My stay at Xperience Sea Breeze Resort was truly exceptional, and one of the key highlights was the outstanding service provided by Ako, who made the entire experience unforgettable!
However, what really made my stay stand out was the incredible service from Ako and the rest of the staff. Ako went out of their way to ensure that every detail was taken care of, from recommending activities tailored to my preferences to making sure I was always comfortable and well looked after. The level of professionalism and friendliness they showed was truly impressive.
I highly recommend this Resort, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ako as part of your experience. They truly elevated the entire stay with their warmth and dedication. I can’t wait to come back!

Rapport qualité/prix de l hôtel parfait!
Magdy à la réception est très à l écoute et très professionnel afin de satisfaire les clients.
Le personnel du restaurant est très serviable également.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues, wifi ok partout.
Prévoir kit PMT afin de profiter pleinement du snorkeling directement au ponton de l hôtel, une multitude de poissons sont au rdv !
Les prestations du Health club sont parfaites, merci à Amal en particulier!
À savoir: l hôtel est très en profondeur et pentu entre la réception et la mer, prévoir de faire de la marche sportive, sans compter le nombre de marches 🙂

Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questo resort. Non è molto grande ma c'è una bella atmosfera. Il resort si sviluppa in lunghezza quindi tra il ristorante che si trova nella hall e il mare c'è parecchia strada da fare ma c'è il servizio navetta molto efficiente. Il personale reception molto gentile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema peccato solo che non c'è nessuno che parli italiano. Il letto è molto comodo cosa non di poca importanza perché in altri resort è stato un incubo dormire su letti scomodi, si potrebbe prestare un po più di attenzione alla pulizia della camera che all'arrivo ho trovato il bagno non proprio pulito e con residui degli ospiti precedenti. I ragazzi delle pulizie comunque molto carini e gentili. Il cibo è di buona qualità anche se non molto vario si mangia bene nel complesso. Molto ben organizzata il buffet e il capo sala molto attento ai commensali. Ottima la posizione con diversi negozietti e a due passi dai principali punti di interesse. Lo staff diving e lifeguard sono il top. Sono simpaticissimi e divertenti. Poi c'è Armando con cui abbiamo potuto parlare in italiano e lui è mitico. Si potrebbe migliorare molto il servizio in spiaggia non si dovrebbe permettere agli ospiti di occupare per tutto il periodo della permanenza i lettini. Il personale dovrebbe togliere gli ascuigamani lasciati sui lettini ciò permetterebbe a chi si sveglia presto di poter godere di un lettino fronte spiaggia o piscina trovati perennemente occupati dalle stesse persone. Lo staff diving è veramente eccezionale ci hanno fatto trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L’unica cosa da segnalare è il mal comportamento del responsabile degli asciugamani mamhoud che per soldi distribuisce asciugami sui lettini la mattina all’alba e quando alle 7 arriviamo in spiaggia tutti i migliori posti sono stati già occupati da lui dietro compenso. Lo trovo vergognoso e ingiusto per chi la mattina si alza presto !

Hôte et hôtel très bien entretenu. Très bonne emplacement avec ses différentes piscines où il organise des activités pour adultes et enfants on ne s’ennuie pas et il y’a un accès direct à la plage privée de l’hôtel où la vous allez pouvoir profiter du mer incroyablement transparente, chaude et nager au milieu de toute sorte de poissons et voir de splendide coraux ( prévoir des masque et tube de plongée pour vraiment bien profiter sous l’eau).
Vous pourrez profiter du restaurant de l’hôtel ou le personnel et souriant et à vôtre service avec des plats différent et un clin d’œil au grand manager Saïd qui est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme incroyable il va nous manquer car nous avons créé une amitié forte alors mille merci à lui et à toutes son équipe.
Et on leur dis a l’année prochaine !!!

Hôtel service très bien les chambre très propre. Service de restauration très très bonne sur tout présentation plus de 5etoile sur tout les activités très cool avec animateur panno je donne pour lui 5***** service de soir animation top Alor le vacances prochain la même distinction

Très déçus par cet hôtel. Nous y sommes actuellement jusqu'au 4 juillet. Très mal insonorisé, beaucoup de bruit, réveillés toutes les nuits à 2h30 du matin par des cris d'enfants et d'adultes.
Nous avons pris l'option chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, très agréable environnement. Nous pensions que la piscine était partagée avec les chambres voisines, mais elle est accessible à tout le monde... résultat... aucune tranquillité ! Des enfants qui sautent qui crient...hier un enfant tout nu dans la piscine, que sa mère à nettoyé les fesses dans l'eau, et s'est elle même gratté les ongles pour les nettoyer car sûrement plein de caca... et tout ça dans la piscine !!!
Avons prévenu la réception, la direction...au bout de 4 jours et pleins de réclamations, nous avons pu bien nous expliquer... on nous informe que la clientèle arabe doit partir demain et qu'après ça sera tranquille...
Nous avons demandé à voyage privé de nous changer d'hôtel... ou de nous rappatrier en France... attendons la réponse.
Restaurant pas terrible... bruit infernal pendant que vous mangez des chariots métalliques qui passent pour desservir ou remettre les couverts...
Toujours les mêmes crudités, pâtisseries hyper chimiques, et plats pas terribles.
Personnel par contre très sympathique.
Centre de plongée padi très professionnel.
7 ème fois que je viens en Égypte 1ère fois à sharmel sheik... quelle déception !!!

Realmente he disfrutado de mi experiencia acá! El hotel es bastante pequeño, hay muchas actividades. Buceo, dardos, juegos en la piscina, shows por las tardes. A veces es ruidoso, pero en general es tranquilo. Los empleados son siempre amables y con ganas de ayudar, a la vez habían ocasiones cuando ellos estaban hablando re alto después de las 12 de la noche. La cocina está buenísima, recomiendo el arroz, está guay!

Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel in 2 Jahren gewesen.
Eine Riesen große Hotelanlage mit mehreren Restaurants , Poolbar , Ausblicken vom Zimmer über das Meer !

Das Buffet war zu jederzeit reichlich gefüllt , das Personal sehr höflich - zuvorkommend und dennoch nicht aufdringlich.
Ebenso hat das Team an der Rezeption in jeder Hinsicht ihr bestes getan um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten !

Leider gibt es zwei Mankos - die man als allein verreisendes Paar oder Freunde in kleinem Kreis sehr beachten und überdenken sollte :
Die Animation hat ihren Job dort wirklich verfehlt . Enttäuschung ist dabei kein Ausdruck .
Man hatte förmlich als Gast das Gefühl, der Gast müsste die Animation animieren und anflehen ihre Aktivitäten durchzuführen !
Somit waren wir jeden Abend über zwei volle Wochen früh in unserem Zimmer - da Programm dafür kein Wort ist !

Ebenso wird mit einem Sandstrand auf den Fotos geworben - keiner informiert den Gast aber - das der Strand nur mit einem Shuttel Bus ca 20 min entfernt liegt !

Achja : Adults only WAR mal ! Und eine Entschädigung dafür , dass es nach wie vor als dieses Hotel dennoch mit Kindern gibt - gibt es nicht .

Leider ist das Hotel tum letzten jahr deutlich schlechter geworden. Überall Baustellen, offene Elektrikkabel, dreck, Lärm seit morgens an.
Das hotel gibt auf den Seiten Ü16 an, was nicht der Fall ist. ABSOLUTES NO GO.
Das animations Team war ausgelaugt, hatte kein Interesse, die Bars dreckig.
Es ist ausbaufähig aber definitiv muss da was gemacht werden.
Strandtoiletten waren seit Tagen ungesäubert, ohne Papier / Tücher
Wlan NICHT wie angegeben kostenlos.
Trotz Ankunft in der Nacht, check out 12 Stunden vor Abflug. (Verlängerung fur einige Stunden gegen $70 Gebühr)
Kommen nicht wieder.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Xperience Sea Breeze. Das Essen war lecker, es gab eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, allerdings könnte die Auswahl größer sein. Die Themen der Gerichte wechseln täglich,es gibt für jeden etwas von Fischfood bis zu gegrilltem Essen. Die Zimmer sind gut, Sauberkeit ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Personal von Reinigungsfachkräften, zu Kellnern, zu Animationsleuten und Köchen ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption helfen bei jeder Frage und jedem Problem. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Meer an dem man schnorcheln kann und wunderschöne Fische sehen kann. Wenn man an einen Sandstrand schwimmen möchte hat man die Möglichkeit vom Hotel aus mit dem Bus dorthin zu fahren. Außerdem kann man täglich mit dem Bus zu verschiedenen Orten fahren, was auch inklusive ist. Es gibt verschiedene Pools. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir danken dem Xperience Sea Breeze und den Mitarbeitern für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. Wir waren als junges Paar das erste mal für 10 Tage in Ägypten und dafür war dieses Hote super geeignet. Strand, Essen, Hotelanlage sowie Shows und Animateure haben immer für viel Abwechslung im Urlaub gesorgt.

Pasamos dos semanas en el hotel muy agradables. Todo el personales es muy amable y los chicos de entretenimiento hacen que los días sean más amenos, incluso llegando a participar ellos en las actividades o poner su maximo empeño para que estas se desarrollen. Muy recomendado tanto para ir con niños pequeños, como mayores o en grupos de amigos.

He estado alojado en este resort y esta muy bien. Ubicación, Desayuno, Embarcadero con corales en el mismo hotel y mucha vida marina. Las distintas piscinas y zonas de descanso son muy bonitas y apacibles. Pero tienen cositas a mejorar, el wifi de pago y pagar un dineral en comparación con lo que pagas por la noche por unas horas mas en el hotel antes de volar si tu vuelo sale mas tarde de la mañana me parecen un exceso de precios

Somos una familia de españa,Vicente,Maria y Pablo,que hemos estado una semana en este hotel. Es un lugar maravilloso. Felicitar a toda la direccion ,al personal de la cocina,la presentacion de la comida espectacular,sobresaliente,la comida está muy buena,postres espectaculares,los señores camareros muy atentos y rápidos,y pendientes de todo, personal de recepción muy amable,asi como el personal que atiende las piscinas muy serviciales y muy buenas personas.El lugar para bucear IMPRESIONANTE. Personal lobby bar muy pendiente de todo tanto con las consumiciones,como con la toallas. Todos maravillosos. Unicamente mejorar el servicio de animación, y personal de nemo muy agobiantes a la hora de pedir dinero.
