Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit direktem Strandzugang. Liegen am Strand. Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Vielfältige Sportangebote. Verschiedene Restaurants. Schönes Fitnesscenter.
Leider sind die Preise für Getränke in der Anlage unverhältnismäßig teuer. Das ist sehr schade. Ein paar Euro günstiger und wir hätten deutlich mehr vor Ort verzehrt. Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit ist ausbaufähig. Getränke in Einwegplastikbechern und täglicher unaufgeforderter kompletter Handtuchwechsel sind unnötige Umweltbelastungen.
Trotzdem empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stayed half board for 7 days. Great Hotel. We stayed in the little villa type apartment. Friendly helpful staff. Food was really nice with plenty of choice for everybody. Only water and wine is served with evening meal. Grounds beautiful, tidy and well kept . Comfortable rooms cleaned every day. Rooms does not have a kettle, but the nice staff arranged one for us. A few bits dated and needed attention, but this did not affect our stay. All in all, we enjoyed the stay. Would we go again? Yes

Un buffet de qualité médiocre. 35€ par personne pour des plats de moins bonne qualité que dans une cantine Sodexo. Le verre de vin, également de qualité inférieure, mais proposé comme l’un des meilleurs crus de l’Etna, à 10€, j’appelle cela de l’arnaque.
En revanche, si vous choisissez un restaurant en dehors de l’enceinte de l’hôtel, nous recommandons le café Sikelia, qui propose des plats « premium » à seulement 10€ ainsi que de la bière Warsteiner, appréciée des connaisseurs.

The best time
We have spent the best week at the UnaHotels Naxos Beach. Our room on the 4th floor with the view of Taormina, Castelmola and side sea view, cosy table on chairs on the balcony to enjoy a sunrise coffee or drinks whilst taking in the sound of birds and waves. The food was a delightful site, delicious and beautifully displayed. The grounds a heaven of tranquility. Olive trees surrounding the smaller pool, Mediterranean shrubs, and citrus trees to delight the eye.
The staff? Amazing! Courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, a reflection on the management. A shout to Giuseppe the Operational Manager, the Head Chef Sebastiano, all the 40 kitchen/restaurants staff; concierge Veronica and Giancarlo, reception, and last but not least bar staff.

Orma sono tanti anni che sono ospite in questo splendido resort per le mie vacanze .La mia oasi nel deserto … mi piace pensarla cosi … completamente immersa nel verde direttamente su una spiaggia enorme piscine campi da tennis palestra padel centro benessere bar ristoranti ma soprattutto pace… parola d’ ordine tranquillita’ . Conciergerie, chambre, parc, plage, nourriture, équipements ...tout est bien, pas de reproche à faire. Sis sur la cote sud, cet hébergement permet la visite de Taormine, de l'Etna, de Syracuse et Noto, sans oublier la cote nord sise à une cinquantaine de kilomètres.

Location favolosa immersa nel verse, cena buonissima e servizio ineccepibile.

I primi con pasta alla norma e risotto al nero d'avola. I secondi sia di pesce che di carne veramente molto buoni. Servizio curato nei minimi dettagli dall'impeccabile maître Carmelo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Unahotels. The room was Nice and clean. The breakfast is one of The best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel had a lot of options for activities such as a training room, tennis courts, table tennis, and an olympic pool. Staff was Nice and took good care of us. The private Beach was okay. Hotel Giardini Naxos Beach

The all-inclusive package here is more limited than we’re used to, for example, cocktails are not included. Snacks are hardly offered in the afternoons and evenings, which is standard in other all-inclusive hotels we’ve visited, and there’s nothing available to buy.

Room
We stayed in premium room 260, and everything was fine. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very spacious and comfortable—the best hotel bed we’ve ever had. However, the faucets throughout the building are worn out and look unattractive, including in our room.

Restaurant
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were okay, with enough variety. The dessert buffet was extensive, but the overall quality of the food was mediocre, major downside was that most vegetables were served cold every day, which wasn’t enjoyable. Keeping the food warm seems to be too much effort here. There was little variation in the menu, and no themed dinners.

If you have a dairy allergy, unfortunately, this hotel doesn’t offer many options. At breakfast, there are Schär products, but during dinner, there’s no suitable dessert. Sometimes ice cream is available, but there’s no dairy-free sorbet.

What really bothered us was the restaurant chairs. They are made of solid wood and become uncomfortable after a short time, making it feel like they want you to leave quickly.

Entertainment
The animation team was fun and spontaneous, but the evening music was always performed by the same band or artist, which became predictable after a few days. On Tuesday evenings, there was no music at all, as the performers had their day off.

We enjoyed the fitness area, which was well-equipped—something you don’t often see. We used it often, although some equipment could use a fresh coat of paint.

Surroundings
The hotel is located right by the beach, and everything is well-maintained. There’s also a beautiful park where you can enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, many of the benches at the Olympus Bar outside are uncomfortable as they are too deep.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the stunning town of Taormina, which takes 20 minutes and costs €5 per person. Renting a car for a week costs around €350 and is recommended if you want to explore more of the island.

Final Verdict
Overall, we had a nice vacation, mainly due to the beautiful surroundings. However, we found the hotel overpriced for what you get in return. The all-inclusive package is a stripped-down version of what is standard elsewhere. The food was mediocre, especially having to eat cold vegetables every day. We heard many complaints from other guests. Unfortunately, there were hardly any accommodations for my dairy allergy. Our final rating is a 7. Sicily is definitely worth visiting, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Selbst besser gelegene Strandliegen kosten 18€ pro Tag
Ein Handtuch kostet pro Tag 2 Euro.
Alles geht nur mit aufgeladener Bezahlkarte oder Kreditkarte.
Am Strand nur Plastikbecher
Ich persönlich kann mich in solch einer Urlaubsfabrik nicht erholen.
Die Sanitäranlagen in den öffentlichen Bereichen sind uralt und sehen auch so aus.

Bei Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie an der Rezeption sehr herzlich begrüßt. Sie sind immer bereit, Ihnen zu helfen. Sollten Sie technische Probleme in Ihrem Zimmer haben, werden diese nach Meldung an der Rezeption schnell behoben.
Alles ist sehr sauber: auf dem Gelände, am Strand, im Zimmer.
Hervorragend gepflegter Hotelgarten.
Am Strand können Sie jeden Tag einen kostenlosen Sonnenschirm und eine Sonnenliege bekommen.
Die von Nunzio koordinierte Arbeit im Restaurant war hervorragend. Das Essen zum Abendessen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, darunter auch leckerer Fisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dessertauswahl, die sich jedes Lob verdient.
Beim Frühstück ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es gibt sogar Wassermelonen, Melonen und eine Auswahl an leckerem Gebäck.
Das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Nuccia und Maria. Alle anderen können wir nicht aufzählen, da wir ihre Namen nicht kennen.
Eine sehr angenehme Überraschung war in diesem Jahr der Auftritt des wunderbaren weltberühmten Geigers Aiman Mussakhajayeva.
Trotz der großen Anzahl an Urlaubern ist alles gut organisiert und es treten keine Probleme auf.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt für uns war der Souvenirshop. Wenn wir dort früher jedes Jahr Souvenirs und Kleidungsstücke gekauft haben, hat der Besitzer im Jahr 2021 gewechselt. Alles ist 2-3 mal teurer geworden als in benachbarten Geschäften und wird dementsprechend selten besucht.
Selbstverständlich sind wir im nächsten Jahr wieder da.

Schönes Hotel mit Luft nach oben.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche als All Inklusive Gast im Unahotel Naxos Beach.

Für so eine große Anlage war das Essen sehr gut es wurde sehr rasch wieder aufgelegt wenn eine Speise aufgegessen war.

Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Störend fanden wir die Tauben und deren Hinterlassenschaften an Balkon besonders den beißenden Geruch.

Wasser bekommt man als All Inklusive Gast leider nur in kleinen Bechern für den Strand, die Strandbar schließt um 17:00 könnte länger offen sein für unseren Geschmack.

Die Liegen Einteilung am Strand ist hervorragend durchdacht und den Bedürfnissen der Gäste angepasst.

Leichte nicht übertriebene Animation, mit netten Abendveranstaltungen für Jung und Alt.

Ni una plancha en el armario para darle una pasada rápida a un pantalón antes de ponértelo. Claro esta que hay laundry service, pero yo hablo de amenidades que hacen más confortable el servicio de un huésped.
He estado por supuesto en 3 estrellas con mejor relación calidad/precio. Este es caro para lo que ofrece( sin extra charge. Instalaciónes parcialmente renovadas.

El hotel está muy vuejo la cama queen o king son camas individuales súper incómodas, el tema del internet del wifi de verdad está muy raro y muy absoluto porque si se apaga la TV ya no tienes internet debe de estar prendida la TV para que tengas internet la verdad algo muy raro y muy feo. La secadora la cama, había un jabón usado cuando llegamos. La verdad no muy buena experiencia.
