Excellent place to stay
Perfect location and a great service. Very nice hotel and very professional team. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was upto the mark. rooftop and tarrece were reaaly nice as well as the rooftop pool. Excellent place to stay in Madrid.

EXPERIENCIA MARAVILLOSA Y PERSONAL ENCANTADOR
Nuestra estancia en el UMusic hotel ha sido espectacular, es un hotel maravilloso, moderno y muy innovador , en el cual en cada planta y en cada rincón del hotel se reflejan detalles de musica que hacen que tu estancia sea única y fabulosa aún más , tiene una ubicación estupenda , así como un rooftop con unas maravillosas vistas tanto de día como de noche ,la comida espectacular así como el desayuno con música en vivo . Y principalmente cuentan con un personal de 10 que hacen que tu estancia sea maravillosa , siempre pendientes de ti , en especial Edu , por su gran atención , que en todo momento siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y siempre muy amable , resolviéndonos cualquier duda y haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde nuestra entrada hasta nuestra salida del hotel , así como Almudena también , por su gran atención, amabilidad y espectacular trato ,contándonos detalles del hotel y José , el cual nos ayudó muy amablemente con un problema que nos surgió.

Lugar encantador y muy recomendable , de lo mejor de Madrid , con ganas de repetir pronto !!!

Will definitely choose again.
Comfortable and Central, captureing the buzz of Madrid as it hosted part of the music festival. This didn't intefere with our access to or enjoyment of this lovely, listed, building Hotel. The reception staff where super welcoming, attentive, efficient, helpful and thoughtful, the waiting staff in the Rooftop bar and breakfast restaurant restaurant were all great. (Tapas and Sherry at the rooftop bar is a great intro to Madrid!)
Will definitely choose again.

Breathtaking views from rooftop
The rooftop at Hotel Umusic in Madrid is a must-visit. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. My experience in the hotel was outstanding! Cant explain in words how me and my girlfriend loved this place. All Thanks to Edu, the hotel relationship manager. An amazing and kind person, everyday he checked up on us to see how we are doing and if we need anything. He always had the patience to answer our questions and help. Thank you so much!

Far from a 5-star hotel
We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms are set up like big bathrooms with beds put in them. The sink is roughly 3 feet away from the bed and you can almost see water splashing onto the side of the bed while using the sink. The toilet and shower are just stalls so you can hear every detail of what is going on inside the toilet and you can smell the aftermath as well. There’s a feeling of dampness and lack of freshness in the rooms. The fan sounded like a washing machine running all night. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. There are plenty of hotels with the same good location. The rooftop bar pales in comparison to the ones on Gran Via. Oh, they even asked to see my room key before letting me into the hotel - twice. I almost chuckled, they must think they are the Four Seasons hotel. I’m giving 3 stars and not less because I didn’t pay 5 star prices for the rooms.

Très beau séjour
Très bel hôtel en plein cœur de Madrid (1min à pied de la station sol et 10min à pied de gran via). Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’ambiance générale qui y règne : tout rappelle l’univers de la musique.
L’hôtel est très bien soigné, la terrasse est magnifique et le personnel accueillant.
Petit déjeuner riche et varié avec un petit boys band qui joue en live des reprises de chansons avec beaucoup de douceur et que nous avons particulièrement aimé !

Muy recomendado, experiencia sensacional
Un hotel fantástico, no solamente tiene una ubicación sensacional junto a la Puerta del Sol y todas las comodidades sino que lo mejor es el trato de su personal, siempre atentos y atentas a que estés perfectamente, con una actitud entrañable y muy amable. Y como colofón ese gran teatro Albéniz estupendo donde en mi caso pude disfrutar del espectacular musical el Fantasma de la Ópera. No se puede pedir más. Repetiremos.

De los mejores Hotele en Madrid
Excelente 10/10 atentos! Confort total!!! Y él teatro espectácular! Y su terraza bella! El desayuno Buffet con musica en vivó encantador tambien! Y sin contar la comida principal! De lo mejor. Sin duda me hospedaria de regreso. Solo un critica entiendo que hagan las bebidas/cocteles con medida pero eran mas hielo que consumo. :/ es lo único que me decepciono.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un fine settimana. E’ un cinque stelle in una zona comodissima, e’ appena stato ristrutturato. Il personale è gentilissimo, le camere nuove e molto belle. Ho trovato la colazione ottima, con un menù incluso di proposte espresse molto buone.
Quello che mi ha colpito è la struttura stessa e cioè un edificio che ingloba un teatro da mille posti nel cuore pulsante della città. Da scegliere senza indugio, un posto del cuore dove spero di tornare presto

Merveilleux
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Madrid à l’hôtel Umusic. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout le personnel sans exception a été adorable et a rendu notre expérience unique (merci à tous). L’hôtel est vraiment original et bien organisé, le chambre avec vue sur la piscine est magnifique. Nous avons noté la propreté irréprochable de cet établissement. Nous avons apprécié le tourne-disque dans la chambre avec les vinyles à disposition. Le roof top est vraiment agréable. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Madrid.

Excellent
Nous avons réservé 15 chambres pour un séminaire. Tout s est fait pat échange de mails, l hôtel à toujours été réactif pour répondre à nos questions.
L accueil est impeccable, digne d un 5 étoiles, le personnel agréable et souriant. Les chambres sont parfaites, très bien équipées et très propres.
Il y a énormément de choix au petit déjeuner, aussi bien sucre que sale.
L ambiance est sereine et vraiment appréciable.

Expérience originale et très agréable
Découverte de cet hôtel via VoyagePrive à un prix défiant toute concurrence ! Personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, tant à l’accueil, à la restauration qu’en chambre.
Hôtel étonnamment calme malgré la musique non stop dans les parties communes (mais qui bien heureusement s’arrête en fin de journée jusqu’au matin) et son emplacement à 100 m de la grouillante Puerta del Sol.
La situation est donc idéale pour tout faire à pied.
Petit dej de qualité et varié.
Tout petit bassin de nage en extérieur mais fort apprécié le matin à l’ouverture pour faire tranquillement qqs brasses et entre 2 visites l’après-midi pour se rafraîchir.
Chambre (premium) tres agréable avec mini-terrasse donnant sur la calle de la Paz (sûrement plus agréable sur cette calle que sur la piscine). Un lit un tout petit peu plus large aurait été apprécié.

Un hôtel tout en music.
Hôtel magnifique. Personnel exceptionnel. Petit déjeuné excellent. Piscine extérieur Tres agréable. Rooftop le soir avec musique entraînante. Propreté des lieux est incroyable. Si on reviens à Madrid on reviendras avec plaisir. Merci pour ses trois jours.

Sehr Schöner Aufenthalt für 3 Tage
Sehr nettes Personal, immer sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Interessante, moderne Einrichtung, tolle Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick über die Stadt. Die Betten sind toll, wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant oder vom Zimmerservice. Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Fitnessbereich ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Der Poolbereich war leider noch nicht geöffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage für eine Madrid Reise
gutes Hotel in sehr Zentraler Lage, METRO Stationen in der Nähe, fußläufig auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Neue Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Bei der Zimmerbuchung sollte man darauf achten dass man dass man ein Zimmer mit großem Bett auswählt. Zumindest war das für uns wichtig. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung für eine Madrid Reise mit Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Nebenbei gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe wirklich gute Tapas Bars

Bellissima location tranquilla e pulita per poi parlare della cucina provare prima di giudicate è buonissima ragazzi molto cordiali e responsabili sul lavoro , credo anche lo staff di cucina sono in gamba e presentabili
