Wonderful stay zone Chennai
This zone my first visit to the hotel and stay was very pleasant.all the staff are very kind and polite and house keeping staff cleaned my room in daily basis wonderful & very professionally.especially thank to Ms.jothi,Julie,paban was very nices handling us.thanks to those manager to guide them .we will be coming soon

Satisfaction and excellent
Staying are good,always comfortable all staff are nice and friendly most off all in frontdesk like Catherine,Krishna,monolith,mrinal and Neha of course..and my room always clean because one of the roomboy here name is YEAMIR..he always help me if I need something in my room..keep up the good and I think I come back here and the foods always good

Ecstatic and Tremendous place for family functions and stay
It was an amazing experience for me to organize my sister's wedding reception. Excellent dining services and banquet services. The staff were very friendly and helpful more like a close acquaintances and its was more like a family get-together. On the whole no regrets and inconveniences. The reception, food hospitality and services was remarkably attractive and pleased 😀

Great hospitality excellent banquet organiseing and food was amezing very polite and excellent service team . Ganesh and shakthi Sagar Ishan Purushottam Aravind was very helpfull regarding the coordination for the function .Buffet was spread and tasty food.thank you will come back again.

Pleasant stay
Stay is pleasant. Rooms are hygiene. Arun and Bhanu trainees are very friendly and were available to help irrespective even in the odd times. Bhanu went ahead and extra mile and shared my inconvenience about the food i had last Sun, which impacted my health.

Très bon établissement
Cet hôtel moderne dispose de tout le confort : piscine sur le toit, salle de fitness, large buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont également très confortables. Proche de l'aéroport (20 mn), il est par contre très éloigné du centre ville de Chennai (1 h de trajet). Il est possible de louer une voiture avec chauffeur à l'hôtel mais ils facturent cher ! Le prix du restaurant est également un peu excessif, d'autant plus que si on ne dispose pas d'un véhicule, on n'a pas trop d'autre choix que de dîner sur place.

DECEPTION
chambre correcte, mais lit inconfortable.
service de blanchisserie, lamentable. il est mentionné que le linge donné au lavage avant 10h, le matin, est rendu le soir même ; et bien grossière erreur.
J'avait laissé du linge pour la lessive, une semaine, car partie pour un circuit et revenait ensuite, espérant récupérer le linge propre et disponible, ce ne fut pas le cas, j'ai dû le réclamer, plusieurs fois. Le comble de tout, il y avait du linge qui ne m'appartenait pas.
Je donne à nouveau du linge à laver, le mercredi matin, à 7h. Ne voyant rien venir, le jeudi matin, je réclame à la réception, qui me répond que je serai livrée, le jeudi soir à 21h. Devant ma colère et mon insistance à récupérer mon linge, il m'a été promis que tout serait dans ma chambre pour 11h. Encore un mensonge. De retour à l'hôtel, à 14h, toujours rien. Une nouvelle réclamation et nouveau coup de gueule, pour finalement être livrée à 15h. Devant ce manque de professionnalisme, je ne peux que regretter, d'avoir séjourné dans cet établissement.
le seul service convenable, le restaurant - personnel à la hauteur, mais souvent pas réactif à la demande de la clientèle.

A 23 minuti dall'aeroporto
L'ho scelto perchè dista 4 km dall'aeroporto anche se ci sono voluti 23 minuti col taxi al prezzo di 633 rupie. E' un hotel che non ti aspetti per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a dire il vero un po' caro 45 euro per una notte senza colazione. ma lo reputo ottimo lo stesso, venivo dalla foresta, è stato un reintrodursi nella civiltà. Non ci sono finestre apribili, ma c'è l'aria condizionata. Non si sentono rumori, il letto era enorme e morbidissimo. La veduta dalla stanza è spettacolare.

Hotel discreto, comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto
L’hotel si trova in una zona comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto, distante circa 25-30 minuti di taxi.
Le camere sono essenziali ma dotate di tutti i confort quali aria condizionata, connessione wifi, minibar, prodotti per l’igiene intima all’interno del bagno.
Discreto il livello di pulizia, anche se ho trovato alcune macchie sul copriletto.
Non sono presenti camere per fumatori, anche se dietro mia insistenza mi è stato consentito di fumare in camera.
Buona la colazione con discreto assortimento di prodotti dolci, un po’ meno la cena a buffet: per quest’ultima ho preferito optare per alcuni piatti scelti dal menù à la carte.
Molto carina la terrazza con piscina, ideale per godersi un aperitivo a fine giornata.
Data la vicinanza all’aeroporto e il buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo, consiglio questo hotel per brevi soggiorni di lavoro.

moderne Anlage
Service sehr gut,aufmerksam und zuvorkommend
Frühstück ausreichend und vielfältig ebenso das Abendessen,welches in Buffetform gereicht wird.Die Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse sind sehr laut und leider gibt es auch keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe-zum Zentrum auch sehr weit
