Bacanera. All great. Our fav was Caravella.

Great location but rooms in need of an update
Very mixed feelings about this hotel . There are lots of fantastic things to recommend it:
-The location is right between St Mark's Square and Rialto, so you're never more than a few minutes from any of the main sights.
-The public parts of the hotel are beautiful - the breakfast room and roof terrace are lovely, as is the downstairs lounge overlooking the canal.
- The breakfast buffet has plenty of options, even including prosecco and fresh honeycomb.
- Efficient service - one morning our room was made up before we'd even finished breakfast, which we were impressed by.
- Nice clean bathrooms
However there were still some disappointing elements -
- The room itself (not the bathroom) felt tired and a bit grubby. Pale lilac mats on the floor next to the bed were visibly filthy. Marks on the floor. The room didn't feel 4 star at all. In need of refurbishment.
- We never got to use the roof terrace in the evenings (one of the main reasons for picking the hotel) as it was always shut early. Even at 9.30pm we found it was already locked up for the evening.

Super comfortable bed, great location, great service, amazing breakfast buffet
This is an excellent hotel with great service. It’s in a great location, very easy walking distance to the Rialto Bridge, St Mark’s Square, and lots of restaurants.
The bed and linens were extremely luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom was done in gorgeous marble. Everyone was very helpful.
The breakfast option was a treat since the buffet was amazing! Meats, cheeses, veggies, yogurt, fruit, croissants, danishes… the list goes on and on. With excellent cappuccinos or espresso, or whatever suites your fancy, plus the service is stellar. With that said, we got this option since our lodging was booked through a tour group. If you don’t require a fabulous buffet first thing in the morning, and you’re not booking with a tour group that includes it, you may prefer to skip the breakfast option because it’s pretty pricey and there are plenty of places to get coffee, a croissant, etc.
We splurged to stay in one of the Junior Suites with a View as the view was very important to me. It made me very happy a number of times on the first day, but after that I realized we’d have done better to save our money since their are similar (and better) views to be had all over Venice. If I was to stay again, unless the cost difference was very small, I would choose the regular Junior Suite.

Perfect location with everything you need from a hotel.
Lovely hotel. Really special touches in the rooms. Clean, comfortable beds and a massage shower. Kevin in the bar makes the best cocktails and offers incredible service.
