La calma e la tranquillità del posto, la struttura ben pulita e curata, la gentilezza del personale, la posizione affacciata sul campo da golf, rende questo posto un gioiello incastonato nella zona di maspalomas. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Struttura un po’ datata ma molto tranquilla e ordinata. Il personale è impeccabile per professionalità e cortesia. Ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace o per chi soggiorna per lavoro. Le abitazioni sono complete di quanto necessario e pulitissime.

Staff very good, pool and area very good. Accommodation old and worn out, floors furniture chipped , noisy ceiling fan, only stand alone fan in bedroom, plugged into light socket by a short lead. Not enough cutlery for 4 and mismatched. Metal patio chairs peeling with plastic sticky feeling and stained cushions.

El complejo es muy tranquilo, para disfrutar en familia. Todos los Bungalows tienen vista a la piscina y el Campo de Golf. El mobiliario está un poco estropeado, pero se está bien y el personal es estupendo, te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas

Complejo pequeño de unos 18 apartamentos todos ubicados alrededor de la piscina. Muy tranquilos!! Algo antiguos pero confortables y limpios!!
Lo más negativo es que los servicios están contratados por una agencia de trabajo temporal...por lo que tienen unos horarios peculiares...a las 7 de la tarde (aún con el sol en lo más alto y pudiendo disfrutarlo hasta las 9 en esta época del año) te echan de la piscina...la cierran literalmente!! Al no haber ninguna otra actividad ni zonas de ocio se hace poco recomendable para familias con niños.

Just back from another great stay at Vista Verde and thought it was about time I left a review.

We stayed at Vista Verde three times last year and this was our second stay this year. My partner and I both like it because it is so laid back, peaceful and relaxing. All the staff is really friendly, and it has become a real ‘home from home’ to us when in Maspalomas.

The bungalows are clean and spacious enough for two, with a very large bed – not always the case in Gran Canaria and the towels and sheets are changed regularly by the lovely Maria.

There isn’t much in the way of bars and restaurants in the vicinity but PDI and Meloneras are a short taxi ride away.

Unfortunately, it’s fully booked for our two weeks in November, but hopefully we will be back early next year for more sun and relaxation.

The best service ever, the cleanest place ever, the most silent rooms and location ever. The best of the best, even if the pool was meant for icebears. The bed was marvellous and we slept too long in the mornings. Taxis were always around the place so you never needed to order a taxi. The Minimarket nere buy had everything we needed, but prices were high. We recommend to take a taxi and visit supermarket near Casino in Meloneras.

ottima posizione accogliente vicina alle dune di sabbia .la pulizia dei locali viene fatta un giorno si e uno no,personale disponibile e cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorniper il mio caso è stato un problema l'arrivo di domenica , per motivi di aereo mentre la prenotazione era dal lunedì.

Le petit complet de bungalow est bien. C’est un petit appartement tout blanc avec se qui faut pour cuisiner. Il y a une belle piscine et c’est assez paisible. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le frigo, nous l’avons rapporté mais rien n’a été fait. Une chance que nous avons pas trop de nourriture. Cet établissement est assez loin de la plage Maspalomas, il faut compter 40 minute à pied et la plage inglis plus de 50 minutes. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurant dans se secteur de la ville mais c’est assez facile ce déplacer en voiture. Beaucoup plus de restaurant dans le secteur du Yumbo.

Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura con il mio ragazzo una settimana ad ottobre.
La posizione è ottima, vicino alla spiaggia e a Playa del Inglés, dove la maggior parte della gente si ritrova alla sera . Tutti e due i luoghi devono essere raggiunti in macchina o con i mezzi pubblici.
Per quanto concerne l’appartamento era grande e disponeva di tutto. Al nostro arrivo non era pulitissimo, però durante la settimana ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola una volta e gli asciugamani 3 e l’hanno sempre mantenuto pulito.
Ho apprezzato molto il “Panadero” che ogni mattina portava brioches e pane fresco . Anche le signore della reception sono state molto disponibili.
In conclusione , è stato un buon soggiorno che consiglio!

We arrived early (2 hrs) sat 13 Oct and were meet at reception by a very hospitable lady who checked and found our accommodation was ready (good start.)The accommodation was no 3 the always sunny side off bungalows vista verde. Bungalow was large and had all you really needed for a holiday with TV and video recorder (nice touch ) Dvds are at reception to watch if you really need them.(remember your on Holiday.) Large pool and very clean surroundings. If you dont want to cook breakfast you can go next door and get a breakfast they will welcome you.All centres are a fair distance away so taxis are a must. .The nice ladies at reception will order you one if you ask.We had a quite and peaceful holiday at these bungalows except at night time you could hear a loud tone coming from somewhere behind bungalows (i never was able to solve this)but over all a 9 out of 10 .The lady does towel change at least 3 times a week& sheets once a week also a very nice lady On our last morning 8.50 am the lady from reception was there to say goodbye very nice As you may off noticed from my review i had a good holiday in a nice place with nice people We will be back again

Bulgalow ottimamente puliti e ben attrezzati di stoviglie, forno microonde, bollitore, tostapane, macchina x caffè americano e televisone con canali in tutte le lingue. Personale gentile e disponibile.posizione un po lontano dalle dune e dai locali di plaja iglesias ma i taxi sono molto economici. Situato vicino i campi da golf quindi veduta verde e posto tranquillissimo , massimo relax . consigliato x coppie chi ha bambini meglio in strutture più attrezzate x loro.
Molto apprezzato il sig.re che viene alla mattina a portare pane, cornetti freschi e super economici. Il market vicino poco fornito.
Chi noleggia auto non ha problemi x parcheggiare.
Unico consiglio se la zona bar rimane inutilizzata consiglierei destinarla a lavanderia comune.Consigliato!

Le personnel de la résidence est très sympathique. La résidence est petite, sans installation autre que les logements, mais bien agencée. L'emplacement est très moyen, enfermé au milieu du Campo International, avec aucune possibilité de promenade autour autre que la route. Obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou faire des courses, avec de grandes difficultés pour le stationnement.

Hemos estado muy a gusto, tranquilos y cómodos. El personal muy atento y amable. El apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, nos sorprendió que estuvieran tan equipados y por supuesto la nevera grande.

Wir haben in der Woche 21 eine wunderschöne Zeit im
"Vista verde beach mate" Resort verbringen dürfen.
Wir wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Man führte uns in unseren gemütlichen, geräumigen Bungalow. Besonders hatten wir Freude an einem neuen Sofa und einer neuer Matratze. Der kleine, eigene Sitzplatz vor dem Bungalow mit Cheminée lädt zum Essen und Verweilen. Das Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat auch genügend Sonnenliegen. Die kleine Siedlung liegt zwar etwa 4 km von Strand von Maspalomas. Wir verzichteten auf ein Mietauto, da die Taxis sehr preiswert und zuverlässig sind. (Fahrt zum Faro kostet zwischen 4.50 bis 5.00 Euro). Wir haben uns entschlossen nächstes Jahr wieder eine Woche zu buchen.

Kaufen sie keine Electronic auf Gran Canaria.
Leider hatten wir auch ein sehr negatives Ferien Erlebnis. Im "Mama Mia Gift Center" in Playa de Ingles wurden wir von Dani gröber übers Ohr gehauen. Man wird mit Versprechen in das Geschäft gelockt und mit manipulierten Geräten weckt der gewiefte Typ das Interesse. Es ist schon kriminell, wie der Kerl uns 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab Plagiate verkauft hat. Er liess uns eine Rechnung unterschreiben welche er anschliessend sofort mit einem Stempel versieht "no money refund - keine Geldrückzahlung" Wir haben hier leider viel Geld verloren. Also Hände weg von sogenannten Neuheiten.
Wir regen uns fürchterlich auf, dass wir diesem Typ auf den Leim gegangen sind.
Kaufen sie keine Electronic auf Gran Canaria.

Sehr großes Apartment mit abgetrenntem Schlafzimmer. Die Küche war auch größer als im Apartment zuvor und auch besser eingerichtet und ausgestattet; der Kühlschrank war riesig. Das Bad, das Schlafzimmer und die Sitzgelegenheit im Hauptraum (Sofa & Sessel) waren sehr alt und stark erneuerungsbedürftig. Ungewöhnlich fand ich, daß im Bad Putzeimer und Wischmob standen. Es gibt ja eine Reinigungskraft. W-LAN-Internet kostet ungewöhnlicherweise auch extra (6€ bei Alleinreisenden je Tag). Dass es das noch gibt! Den Grill vorm Apartment habe ich nicht genutzt mangels Brennmaterial; das kostet bestimmt auch extra. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Sackgasse (nicht gekennzeichnet) mit einer Schleife am Ende. Daher ist es sehr ruhig. Die Metallstühle vorm Apartment fand ich sehr unbequem und die Sitzkissen dazu schmuddelig.

Etablissement très bien situé dans un quartier très calme . Appartement spacieux et lumineux . Suffisamment de transats et parasols pour les résidents . Propreté irréprochable . Petite structure familiale avec un personnel souriant et chaleureux . Excellent accueil . Je recommande cet établissement pour les personnes recherchant la tranquillité . Louer un véhicule pour visiter l'ile car il y a beaucoup de jolis villages .
