purtroppo hotel decisamente deludente.
camera estremamente rumorosa, una volta non è stata nemmeno rifatta, e un'altra volta non mi avevano messo gli asciugamani puliti.
essendo anche un affitto di appartamenti, si sentono urla e schiamazzi a tutte le ore della notte.
colazione scadente, pane non fresco e brioche gelide.

Posizione ideale per Burj Khalifa e stazione metro, staff super amichevole, strutture all'avanguardia, stanze grandi e ben fornite. Dopo un soggiorno di 8 notti, prenoterei di nuovo qui se dovessi tornare a Dubai.

Séjour agréable l’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre heureusement qu’il y’a quand même une personne qui parle français à la réception. je recommande grandement. Merci à toute l’équipe. Les chambres sont spacieuses par apport à Paris.

El hotel y los cuartos están muy frescos y cómodo tiene muy bonitas cistas de los rascacielos y esta muy limpio el hotel si ocupas algo el personal te lo lleva a el cuarto

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön, die Zimmer sind modern. Es hat eine gute Lage, direkt am Water Canal. Zur Dubai Mall und Burj Kalifa erreicht man zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sind kaum zu übertreffen. House Keeping Manager Marvin Sammer schaute immer nach dem Rechten und war sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts mangelte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Rezeptionist Marvin Saud, der unsere privatbedingte vorzeitige Abreise perfekt organisierte und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Ohne seine Hilfe wären wir hilflos verloren gewesen. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank
The hotel is clean and nice, the rooms are modern. It has a good location, right by the water channel. The Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa are a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are hard to beat. House Keeping Manager Marvin Sammer was always looking for the right one and was very concerned that we lacked nothing. Particularly noteworthy is Marvin Saud from the reception, who perfectly organized our early (for private reasons) departure and helped us with advice and assistance. Without his help, we’d be helpless. At this point, thank you again.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt nur das beste! Egal ob Hilfe mit den Koffern, mit der Metro, Taxi oder ähnliches.

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag super geputzt! Auch wenn man mal ausgeschlafen hat und erst um 11 das Hotel verlassen hat wurde es noch gereinigt.

Falls wir wieder in Dubai sind würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Aber auch gerne unseren Freunden empfehlen.

A parte la zona, rumorosa (c'è una strada accanto) e vuota (dista 15' a piedi dal Burj Khalifah, popolato invece di ristoranti e negozi), l'hotel non si è rivelato all'altezza del nome e del prezzo (200 euro per notte). Camera datata (il rubinetto del lavandino era mal fissato e ruotava), pavimenti consumati dall'uso, pulizia non sempre impeccabile e soprattutto colazione davvero improponibile: per quel prezzo trovare succo d'arancia che non sa d'arancia, panini umidi (inspiegabilmente erano messi in un cestino con sopra un tovagliolo fradicio), pagnotte non fresche e comunque di pane cattivo, frutta (melone etc) asciutta e dura, marmellate non buone etc non esiste. Anche la parte salata della colazione si è rivelata non eccelsa. Il personale è cortese, la camera è dotata di numerosi accessori (fornelli, lavatrice etc.) e la WiFi funziona bene, ma questo non basta per recuperare. Ci ho trascorso 6 notti per lavoro e quindi il mio giudizio è sufficientemente motivato. Mi spiace dirlo ma non lo consiglierei.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Burj Khalifa gebucht und bekamen sogar ein UpGrade. Der Blick (vor allem abends) aus dem Fenster über den Creek bis hin zum Burj Khalifa war traumhaft schön. Das Frühstücksangebot ist von hoher Qualität und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.Das Appartement ist hochwertig ausgestattet (Bett hervorragend), zur Begrüßung bekamen wir eine Obstplatte.
Gute Lage: Zur Dubai Mall kann man in 10-15 Minuten gut zu Fuß gehen.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Wahas und Sabir, waren sehr kompetent und haben unsere Wünsche zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Die Apartments sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie verfügen über eine Küche und Waschmaschine, damit man auch im teuren Dubai mal was selber zubereiten kann. Ebenfalls ist es sehr sauber! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich...Hier kann sich jedes Hotel ein Beispiel nehmen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Abbiamo dormito qui una sola notte appena atterrati a Dubai poi dovevamo recarci ad Abu Dhabi. Due adulti e un bambino ci hanno dato un mega appartamento tre camere e tre bagni con angolo cottura . Personale gentilissimo. Ottima la colazione,il cappuccino è molto meglio di tanti bevuti a Ferrara

Al registrarnos nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito por el que nos alojamos en un espectacular departamento con dos dormitorios y 3 baños con todas las comodidades posibles y una vista directa al Burj Khalifa. Como si esto fuera poco el hotel ofrece un transporte shuttle al Dubai Mall y a la zona de playas con varios horarios al día. Además la pileta es preciosa. Una maravilla. Super recomendable.

Estuvimos solamente una noche pero el hotel está muy limpio, la habitación era un apartamento enorme todo en muy buen estado, los empleados de recepción muy amables . Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias

Situado en un lugar centrico, tiene apartanentos muy espaciosos y comodos. Todo el personal con una atencion exquisita, desde el counter hasta los valet parkings. Tiene piscina y gimnasio. Muy recomendable.

El hotel es muy bonito y decorado con gusto. Esta muy limpio y muy bien ubicado aunque el metro esta algo lejos. La piscina no es muy grande pero es chula. El desayuno no esta mal aunque no ofrece gran variedad. Yo volvería a este hotel.
