Gli appartamenti in legno saranno pure belli e caratteristici ma all’interno sono molto rumorosi perché ogni porta che si apre si svegliano tutti gli altri. Anche 2 bagni in 6 sono stati molto scomodi, oltretutto con lo sciacquone che è lento a ricaricarsi. Abbiamo fatto solo una notte ma ho dormito 3 ore.

My best experience stay at MELC is Many Activity i do it like, Trekking, observation, & Morning walk good for your healt

Value for Money for Ecostay that one-step-away from nature & best view in Baluran House
We went with our daughters, 5 and 9 years old, and stayed in Baluran House. This 2-bedroom house perfectly fits us, with the best view facing the ocean. The free shuttle is available to go back and forth to Octagon, the restaurant with the swimming pool.
Besides swimming & canoeing in the floating jetty (reachable by shuttle) with TONS OF FISHES AND BEAUTIFUL CORALS, we also went for a morning walk with Wayan, and spent 1-1.5 relaxing walks for bird watching, animal encounters, learning about plants, and Bali starling sanctuary which is super fun to spend time in nature with kids.
Surrounded by all the natural activities just a step away, our kids totally forgot about the gadget -- though they have a TV in the house. They also have a fridge, a water dispenser with hot and cold water, and a hot shower. All amenities are very convenient for a lodge.
They forgot to put the hand towels, but the staff is just a call away to deliver those items in no time. SUPER RECOMMENDED to stay in a 'luxurious' lodge in the national park. We will be back!

Otra experiencia más "rural"
El personal súper atento y muy agradable. Desayuno bufé y bueno. Es un complejo q tiene, bajo el mismo nombre (casi) un resort, bungalows y habitaciones "rural". Estás últimas no tienen ningún servicio, para todo (piscina, playa, restaurante) toca coger el transporte q te facilitan (siempre están dispuestos y está cercano). Las habitaciones están mal aisladas por lo se oye al vecino. Tienen nevera, aa y baño.

Great price, high end access.
My friends stayed at Plataran. They loved the fancy. I stayed at ecolodge. I love the price. We had access to all the same facilities. Super awesome staff at both places. Great restaurant and pool At Octagon. Yum breakfast and tea at 4pm included. Great sheets, air conditioning, peaceful spot, breakfast view. Buggy ride always prompt. I rode mountain bike to octagon a few times. Need to be ok with rough road for that. Did snorkel to Menjangan island with different group because less expensive (a little more research required). Monkeys, deer, peaceful. Amazing. Bathroom at ecolodge basic, but the price is right. Did I mention the staff is amazing!?!?
