Relaxing
It was a great stay here, peaceful, quiet place and the Resort manager Alush made sure to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The responses and resolutions were instant from him for any small issues we had. The welcome was also very friendly to the resort. The poolside was also very clean and calming.

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Excellent place. Front office Manager Alush was very helpful and made stay very comfortable. The property is well maintained and clean.

Stay was excellent and resort is well maintained with clean and natural beauty . We are mention staff hospitality here . Beautiful location with Lake view breath taking view . ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
This place is an ABSOLUTE DUMP!! How they can call this a 5 star hotel is beyond me. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star!! Beyond filthy everywhere from the lobby and the bathrooms in the lobby, to the pool deck which is disgusting, and their hard deck chairs with no cushions. And then there are the rooms - we were in a suite - Sweet Nothing!! First off only one of our rooms was ready at check in time, the other wasn’t ready until 15:30 (an hour and a half late). When we finally got into the rooms… the bathrooms stank of sewage, the wifi wasn’t working, the a/c unit was controlling itself no matter what we did with the remote - nothing worked, we couldn’t even turn it off. The second a/c unit also did its own thing - it remained at 25 degrees when it was 37 degrees outside. This place is located onehat could be an absolutely beautiful property but it needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt in order to be able to call itself an 5 star hotel!! Until then, I would absolutely NOT recommend this place.
