Super hotel, die Cocktails sind super und dort gibt es eine große auswahl an essen so das jeder etwas findet . Der service ist super und das animationsteam sorgt für eine gute stimmung .Dort gibt es auch viele aktivitäten und es finden viele shows, partys und Festivals statt. Dort wird einem nie langweilig . Großes lob an das animations team!

Gorgeous hotel
Everyone at the hotel are super friendly. They can't do enough for you. Special mention to Mustafa and the rest of the team at the Nasaya restaurant for the outstanding customer service, beautiful food. You won't be disappointed if you book this hotel for your break.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, after travelling for more than 5 hours and confirming room status and air conditioning is fine before travelling, we surprised that there's no air conditioning working for the past 2-3 days and still under maintenance for the following couple of days, i addition we booked a front sea view room, and it was partial sea view not front one as per photos
After that, we struggled for 3 days to refund our money, and we had not checked in and started searching for another hotel with double the price, and we lost the whole day

Very nice holiday
The room was lovely, but noisy from the roof. I was on 7th floor the banging from the roof kept me awake every night. Food was repetitive with seafood served 3 nights in one week. Beautiful gardens and clean beach. The staff are what make this hotel, they can’t do enough for you. The animation team was excellent and made everyone feel welcome and made you smile. Victor was great fun and always happy. Was nice to see a few familiar faces as well. Snack bar is very nice too and plenty to do through out the day with the animation team or just relax.

Gelungenes All inkl.
Es ist ein sehr Ordentliches Hotel mit gutem Zimmerservice und Tollem Animationsprogramm.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal bei allen Problemen.
Gute Drinks und leckere Bars.
Große Auswahl beim Buffet.
Schnorcheln vor dem Hotel geht gut und es werden viele Ausflüge angeboten.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet - immer sauber gehalten und die Betten sehr bequem.

Die Mitarbeiter sprechen teilweise Deutsch, Englisch und Arabisch. An die Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich - motivieren Sie alle Aktivitäten wie Volleyball, Pocca, Darts und Co. Es gibt rote Fahnen, wenn Sie nicht von Strandverkäufern angesprochen werden möchten.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen. Man muss sich an das Essen gewöhnen, aber es ist gut, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Danke für den tollen Urlaub, wir werden wiederkommen ☺️

Bellissima vacanza in Egitto

Esperienza Fantastica

tutto magnifico lo staff è super cordiale gentile , struttura super pulita accogliente e cambiano sempre le lenzuola al nostro arrivo in stanza il cibo nella struttura era ottimo avevano un ottima animazione dove potevi svagarti durante la giornata

Bonne expérience
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sunrise holiday.
C est une bonne base pour les excursions.
La nourriture est bonne et l équipe d animation est dynamique.
Notre chambre était propre mais la salle d eau aurait besoin d être rafraîchie.
Seul bémol sont les commerciaux insistants qui veulent vous vendre le spa ou une coupe de cheveux (alors que je me les suis coupé avant de partir).

super vacances
j'ai passé 15 jours dans cet hôtel.Tout le monde est très sympa et arrangeant. J'ai eu une chambre au rez de chaussé qui ne me convenait pas car étant seule je préférai être plus haut. J'en ai eu une autre sans difficulté. Comme j'ai pu le lire effectivement le transit est différent dans un autre pays. C'est normale. Le buffet est copieux et bon. Choix varié pour tout les gouts.Il y a même une personne qui fait des pizzas.Je ne connaissais pas le principe du adult only mais c'est agréable de ne pas supporter les enfants des autres ;). Les spectacles sont magnifiques et tout le personnel serviable. Il faut avoir des notions d'anglais mais certain parle français. J'ai toujours eu une chaise longue sans difficulté et on peut regarder les fonds marin juste devant l’hôtel . J'ai rencontré un groupe de femme formidable qui m'ont accueillit parmi elles. J'ai passée de très bonne vacances au Sunrise.

Excellent séjour !
Cet hôtel est juste incroyable avec une plage privé pour les amateurs de snorkeling, le personnel est très à l’écoute, et le spa bien sûr pour les amoureux de massages et moment détente/bien être est tout simplement magique, de nombreuses prestations sont proposées et avec les différentes masseuses très pro a chacune leur technique, des dizaines de prestations différentes toutes plus épatantes, relaxante, reposantes, …. J’adore!
Beaucoup d’activités son proposée dans l’hôtel ainsi qu’à l’extérieur il vous suffit de vous présenter à la réception et ils vous feront les réservations de A à Z jusqu’au panier repas si vous passez la journée dehors.

Un merveilleux séjour dans un complexe agréable, avec un personnel chaleureux
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. C'était vraiment formidable ! Nous avons adoré les excursions en bateau et faire du snorkeling.
Mais surtout, nous avons été impressionnés par l'animatrice Kanté. C'est une femme exceptionnelle avec un sourire incroyable ! Elle répondait à tous nos besoins avec gentillesse et efficacité. Ses animations et sa présence ont vraiment illuminé notre séjour à l'hôtel Sunrise. 🌞❤️🌹🌸

Muy bien
Fue todo muy bien comida, animación y las bebidas alcolicas estaban incluidas, buen servicio de habitaciones y muy buena atencion, gimnasio pequeño pero bastante completo, los cocteles bien elaborados.

Agresión física dentro del Resort.
Pésima resolución de la gerencia. Una “huésped” señora muy mayor de Nacionalidad Inglesa, agredió físicamente a mi amiga pegándole sin ninguna razón. Todo grabado en sus cámaras de seguridad. Siempre concurre al Resort y provoca problemas (nos lo dijo la policía )
Llamamos a la Policía para hacer una denuncia por agresiones físicas. El hotel no resolvió nada, no expulsaron a la señora y la dejaron seguir hospedad allí, llegamos a la conclusión que las agresiones físicas son aceptadas, ya que si no intervenía la policía, nadie hacía nada.
Una persona muy amable del hotel intento ayudarnos pero no nos dieron ninguna solución.
Pagamos unas vacaciones y una experiencia que tenía que ser grata y se convirtió en una muy mala experiencia.
Si se van a hospedar y gastar dinero en este Resort, hay que pensarlo bien, ya que está señora concurre siempre, y genera conflictos con las mujeres jóvenes.

Muy básico
El hotel no tiene nada que ver con un 5* en España. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Nos tocó la peor habitación del hotel, por la parte de atrás del todo y dando a un patio.
La comida muy muy básica. Lo mejor de todo una chica de atención al cliente que se llama Iuliana, es rumana y habla español perfectamente. También otra chica de animación rusa que se llama Elena, son encantadoras las dos.
