Outstanding!!
Outstanding customer service, lovely, well maintained rooms, great pool area, wonderful meals. Couldn’t have been happier!!! Would highly recommend for location and comfort! Friends have tried many other quality hotels and they found the Inbal the best.

Inbal is the best yet again - travel to Israel!!!
The most comfortable stay in Jerusalem. We came for 10 nights with our family of 7 and had the most delightful stay. Our kids loved the environment, the deluxe adjoining rooms fit us perfectly and the pool was amazing. We also hosted 30 people for Shabbat and Checker and Mohammed made our Bat Mitzvah weekend perfect. We had a beautiful private room Friday night and enjoyed their Shabbat buffet Saturday (the best buffet in Jerusalem). The staff made sure we had the best possible bat mitzvah weekend - we can’t thank osama, Mohammed and their great staff enough. They made our trip so special. We can’t wait to return for our sons bar mitzvah in three years!

A wonderul hotel in the heart of Jerusalem
A wonderful hotel. Definitely 5 plus plus.
Friendly, cooperatuive staff. Delicious food. Attention to detail. Terrific location: Within walking distance of the Old City of Jerusalem and the Western Wall.
I highly recommend the Inbal. This is our hotel in Jerusalem, and we look forward to our next stay there.

The Inbal- Paradise in Jerusalem!
We began our stay at the Inbal by arriving early. We were exhausted by the long plane tide. Immediately Mishleen at the front desk warmly and enthusiastically welcomed us. She had someone take our luggage and made us feel at home! Wow the customer service here is fabulous and fantastic rolled into one! Mishleen arranged a lovely room for us with a beautiful terrace! We are able to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings as well as our modern, wonderful room! In addition we were welcomed with a beautiful three tier cake plate with snacks that were yummy! Thank you Mishleen and each person on the Inbal staff! The bathroom is stunning and clean with an updated shower and a bathtub!
The food is scrumptious and delicious! There are many choices for breakfast including varieties of fish, salads, breads, eggs, pizzas and even sugar free muffins, parfaits and cake! Where have we been up until now? Inbal is a dream come true for anyone and everyone! Their customer service is A+++++! In the late afternoon someone on their staff knocks on the door asking if we need an extra towel or any supplies. Every staff member goes above and beyond offering to give us extra help with a smile! We just had the pleasure of meeting Mahmoud the manager! He is amazing and very friendly! Thank you Mahmoud for making me feel like a special individual who matters to Inbal!
I can now understand why Inbal is an extraordinary and impressive hotel! Oh, by the way there restaurants are spectacular and grand. FYI we already plan on returning!

Our third consecutive stay over the past three years.
Our third consecutive visit over past three years. Outstanding service. Friendly helpful staff. Sumptuous breakfasts. Clean recently renovated rooms. Well deserved five star grading. Excellent location close to major tourist and religious sites including the Old City.
