Bravissimi tutti
Per vicinanza a sede azienda ho pernottato alcune notti e avuto opportunità di cenare 3 sere presso ristorante hotel. Pertanto, ho avuto modo di verificare in circostanze diverse la qualità dei servizi. La prima sera, non conoscevo la realtà e la logistica della struttura. Mi ha stupito la cortesia e il calore dell'accoglienza da parte di Federica, venutami incontro per mettermi a mio agio e orientarmi alla cena. Ottima esperienza con costata irlandese. La seconda sera, ogni aspettativa derivante dalla prima positiva serata è stata pienamente rispettata: accoglienza, servizio, cibi e cortesia. La terza è stata superiore alle aspettative, con squisita disponibilità, professionalità ed empatia, manifestata dal maitre Stefano e dalla simpatica Nadia. Bravissimi tutti, cucina compresa

Non ci tornerei
Buon hotel in posizione strategica per l’alto milanese. Peccato per le temperature fisse in camera oltre i 28°, che non cedono neanche con le finestre aperte. Colazione poco ricca, scelta discutibile, caffè lungo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Un hôtel parfait pour les voyages d'affaires
Mon hotel préféré, le personnel de salle hyper cordial ......

Peccato per il ristorante, abbastanza caruccio per chi ci vada per lavoro...... Mancano piatti unici raggionevoli (primo + carne o pesce) per chi, doppo una giornata di lavoro, vuole mangiare rapidamente con un solo piatto senza spendere eccessivamente.

Carne ottima ma in quantità enorme ......basterebbe diminuire la quantità per avere un prezzo raggionevole o con un contorno insieme.

Il menù mi sembra anche troppo restrittivo. Al solito, rimango 3 o 4 notti, e mi piacerebbe potere passare ogni serata in questo ristorante, invece faccio fatica.

Ma quest'albergo rimane il mio preferito....

Albergo carino e moderno con personale cortese. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, si vede che è una struttura relativamente nuova - dagli arredi ai servizi. Ampio parcheggio nello spazio adiacente l'entrata. Standard Una

Suficiente para una noche con un vuelo cancelado
Excelente servicio en tres muy amplio la habitación resultó ser cómoda aunque la comida que ofrecieron era bastante mediocre, supongo que depende también de lo que la aerolínea les paga por huésped. XXX Leene, a la habitación le hace falta una renovación todavía tiene un diseño muy muy antiguoaunque sigue siendo funcional. Como digo, es suficiente aunque no volvería si lo tuviera que pagar de mi bolsillo

Discreto
In occasione di appuntamenti di lavoro ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel. Hotel che porta con sé i suoi anni, pulito ma che sicuramente mostra delle camere ben usate. Climatizzazione estrema, le camere erano freddissime sebbene si provava ad alzare la temperatura dal comando sul comodino. Colazione nella norma, servizio molto cortese sia a colazione che al bar. Ampio parcheggio e non lontano dalla città.

274€ night, wont happen again...
I was on business trip with two other guys.
Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced.

Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away...

But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times.
I think first time I left the room unlocked...
We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I sucked it up...but 274€ for a night ???

Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system.

Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.

Would recommend!
My experience was very pleasant, the rooms are big and comfortable and staff are extremely helpful. There are no nearby train stations to get to Milan central however, there is a bus service nearly which can get you there in about 30 minutes. Tickets must be purchased via an app named 'ATM Milano'.

Very good hotel near Milan centre
Very good choice for accommodation near Milan. Close to Malpensa Airport and 20 minutes drive from the centre of the city. Spacious room, very good breakfast and prompt service. The hotel also has free parking. The overall experience was very good .

Friendly and helpful
We stayed for 3 days. The location is far from the city's hustle and bustle... Quiet... entry from the highway was difficult to find at first... room was good and clean... Breakfast was ok too... Buerger king next door... The staff were extremely friendly and helpful... We made a lot of odd requests, but they helped us with all our problems...and with a smiling face! Thank you, and keep it up!

Dirty out of the way hotel with terrible service
We stayed at this hotel for two night, and would wouldn’t recommend staying here again. First the hotel is away from attractions and it is difficult to walk anywhere from the location. Second, the hotel is used mostly for groups, which keeps the front lobby busy. As for the rooms, they are furnished decently but the carpets are filthy, and despite the thermostat on the wall, the temperature is cones by the front desk. So you have to call and beg that they drop the temperature. After calling three times, they said they would drop it to 20, which is still fairly warm. It was most uncomfortable but I gave up begging. The WiFi is simply terrible and hit and miss from the room. Moreover, they will only give you one bath towel per person and no lotion, conditioner, or extra soap. I am
Writing this review while sitting in the lobby, and feel trapped by the lack of transportation to anywhere, and the fact that my room is very hot. Anyway, I wouldn’t suggest staying here as I’m sure that you can find much better hotels closer to town.

Regarding your notes we would like to inform you that the hotel is just few steps from a nice commercial mall, which provides good bargain opportunities. In our rooms the set of towels for the second person is always available in the closet as a 4 stars hotel service require and the aircon is set at 24° during summer time. Pease accept our apologies for the wifi issue and we would like to inform you that we have already taken all the actions to avoid that similar situation might happen again in the future.

Fuimos alojados por IBERIA
Suspendido vuelo de IBERIA Malpensa Barajas. Luego de muchas vueltas fuimos llevados a este hotel. Por cierto a coste de la empresa. Una cantidad mayor a 100 personas. Pero el trámite fue bastante rápido. Nos dieron una cena standard a todos. Hamburguesas. Fideos y chauchas. El hotel es muy bueno. Amplio lobby. Atención magnífica. Habitación muy linda. Baño también. Comodidades de estilo para 4****. Desayuno algo bajo de categoría y desprolijo la atención. Pudimos quedarnos hasta las 15.00, así que tuvimos otro almuerzo. Con pastas... Bueno es recomendable para este tipo de circunstancias. No hay mucho en los alrededores.

Ausgezeichnete Wahl für eine Durchreise
Wir hatten spontan für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel eingecheckt. Der Rezeptionist gab uns das Zimmer für den bei Tripadvisor angegebenen Preis. Das ersparte uns für diese Nacht 20€.

Unser kleiner Hund war sowohl im Hotelzimmer als auch im Frühstücksraum herzlich willkommen.

Das Personal war durchgängig extrem (!) freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und für den Preis exzellent. Das Doppelbett war sehr groß. Die Autobahn war wirklich nur bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören.

Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und geschmacksache.

Für eine Druchreise ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Tipp.

Hôtel de bon standing
Hôtel de bon standing mais excentré. Chambre très spacieuse et literie confortable.
Il manque néanmoins une terrasse,pas de coin de détente à l’extérieur.
Les abords de l’hôtel (pelouse) ne sont pas entretenus dommage!

Confort et facilité
Hôtel neuf, confortable et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et silencieuses. La literie est très confortable (avec choix possible d'oreillers). La salle de bain est grande et agréable. Parking aisé.
Restaurant un peu cher mais possibilité de manger dans le centre commercial qui est juste à côté.
L'hôtel dispose d'un bar où l'on peut consommer des petites douceurs.
Idéalement situé le long de l'autoroute, parfait comme point de chute central pour visiter Milan et ses lacs (à condition d'avoir une voiture).

Zimmer sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, extrem ruhig, obwohl direkt an der Autobahn
Service freundlich und Frühstücksbuffet für Italien vorbildlich.
Gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende, da günstig im Preis und sehr verkehrsgünstig
zwischen Flughafen Malpensa und City

Pratique
Pour les départs de l'aéroport de Milan Malpensa , c'est l'idéal il se trouve à côté de l'autoroute. Chambres spacieuses et propres , silencieuses malgré là proximité d'un axe routier personnel sympa restaurant plus que correct pour un établissement de ce genre. Je conseil..!!

Recomendado en Lombardía...
Estacionamiento cubierto, personal eficaz, amable, los cuartos siempre estuvieron impecables, silenciosos, ambiente relajante, por negocios o placer, vale la pena volver. Desayuno abundante y muy variado, permite saborear dulces o salados,frutas y cafés riquísimos... un hotel sin peros ni más, excelente por donde se lo mire! Felicidades y adelante...

Espectacular
Estuvimos por trabajo en Milan, un hotel espectacular. Desayuno muy completo y variado. El dormitorio grande y muy ekegante. El único contra quizás es que está muy alejado del centro, tren, taxi... pero vale la pena sino tienes que desplazarte mucho

Bon hôtel
Hôtel plutôt bien placé pour mes besoins, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuné correct, la chambre est grande, le lit confortable, aucun bruit malgré la proximité avec la route, tarif raisonnable

Correcto
Tuve que alojarme en este hotel por una visita de trabajo, ya que quedaba bastante cerca de la reunión. El hotel no está mal, está limpio, la cama no es muy incómoda... pero esta un poco anticuado, y la decoración no es la más bonita del mundo. Si tengo que alojarme de nuevo por trabajo lo haré, pero desde luego no lo elegiría por otro motivo.

Bel Hotel
Hôtel moderne, grande chambre confortable...salle de bain "neuve" très agréable. Séjour d'une nuit pour business mais très confortable.
Sel bémol, le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 7h, malgré qu'il soit compris dans le prix je n'ai pas su le prendre...Rdv à 7h.
Attention donc pour les lève tôt !
Il y a un coin café pour ne pas partir sans rien...il aurait mérité d'être plus en ordre.

Positive Überraschung
Vor meinem Aufenthalt hatte ich keine besondere Erwartungshaltung. Gesucht war ein akzeptables Hotel für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe einer von mir besuchten Firma. Vom Foto her wirkt das Hotel "klotzartig". Um so positiver war der persönliche Eindruck: Sehr zuvorkommender Service, warme Farben, komfortable Zimmerausstattung. Alles zusammen sicher seine vier Sterne wert. Für die Gegend von Mailand sehr attractives Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. 1 Stunde freies WIFI. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Frühstück hat keine 4 Sterne-Qualität, aber das ist in vielen italienischen Hotels so.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, es ist elegant und schlicht. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
Das W-LAN Signal ist allerdings ziemlich schwach und anfällig. Es dauert oft länger überhaupt ein Netz zu finden.
Wer ein Taxi vom Flughafen nimmt, sollte darauf achten, ob ein Taxometer läuft! Wir haben für diese Fahrt 70€ bezahlt (ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt)

Gepflegte und grosse Zimmer, modern. Gute Materialien.
Ruhig, obwohl gerade neben Autobahn. Vorteil: sehr schnell in Mailand.
