WE STAYED ITC WELCOME DWARKA DELHI for 4 days very good ambience positive vibes Duty managers Hemraj ,Sameer, Maya ,mohit, chand n soniya very warm welcome n they gave us superb n fantastic service with their smiling face n taik very politely always 24/7 they are ready to help theirs guests .very fast check in n check out all staff was trained i liked their services next time I will stay without a doubt from airport to this hotel easy accessble safe n secure rooms are very spacious n comfortable i recommend to everyone to visit this property no need to see another property in delhi very convenient to go anywhere in delhi we enjoyed this property BREAKFAST was very good huge varieties was there we enjoyed their breakfast restaurant manager pramila, Priyanka,,jitendra kumar,,kunal, jitendra sing,sushma Neha n madan was present there n help all guests to their smiling face n very warm welcome we enjoyed breakfast their superb n fantastic service housekeeping also very good they clean rooms with sanitizer they provided all necessary toiletries they are their job with smiling face thanks to all ITC welcome hotels staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et silencieuse.
La restauration est de qualité ( attention parfois très épicée 🥵), nous sommes en Inde c'est normal 😋 , prestations nombreuses : bar, piscine, salle de sport...et la climatisation, indispensable avec 45C

Hotel très correct
Hotel bien situé proche aéroport. Literie très confortable et propre. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bains avec nécessaire de toilette. Seul l accueil est un peu froid. Restauration variée, fruits legumes et choix de desserts. Petit déjeuner très correct

Comodo per l'aeroporto.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto in attesa di un volo il giorno dopo. Questo ci ha consentito di arrivare in aeroporto senza eccessivi problemi di traffico.
L'hotel è molto grande. Nonostante la presenza di molte persone l'accettazione è stata sbrigata rapidamente.
La nostra camera, arredata in stile moderno era spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Era dotata di bollitore per fare il caffè o il tè.
Cena e colazione sono servite a buffet. I piatti proposti erano tipici piatti indiani con pochi piatti non speziati. La gestione della colazione era un po' confusionaria ed i camerieri piuttosto latenti.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Aber das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Spa Bereich war geschlossen. Aber der Pool zugänglich. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen mit jedoch überteuerten Getränkepreisen (2x Cola 250 ml ca. 8€). Die Hotellobby ist sehr schön und ansprechend. Die Gegend ist nicht so schön.

Immer wieder gerne
Geräumige Zimmer sehr freundliches Personal, die Betten sind unglaublich gut, habe lange nicht mehr soo gut geschlafen. Die Umgebung ist nicht so berauschend. Aber das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist unglaublich gut. Abe dessen war nicht so gut möglich, weil wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Aber auf der Rückseite des Hotels kann man in der Mail super lecker essen, für fast keinen Preis. Hervorheben möchte ich eine Angestellte mit dem Namen Jyoti, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich und nett!!!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes Hotel, geräumige Zimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche, welcome Drink, Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Sehr reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück. Besonders nette Begrüßung durch die Angestellte Jyoti, eine ausgesprochen freundliche und aufgeschlossene junge Dame, die auch gute Tipps gab zum Einkaufen und Besichtigungen in Delhi.

La chambre était parfaites et spacieuse, la literie très confortable, surtout la salle de bain je recommande fortement cet hôtel à New Delhi, bon restaurant. Personnel très agréable et sympathique !

Un buen desayuno en un buen hotel
El hotel ofrece todas las comodidads de un hotel de categoria internacional.
De resaltar el desayuno. Aunque prevalecen las opciones para la clientela india, hay variedad para los occidentales. No ha sido el mejor desayuno de mi vida pero quizás el mejor de nuestro circuito de 15 dias por la India.
Un solo problema. Está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad. Se pierden dos horas para ir y volver de las zonas turísticas. Es como si estoy en Madrid y me alojan en Segovia....

Non male!
Assolutamente in linea con gli hotel indiani di questa categoria: ambienti moderni , stanze spaziose, personale disponibile, tutto sommato pulito.
Una nota di merito per il buffet particolarmente vario.

Ottimo
Enorme strutturata estremamente curata, pulita e ben tenuta. Il personale accogliente. La cena, servita a buffet, offriva una buona varietà di piatti, indiani ed internazionali. La camera ed il bagno erano veramente grandi.

No nos gustó
Nos quedamos porque nuestro vuelo salía de madrugada y necesitábamos un hotel donde esperar hasta entonces y operador nos dejo allí.
Las habitaciones son viejas y el mobiliario antiguo.
El baño es sin duda lo peor.
Mucha gente en el restaurante del hotel porque también puedes cenar sin ser huésped del hotel.
Además hay obra por un zona comercial que están haciendo.

Buon albergo vicino all'aereoporto
Hotel molto pulito, stanze perfette da quel punto di vista, bagni spaziosi, buona posizione rispetto all'aeroporto, buona cucina per una pausa dalle spezie! Comodo fra un trasferimento e l'altro, distante dal centro quindi non adattissimo per visitare Delhi. Samiksha é stata molto gentile e d'aiuto!

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf einer Rundreise in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist zur zeit eine große Baustelle. Wir konnten vor dem eigentlichen check in schon in unser Zimmer. Was negativ war ist das der Safe nicht ging und auch nicht bis zum Abend repariert wurde wie angekündigt. Zum Abendessen kamen wir so um 21 Uhr und da war kein Tisch wieder hergerichtet so das man sich selbst Besteck usw. besorgen musste.Das Buffet war auch schon sehr geplündert und wurde nichts Neues mehr nachgelegt.

"Gran hotel"
Me pareció un hotel excelente, amplia habitación , cómoda, bien decorada, con TV, wifi, y lo que más me agradó encontrar en la habitación hervidor y todo lo necesario para tomar un té o un café.
Ofrece un buen servicio buffet al desayuno, almuerzo y cena.
¡¡Lo recomiendo!!

Comfortable stay in Welcom
El hotel estuvo muy bien!! La calidad de la habitación fue muy buena. El buffet es variado y completo. Sus trabajadores son muy amables, es especial pooja que nos ayudó mucho en todo. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, y aunque se encuentre fuera de la ciudad se accede muy fácil al centro.

Luxury - sicher nicht!
Älterer Kasten welcher die Luxuszeit verpasst hat. Das Personal zuerst fragen ob sie englisch sprechen sonst ist es hoffnungslos. Ausser Tips verstehen sie nichts. Wenig welche englisch sprechen und reden. Die Klimaanlage war auf Tiefkühlen eingestellt. Um die zu ändern braucht es einen Techniker. Einen Tag später war die Klimaanlage wieder verstellt ebenso der TV. Ich nehme an durch die Roomboys. Im Bad war alles für eine Person vorhanden also wieder warten. Room service ist ein Name aber keine Verpflichtung. Erstes mal wurde es vergessen das zweite mal dauerte es 30 Min.
DAS BESTE war die Küche die hat aber seinen Preis. Das Servierpersonal benötigt einen Sprachkurs und ein benimm Kurs.
Wenn man etwas über die ausgezeichnete Indische Weine fragt kommen ca. 3-4 Personen um zu klären ob der Wein süsslich oder trocken ist. Für diesen Preis sollte man aufmerksames trainiertes Personal haben. Serviert wird das Essen mit Blick auf irgendetwas aber nicht auf den Gast!
