Week in paradise
Great stuff, fun activities, beautiful day at pool, Boris is a great guy, always joking around, my personal experience was really great, i had so much fun, everyday was chill, Al the people here are very kind and very helpful for every situation. I know for sure that I’ll be back. THIS IS THE PLACE! Kenia and Miriam are very nice and they are the girl who lead every activity.

Fun time!
-The pool and beach facilities were excellent. The entertainment team, including Borris, Myriam, Katrina, and Edgar, provided exceptional service and organized enjoyable activities in the pool and captivating shows in the evenings. Thank you guys u r the best!
The restaurant, housekeeping, and bar staff were consistently friendly and efficient in their service.
The guest rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered a pleasant view of the ocean from the balcony.
The hotel's location is highly convenient, within walking distance of the city center.
One area for improvement lies in the cleanliness of the hot tubs. Additionally, the sales staff responsible for promoting tours, memberships, and spa services exhibited excessive persistence in their sales efforts, they would follow u around the resort which may be perceived as intrusive by guests.
The restaurant, housekeeping, and bar staff were consistently friendly and efficient in their service.
The guest rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered a pleasant view of the ocean from the balcony.
The hotel's location is highly convenient, within walking distance of the city center.

It was awesome!
The service was great and all the staff was very friendly and all the rooms were clean and well kept. This is my first inclusive resort and it definitely didn't disappoint so I will be recommending it to my family and friends in the future. I also really like the pool and easy access to the beach!

Poorly run
Went there for an event. It was pouring rain. The security keeps saying parking lot is full. However, cars are leaving the parking lot but security keeps saying the lot is full. Had to go outside property to find private parking and due to the heavy rain, I had take a taxi to property. When I confronted manager on duty, he went out and said there are many parking spaces available to park. Get the act straight. Many choices to choose from and will gladly skip this resort. How can this property be managed correctly if they can't even figure out the parking situation?
