Increíble Hotel
Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra experiencia, en la recepción fueron muy amables desde que llegamos, el equipo de cocina y servicio es increíble. Las habitaciones nos gustaron mucho , son cómodas , tienen espacio y mí esposo se enamoró de una de sus gorrras que a la próxima nos llevamos. Gracias por todo!

Hôtel sympathique avec un personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre sympathique avec un petit manque d’espace pour pouvoir se déplacer convenablement. Balcon sympathique avec jacuzzi mais dommage que celui-ci donne sur un mur et non sur une vue. Petit déjeuné sans énormément de choix malheureusement mais très bon. Dommage que l’on ne soit pas prévenu lors des soirées privées aux rooftop. On a malheureusement pas plus tester le bar !

Cool hotel in a great location

Cute and nice stay
The check in process was simple and Blue at the front desk was very nice. My friends and I enjoyed the place very much and would recommend to future travelers. Everything was very cute and the neighborhood was nice. The rooftop was nice and had a great view. Lovely stay!

Amazing hotel!
Amazing front desk staff, very friendly, they helped us with breakfast since we were leaving early for a tour. Hotel looks great, lots of plants and decorated well. Rooms are very nice and clean. Location is good, close to nice restaurants and bars, walking distance to el pablado park.

Fantastic!!
Great service!! Such a vibe and the guacamole was so yummy would 100% recommend for any kind of group🙌🏽🙌🏽I went with my friends and enjoyed their 2 for 1 mojito special and they were perfect!!! The rooftop was so cute and great for pictures🤩

Great rooftop bar
The vibe and music were so good the rooftop has great views of the city I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Medellin also the drinks and food were affordable and yummy. We got the guac and chips between 3 people and the portions were pretty good

Le personnel est très serviable souriant et gentil. L’hôtel est simple et moderne, propre et proche du centre del Poblado. Le seul hic ce sont les isolations entre les chambres et les plafonds qui sont en tole métallique et du coup on entend tout. Ensuite il y a aussi l’éducation des gens car la zone étant populaire ils rentrent éméchés et s’en foutent de ceux qui sont au lit.

Truffatori e disonesti! Professionalità zero
Terribile esperienza. Professionalità e umiltà sotto lo zero. Allarme suonato di notte. Truffati anche sulla lavanderia, mi hanno restituito vestiti rovinati!!!
1. Siamo state 2 notti. La prima notte è suonato l'allarme antiincendio in piena notte; tutte le persone - anche le più anziane - di tutte le camere si sono precipitate sotto, nessuno ci ha dato una spiegazione, nessuno spegneva questo allarme, niente. Il giorno dopo la ragazza della reception ci ha spiegato che hanno lasciato fare una bella festa ad un gruppo, hanno scoppiato qualcosa dentro l'hotel per divertimento, e lei non sapeva come spegnere l'allarme, rideva! Nemmeno una scusa al riguardo. La gente era arrabbiata nera.
2. Abbiamo dato loro dei vestiti da lavare in lavanderia, che ci hanno fatto pagare profumatamente rispetto ai prezzi medi. Dopodiché, ce li hanno consegnati dopo l'orario previsto, nonostante ci fossimo accertate che l'orario di consegna fosse al max le 9 AM del giorno dopo, per non perdere il volo (o i vestiti!). Oltre tutto ciò, ci hanno consegnato i vestiti rovinati. I miei leggings Adidas sono stati rovinati, hanno stirato il logo che mi hanno ridato completamente rovinato come da foto. Quando glielo abbiamo detto, hanno pensato bene di negare tutto con scuse pretestuose e non ci hanno rimborsate.
Veramente un posto da evitare!!

ACHTUNG! VIEL ZU LAUT! Man kann dort erst ab 3 Uhr morgens schlafen…
Wenn man sich NICHT erholen und NICHT schlafen möchte, ist es das richtige „Hotel“…
Es ist bis 3 Uhr morgens mega laut, das Hotel riecht nach der Küche aus dem Erdgeschoss…
Die Rooftop Bar ist cool, aber die kann man auch so besuchen. Dafür muss man nicht dort übernachten, was aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht zu empfehlen ist…

Hôtel parfait très propre les chambres
sont spacieuses bien équipé sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux et qu'il faut le demander à la réception ,bien situé a deux pas de provenzana très sympathique ainsi que le personnels je recommande vivement .

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione ad El Poblado vicino a bar , ristoranti, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana.
L'hotel ha un bellissimo bar sul tetto.
Camere grandi, pulite, moderne dal design industriale architettonico e dotate di ogni confort.
Colazione eccellente, non a buffet, ma abbondante e di qualità.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Wifi gratuito e ben funzionante in tutta la struttura.
È disponibile a pagamento il servizio transfer da e per aeroporto.

Super Cooles Hotel mit einigen Schwächen
Das Somos Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig...
Die Einrichtung , die Lage nahe Bars und Restaurants war wirklich klasse..Und die Aussicht von der Rooftop Bar ist Woooow !!
Leider kann das Personal und das Frühstück was die Klasse betrifft , nicht mithalten..
Die wenigsten Angestellten sprechen wirklich gut Englisch ( Ausnahme an der Rezeption ) und sind meist sehr laut beim Reden untereinander..
Frühstück war lecker - aber immer gleich.

L’hôtel est beau et tout confort. Employés sympathiques.

Dans la zone la plus connue, sécurisée et prisée de la ville.

Après il faut savoir que c’est aussi la zone de la fête donc si aimez pas la musique très forte jusque 3h du matin et que vous avez le sommeil léger, logez dans un autre quartier tout simplement car le bruit vous l’aurez dans tous les établissements de Poblado.

Celui-ci ne fait pas exception, isolation inexistante avec les discothèques derrière mais vous entendrez aussi les gens parler et marcher des chambres à coté et au-dessus.

Somos a aussi un bar au dernier étage ouvert à tout le monde.

Ils organisent le passage d’une infirmière dans votre chambre pour le test Covid.
