For shared use: large, beautiful garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (10 x 17 m, depth 138 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with salt water. Children's pool, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, bar, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Supermarket 4.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Foxi e Sali" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Cagliari 40 km, Chia 14 km, Parco Acuatico BluFan 16 km. Please note: car recommended.
