J'ai passé 3 semaines dans ce centre ayurvedic
J'ai reçu tellement de joie et de paix. L'équipe est super à l'écoute à tout instant. Le yoga et la méditation qui mettent en joie et relaxation
Les traitements ayurvedics(même les plus difficiles) méritent une note excellente avec docteurs et thérapeutes encore une fois excellent
Les repas sont ayurvedics sont changés régulièrement avec des plats locaux et des légumes et fruits frais. Le staff prend soin du site et de votre chambre tous les jours.
L'emplacement est génial bien isolé quand il ne pleut pas mais même quand il pleut c'est sympa aussi. La marche sur la plage, le bain quand c'est possible.
Le petit village de pêcheur charmant
Veda5 Kerala je recommande et prévois d'y revenir. Un vrai lieu pour une retraite et une régénérescence

First I like to tell about transportation facility provided by VEDA5.NIice cabs and good natured drivers to reach the centersafely at anytime
When we board the cab we ar provided with welcome kit which is awesome
After reaching the center the rational way of warm welcome .
On the welcome board it was written 'you come as a guest and go back as a friend' which is 100% true
We meet many guests from different countries and enjoyed thir company happily
Next I am coming to the Kitchen department. They provide good food of different types of soups,salads and we enjoyed many kerala types of food and also learnt new dishes from the chef
The herbal of different types we can enjoy here along with normal coffee and tea. If you are coming as guests you can enjoy all types of food
But after consulting with doctor and dietician the menu may change accordingly If we follow strictly follow the diet chart we can achieve .our purpose of visit
Next I am thankful to doctors and dietician
They completely analyse our health issue and accordingly they start our treatment Thte massage also helps in our treatment
All massage employees are well trained .
After lunch in the dining hall either doctor's talk is there or some live demonstration of any receipt
We enjoyed many indoor games like carrom,snake and ladder,ludo,chess,scrabble,cards and Junga
They kept many books to read
Dining hall is full of enjoyment
Next we wish to thank our yoga madam for teaching us yoga in very simple manner..Even anyone comes with no knowledge of yoga they are encouraged to learn and we can see the improvement.
We were enjoying garden of the center and Arabian sea view . Whenever we get time we go to beach and enjoy the waves.
I wish that many people should visit this place atleast once in their life time

Superb small ayurvedic spa on a beautiful clean white sandy beach . Perfect end to a long tour of India .Bright airy, clean modern ensuite rooms. Spa offers a wide selection of ayurvedic treatments by trained doctors and therapists at reasonable prices and yoga sessions .Tasty pure vegetarian food. Calm, relaxing vibe throughout the resort . Genuine, caring people who really work hard to ensure a fab stay. Really wished we could have stayed longer like most of the others who came for 2 weeks !! Thanks so much !

Wow, I booked this as a solo female as life was becoming to fast paced and I was extremely stressed. I felt imbalanced and not great in myself.
After extensive search of my Ayurveda wellness retreat, I opted for Veda5 in Kerala and it totally surpassed my expectations!
The team were warming. Caring and professional.
The location was idyllic, beautiful beach surrounded by palm trees!
The food was beautiful, fresh and full of flavour.
The superior room I stayed in was huge, with everything you need and more.
The bed was super comfortable too.
The treatments and therapies were heavenly, I have never experienced something so relaxing!
As a female solo traveller I felt completely safe, well looked after and will definitely be returning again next year!
