kindly be informed that AJ hotel will start a project to change Sun Ray lobby bar we will start to do refurbish and uplifting for the lobby bar starting from 2/01/2025 till 25/01/2025.

The alternative for our guest will be the Disco will be setup as completing bar, and all the services are in place.

Lovely hotel, great staff
Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff. Lovely pools, although water freezing. Nice walks down pier area where lots of seating to sunbathe. My only comment here would be all the covers over the seating was fixed so a lot of the seats were in shade a lot of the day so not many areas where you could sunbathe all day. The pool bars were great, bar tenders coming round the pool area restocking your drinks, even able to remember your orders.
The rooms are a little dated, but for all the time you spend in them they were fine. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get any towel art left for us the whole week, even though we left tips daily for the housekeeper. One morning we had to ask for towels as only 1 towel had been left in bathroom.
The main restaurant was quite busy, if your not there for it opening at 7, then wait at least 45 mins for the first lot to leave, or you'll not get a table. Good selection of food, restocked frequently, but could do with more chips and plain food for fussy eatters.
The burger restaurant outside was amazing, the Italian was lovely but wasn't keen on the Asian, I found the food very spicy and small portions.
The entertainment didn't start until 9.30 each evening and lasted an hour. Plenty of activities to do round the pool and beach area during the day, the entertainment staff worked very hard.
The water park was always busy
Will hopefully be back next year

Relaxing getaway with friends!
This resort went beyond my expectations. The food was exceptional, with every meal bringing a unique flavour. The vibes were immaculate, relaxing and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything needed. Impeccable cleanliness added to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be returning for another amazing stay.

Sandy sunrise holiday💕
Room very cosy,bed are so comfortable. Mini bar include in all inclusive. Luxury Tv. All pools clean all the time.Slides were so fun. Kids club the best. Bars awesome. Food more than great especially Italian restaurant. I love their salad&pasta. Chef Essam the best. Animation was everywhere all the time. So much program. Highly recommend!

Beautiful holiday
The food was so tasty and a lot to choose from.
Everything was clean, they work hard every day outside, cleaning and working.
Bars were making food in afternoon (burgers, fries) and drinks were nice.
Everyday was a different show and always interesting. There were also shows for kids so nobody was bored.
The best experience was on the boat, swimming in the sea and we saw dolphins.
The staff was very pleasant, always helpful and it was fun with them. Personally i liked Maradona from the animations team or Memo. They always makes jokes and trying very hard to entertain you.

Brilliant holiday
The hotel is great and in a great location.
All the staff work very hard and very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of choice of food and the alacarts are lovely.
Entertainment was really good and plenty of activities to keep the family entertained through out the day.
Animation are a great bunch and very helpful, if you come across any issues they are always happy to help.
If I had one downfall it is the bathrooms that are outdated and well used although always clean the cleaner was brilliant every day.
We will defo return.

Séjour très agréable pour le repos et le bronzage. Dommage pas assez de personnel francophone
L'accueil parfait, le personnel serviable et toujours souriant, les chambres grande belle et une très bonne literie suffisamment de piscine pour pouvoir nager sans être bousculer par les autres clients. la restauration simple en quantité largement suffisante mais toujours pareil .Heureusement il y a des autres restaurant dans le club qui nous ont ravis.

Bien mais personnel a revoir
Une agréable découverte pour cette hôtel, a seulement 10 min en voiture de l'aéroport.
Positif : Un hall d'entrée agréable, des piscines en suffisance, une plage paradisiaque, un restaurant avec un vue magnifique, des plats bon et en suffisance avec du choix, plusieurs restaurants à la carte, des bar et snack un peu partout dans l'hôtel.
Pour les français, je vous recommande Arman a l'accueil il sera votre meilleur atout dans cette hôtel pour toute demande où réclamation.
Négatif : des cuisiniers, serveurs, homme d'entretiens, personnel de piscine tous drague +++ les femmes. En payant un pourboire au sauveteurs il réserve des transats un peu partout a votre place, au détriment des gens qui se lèvent a 7h du matin et qui n'ont plus de choix pour les transats.
Je déconseille le restaurant japonais, décevant en goût et en qualité.
Les spa est certes très bien, mais les massages ne sont pas exceptionnel, assez douloureux malgré que j'avais prévenu avec une hernie discale, et les prix sont identiques au nôtre en France 60€ les 50 mins.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Essen ist sehr gut. WLAN bis zum Strand sehr gut. Omar von den Lifeguides ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sehr tolles hotel
Anlage super, essen super, Animation super, Personal mega, besonders Staryo, Barkeeper Mohammed, Masseurin Haneen, große Zimmer, allerdings müsste mal bisschen renoviert werden.

Alles in allem ein perfekter Familienurlaub
Hotel an sich sehr schön. Zimmer sind etwas herunter gekommen, aber sauber und alles funktionsfähig. Anlage ist sehr schön gewesen. Durch die vielen Pools haben sich die Gäste gut aufgeteilt. Kinderpool war immer gut besucht, aber nie überfüllt.
Speisesaal ist sehr hellhörig, also war es während den Mahlzeiten ziemlich laut.

Personal war in allen Bereichen super. Alle stets freundlich und bemüht. Viele Rettungsschwimmer an den Pools vorhanden. Beim Essen wurden Teller und Co zügig weg geräumt. Wenn man wollte, hat man die Getränke serviert bekommen. Concierge war sehr auf Zack und hat das Gepäck pünktlich geholt. Alles in allem wurde einem (sofern man wollte) alles abgenommen und hinterher getragen.
Animation und Angebote für die Kinder war genügend vorhanden.
Personal vom Schönheitssalon oder Spa kamen teilweise an die Liegen um Angebote zu machen, haben einen aber schnell in Ruhe gelassen, wenn man gesagt hat, dass man kein Interesse hat.

Essen war spitze. Täglich gleich bleibende, sowie auch wechselnde Gerichte. Gab eigentlich nichts, was nicht geschmeckt hat. Wurde alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt, sofern etwas leer war. Viele Gerichte wurden hinter dem Buffettresen frisch zubereitet (Brötchen, Pizza, Fleisch, Fisch, Omelett, Pasta etc).
Alles, vor allem das Nachtischbuffet, war immer sehr gut angerichtet.

Todo súper bien!
Nos gustó mucho estar aquí, todo súper bien, lo mejor de lo mejor los animadores, ellos hacen la magia en este lugar. La disco para niños es súper, el schow de la noche,
Solo no esperes cocteles buenos, les falta un poco en coctelería y único que no me gustó es que en el área de snacks usan solo desechables de unicel, no podía imaginar todo ese unicel por día.
También servicio al cuarto de 10😉

Wir lieben dieses Hotel so sehr! Wir kamen nur zu zweit und es war eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung, die Zimmer wurden immer gut gereinigt, das Essen war wirklich gut. Cocktails waren brillant, der Alkohol war immer die perfekte Menge, Simon von der Bar war der Beste, hatte immer unsere Getränke perfekt und war so nett zu allen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel wirklich, jeder arbeitet so hart!

Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt.trotzdem gute Lage.wenn in Nebensaison guter Preise ist .
Älteres Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.gutes Essen.kommt auf den jeweiligen Preis an gegenüber anderen Hotels.für eine Woche kann man es empfehlen in der Nebensaison wenn nicht so voll.da eher es zu den kleineren Hotels gehört.gutes Personal sehr nett

Vacanza perfetta
Ho trascorso 5 giorni davvero fantastici qui con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La struttura pulita e profumata, cibo buono e vario e bevande a qualsiasi ora. Animazione top in particolare Manchester 🔝. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Bella vacanza!!!
Il resort ha tutti i comfort e le stanze sono molto pulite. Lo staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. L animazione molto coinvolgente e simpatica sopratutto l animatore di nome manchester. Il resort ha molte piscine, scivoli e tanto divertimento !!! Lo consiglio un saluto a tutti 😘

Bellissimo resort
Ho passato una settimana in questo splendido resort ! Tutti servizi al top dal cibo ( una vasta scelta ), all’animazione ( sempre sorridenti e cordiali ) , alla pulizia !

Ottimo per un capodanno fuori dal comune
Da consigliare se cerchi una vacanza all insegna del divertimento e del relax, posizione ottima, a 10 minuti di taxi dall' aereoporto e 15 dal centro città, è fantastico!
Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno 2023 qui ed è stato fantastico. Sia la camera che le strutture dell'hotel (parco acquatico, piscine, spiaggia, ecc.) erano incredibilmente stupende. Inoltre, tutto lo staff dell'hotel ha lavorato instancabilmente per mantenere un servizio di alta qualità 24 ore su 24.
Congratulazioni alla direzione dell'hotel, hanno messo insieme uno staff meraviglioso che aiuta tutte le persone a godersi appieno la propria vacanza e a soggiornare qui.
Il posto migliore in cui sia mai stato. I servizi e la posizione sono incredibili, con i tur organizzati puoi visitare Luxsor con la sua storia e i suoi templi. . Il cibo era squisito e l'attenzione ai dettagli era impressionante in ogni modo. Altamente raccomandato

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, comida variada agradable, la señal de Wi Fi como los datos no son buenos en Hurghada al menos en la zona del hotel, la calidad de los licores utilizados no son los mejores pero igual nos encantó.

cosas a mejorar, pero en general las instalaciones bien
a mejorar la actitud poco profesional del personal con las mujeres, muy poco respetuosa (te miran como si te quisieran violar), así como los que estando en la piscina te vienen a molestar para venderte actividades pero por lo demás, el sitio y las instalaciones son espectaculares.
